Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) play a crucial role in health services. In this digital era, health clinics are increasingly adopting information technology to improve efficiency, service quality and data management. In the context of the Grhamedika Health Clinic, SWOT analysis is a relevant tool for understanding the internal and external factors that influence the implementation of SIM. In this research, we will dig deeper into the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats associated with implementing SIM in the clinic. With in-depth understanding, we can design the right strategy to optimize information systems and improve health services. The results of the analysis show that Grhamedika has strengths in service quality and experienced medical personnel, but is faced with weaknesses such as limited facilities and infrastructure. Opportunities for developing services through the latest medical technology and increasing public health awareness are the main focus, while intense competition in the health sector is a threat that must be overcome. The resulting strategic recommendations are expected to help Grhamedika achieve competitive advantage and meet public health needs more effectively.

Abstract

In industries that produce environmental waste, concern for environmental sustainability is the main requirement to achieve business sustainability. Apart from environmental problems, in an era of increasingly fierce industrial competition, innovation capability is a factor that influences a company's competitive advantage in winning market competition. This study investigates the antecedents of innovation capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage in Batik SMEs in Indonesia. The population in this research is the small and medium-scale batik industry in the Solo Raya area. The number of samples taken was 113 respondents and determined using the purposive sampling method. The results of this study found that intellectual capital, learning ability, and technological orientation directly affect innovation ability and indirectly affect the sustainable competitive advantage of Batik SMEs in Indonesia. The ability to innovate directly influences the sustainable competitive advantage of Batik SMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to implement marketing and sales strategies through the adoption of e-commerce at Sakura Kosmetik Store in Sukoharjo. The strategy is designed to market products more effectively via the internet by optimizing e-commerce applications. In this effort, the community service team implemented four main stages: (1) Preparation of marketing and sales management materials through e-commerce applications, (2) Partner training on e-commerce-based marketing strategies, (3) Partner assistance in applying the learned strategies, and (4) Continuous monitoring and evaluation to assess the impact of e-commerce implementation on marketing and sales management. The material preparation stage involves the creation of modules that include strategies for marketing and sales management through e-commerce, which are then used in training sessions. The training methods employed include discussions and demonstrations, focusing on easy-to-understand and applicable content for the partners. Monitoring is carried out periodically, starting with weekly evaluations to measure the progress of implementation, and continuing with long-term evaluations aimed at assessing the direct impact of e-commerce on the marketing and sales management performance at Sakura Kosmetik Store. The outcomes of this community service are expected to increase sales and improve the management of marketing and sales at the store.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia’s economy by contributing to employment, job creation, and local economic growth. This study explores the socio-demographic characteristics of MSME owners in Surakarta, focusing on age, gender, education level, work experience, and employment status. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 200 MSME operators through structured questionnaires and analyzed using univariate analysis. The results indicate that MSME owners in Surakarta have a diverse profile across all socio-demographic factors, which influences managerial skills, innovation, and business sustainability. Owners with higher education, longer work experience, and full-time commitment tend to perform better. Understanding these characteristics is essential for designing effective policies, training programs, and support initiatives to strengthen MSMEs and enhance their competitiveness in local and regional markets

Abstract

Penjualan diperlukan suatu pengawasan atau monitoring guna menunjukkan dari keberhasilan yang dicapai dari tujuan dari organisasi atau instansi. Perusahaan dagang yang memiliki berbagai cabang, maka pimpinan harus memperoleh informasi dan laporan dari cabang-cabang tersebut. Memonitoring atau mengawasi perkembangan penjualan perlu dilakukan pimpinan supaya dapat mengevaluasi tingkat penjualan di berbagai cabang dari suatu perusahaan. Toko ABC salah satu toko yang memiliki beberapa cabang selama ini   proses   pencatatan data transaksi atau penjualan dilakukan dengan mencatat ke dalam buku laporan penjualan. Selanjutnya buku tersebut, difoto dan dikirim ke grup Whatsapps yang di dalamnya beranggotakan karyawan cabang, pusat dan pimpinan. Memonitoring atau mengawasi perkembangan penjualan perlu dilakukan pimpinan supaya dapat mengevaluasi tingkat penjualan di berbagai cabang dari suatu perusahaan. Jauhnya kantor cabnag dengan kantor pusat menyebabkan sulitnya pimpinan perusahaan untuk melakukan evaluasi penjualan secara langsung di cabang. Model Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan Evalusi Penjualan, yang diharapkan hasil prototipe dapat diimplementasikan pada perusahaan dagang terutama para pelaku usaha menengah yang memiliki kantor cabang Hasil monitoring tersebut pimpinan dapat mengevaluasi penjualan di setiap cabang – cabang. Metode analisis dalam penelitian yang digunakan adalah PIECES untuk menganalisis sistem yang berjalan dan yang akan dikembangkan. Serta, model perancangannya menggunakan flowchart dan Data Flow Diagram. Sistem akan dikembangkan dengan metode prototype. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan database yang digunakan MySQL sebagai pengolah basis datanya. Pengujian sistem ini menggunakan dua jenis pengujian diantaranya black box dan white box. Hasil dari perancangan aplikasi Sistem informasi monitoring dan evaluasi penjualan berbasis Web tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pimpinan dapat mengawasi proses transaksi penjualan di seluruh cabang, dengan adanya laporan transaksi dan laporan stok di seluruh cabang. Selain itu, pimpinan juga dapat menjadikan seluruh laporan tersebut sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan. AbstractSales require an oversight or monitoring to determine the success achieved from the goals of the organization or agency. ABC store is one of the stores that has several branches. So far, the process of recording sales transaction data is carried out by recording it in a sales report book. Furthermore, the book is photographed and sent to the Whatsapps group, which consists of branch admins, central admins and leaders. Monitoring or supervising sales developments needs to be done by the leadership in order to evaluate the level of sales at all branches of a company. The distance between the branch office and the head office makes it difficult for company leaders to monitor sales directly at the branch. Sales Monitoring Information System Model, it is hoped that the results of this prototype can be implemented in trading companies, especially medium-sized businesses that have branch offices. The results of the monitoring, the leader can evaluate the sales in each branch. This research will develop a sales monitoring information system by integrating the existing sales information system at the branch store with the existing system at the central store. The system development method used in this research is prototype, the design model uses flowcharts and Data Flow Diagrams. This study uses PHP as the programming language for coding and MySQL as the database processor. Testing this system using black box testing. The results of designing a Web-based sales monitoring information system application by integrating the sales system at the branch store so that the head and central store admin can oversee the sales transaction process, transaction reports and stock reports in all branches. Leaders can also make the entire report into consideration in making decisions.

Abstract

Universities have a role in shaping students' specialization in entrepreneurship. The small interest of university alumni needs to be carried out in various studies. Factors that if they are influential need to be studied. The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect influence of self-efficacy, entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest with motivation as an intervening variable.  The number of samples filled out were students of Duta Bangsa University Surakarta in the 3rd semester of the Faculty of Law and Business Management Study Program with 44 respondents, the Faculty of Health Sciences S1 ARS Study Program with 8 respondents and the RMIK Study Program with 53 respondents through google form so that the number of samples was 105. Data analysis through path analysis, data quality test/survival test and statistical test.  The results showed that self-efficacy and entrepreneurial knowledge had a significant positive effect on motivation. Self-efficacy and entrepreneurial knowledge have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. The direct influence of self-efficacy is the most effective variable in influencing the interest in self-efficacy.
