Abstract

Kelelahan kerja merupakan salah satu penyebab turunnya performa kerja seseorang. Dimana akibat kelelahan kerja yang timbul suatu pekerjaan pada akhirnya tidak dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu. Membatik adalah salah satu pekerjaan yang membutuhkan konsentrasi dalam penyelesaiannya. Termasuk dalam golongan pekerjaan yang monoton dan berulang karena selama waktu kerja berlangsung banyak terdapat gerakan sama yang dilakukan secara berulang-ulang. Akibat dari pekerjaan monoton dan berulang tersebut banyak keluhan yang dirasa oleh para pembatik, salah satunya yaitu rasa jenuh dan bosan. Akibat kejenuhan dan kebosanan tersebut maka timbullah rasa lelah yang tiba-tiba menyerang, yang pada akhirnya dapat mengganggu kinerja para pembatik sehingga mempengaruhi hasil dari proses pembatikan yang sedang berlangsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mencari hubungan antara tingkat kelelahan yang dialami oleh pembatik dengan kinerja yang dihasilkan. Adapun responden yang ikut berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini adalah para pembatik yang berjumlah 5 orang dengan masa kerja diatas 2 tahun. Berjenis kelamin wanita dengan umur antara 30 – 40 tahun. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji Kendalls Tau-b menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kelelahan dengan kinerja para pembatik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kelelahan yang dialami maka semakin rendah pula tingkat kinerja yang dihasilkan, dimana untuk untuk proses pembatikan dilihat dari tingkat kecepatan menyelesaikan pencantingan.

Abstract

Elderly is a period that is definitely experienced by blessed individuals. Elderly people should live their lives with joy and peace, something like this can only be obtained when they feel healthy both physically, psychologically, and socially. Happiness is directly related to the perception and what the elderly feel about their condition. High life satisfaction in the elderly is characterized by having a positive attitude towards themselves, feeling calm, always enthusiastic in doing anything, and far from the characteristics of individuals who are depressed or depressed. In increasing the happiness of the elderly, intervention is needed by holding constructive activities that are fun and enjoyable, one of which is by doing art therapy. This study aims to determine how the development of community counseling with the application of art therapy can increase the happiness of the elderly. This study uses a conceptual method. The results show that art therapy tends to be effective in increasing the happiness of the elderly with the characteristics of not being depressed, anxious or lonely.

Abstract

Susukan Village, Semarang Regency, has economic potential through the “Paguyuban Rejo Agung” onion cracker home industry in Ketanggen Hamlet. Although it has a positive impact on the village economy, product marketing is still limited to conventional methods (offline) due to a lack of understanding of digital marketing. Semarang State University (UNNES) KKN students GIAT 11 held digital marketing training for members of Paguyuban Rejo Agung. This training includes the use of digital platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, as well as content editing applications such as CapCut and Canva. The training was carried out in three meetings, including application introduction, creative content creation, and hands-on practice. As a result, participants showed high enthusiasm and increased skills in digital marketing. This activity also reflects the values of the 4th principle of Pancasila, namely “People’s Republic led by the wisdom of wisdom in deliberation/representation,” where decisions are made through deliberation and mutual cooperation to reach a joint agreement for the advancement of the community’s economy. This training is expected to expand the reach of product marketing, increase production efficiency, and contribute to village economic growth.
