Abstract

This study seeks to assess the impact of both service quality through information technology and product quality on purchasing decisions, examining these influences both individually and collectively. The research was carried out among customers of CV Pustaka Bengawan, employing a quantitative causal analysis to scrutinize the independent variables—product quality and service via information technology—in relation to the dependent variable, namely, purchasing decisions. Data collection involved the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents, and subsequent analysis utilized multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The findings reveal a positive and statistically significant influence of both product quality and service through information technology on purchasing decisions, both in isolated and combined contexts. The combined contribution of product quality and service via information technology to purchasing decisions is estimated at 63.7%, with the remaining 36.3% being attributable to other variables. Therefore, companies are expected to improve their service quality through information technology to increase purchasing decisions. Additionally, they should improve product quality, especially for products that are already accepted and in demand by consumers. Future researchers can conduct research on purchasing decisions using different approaches and indicators based on different theories.

Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) play a crucial role in health services. In this digital era, health clinics are increasingly adopting information technology to improve efficiency, service quality and data management. In the context of the Grhamedika Health Clinic, SWOT analysis is a relevant tool for understanding the internal and external factors that influence the implementation of SIM. In this research, we will dig deeper into the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats associated with implementing SIM in the clinic. With in-depth understanding, we can design the right strategy to optimize information systems and improve health services. The results of the analysis show that Grhamedika has strengths in service quality and experienced medical personnel, but is faced with weaknesses such as limited facilities and infrastructure. Opportunities for developing services through the latest medical technology and increasing public health awareness are the main focus, while intense competition in the health sector is a threat that must be overcome. The resulting strategic recommendations are expected to help Grhamedika achieve competitive advantage and meet public health needs more effectively.

Abstract

The Point of Interest (POI) represents a specific geographic location defined by its coordinates, including longitude and latitude, and holds value as a site of interest or utility. Examples of POIs include tourist attractions, hotels, restaurants, ATMs, pharmacies, health centers, retail shops, gas stations, and other categories integral to modern navigation systems. PT. Telkom Klaten has faced increased demands to conduct POI surveys efficiently, driven by advancements in technology that call for faster and more streamlined processes. A primary challenge in these surveys is the selection of an optimal route that minimizes time, costs, and fuel consumption, given that the company currently relies on manual input in Google Maps to determine distance and travel time. This manual approach may hinder survey efficiency and increase operational costs. To address this, an application employing the Dijkstra algorithm was developed to determine the shortest route effectively. The Dijkstra algorithm, known for selecting edges with minimal weight to connect sequential nodes, requires defined origin and destination points, thereby generating the most efficient route between them. This study applies the Dijkstra algorithm to optimize survey routes by modeling them as graph-based routes, aiming to identify the shortest and most efficient paths between multiple POI locations. The findings indicate that the Dijkstra algorithm significantly reduces travel distance and time, thereby achieving notable savings in fuel and operational time for POI surveys.

Abstract

Perkembangan UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) di Indonesia menjadi fokus utama para stakeholder, karena memberikan dampak yang positif dalam perekonomian Indonesia dengan menyumbang sebagian besar produk domestik bruto (PDB) negara serta menciptakan mayoritas lapangan kerja di sektor swasta. Di Kabupaten Sragen, para UMKM tergabung dalam Perkumpulan Pengusaha Gading Sukowati (P2GS) didirikan sejak tahun 2019 dan beranggotakan lebih dari 200 pelaku UMKM. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan pengamatan, anggota P2GS terkendala lemahnya pengelolaan manajerial dan kurang adanya komunikasi pemasaran dengan hubungan dengan pelanggan, sehingga konsumen/pelanggan yang kembali membeli produk (retensi) masih sangat kecil. Pelaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam P2GS membutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat diakses secara mudah dan cepat yakni sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola manajerial dan Sistem E-CRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management). Tahapan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui tahapan kegiatan sosialisasi, tahapan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan anggota P2GS sudah melakukan implementasi sistem yang telah dirancang, termasuk pengaturan alur kerja dan integrasi dengan proses bisnis yang ada. Kegiatan ini dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan administrasi UMKM dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan melalui penerapan teknologi yang efisien dan terintegrasi yang telah dibuat oleh tim PKM. Abstract

This study aims to explore how effective and how accepted by the community the use of mobile-based academic potential test applications in the PPDB selection process at SMK Binawiyata Sragen. By utilizing technological advances, this application allows evaluation results to be provided instantly and can be accessed by students and parents at any time through an online system that uses a database. This study uses a prototype method, which involves several stages such as Requirement and Analysis, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, and Deployment Delivery, Data was collected by conducting literature studies, observations, and interviews, the results of the study revealed that this application provides efficiency and transparency compared to conventional selection methods. In addition, the results of the application evaluation showed positive responses from users, making it an effective tool in the PPDB selection. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi seberapa efektif dan seberapa diterimanya oleh masyarakat penggunaan aplikasi tes potensi akademik berbasis mobile dalam proses seleksi PPDB di SMK Binawiyata Sragen. Dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi, aplikasi ini memungkinkan hasil evaluasi diberikan secara instan dan bisa diakses oleh siswa dan orang tua kapan saja melalui sistem online yang menggunakan database. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototype, yang melibatkan beberapa tahapan seperti Requirement and Analysis, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, dan Deployment Delivery, Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara, hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa aplikasi ini memberikan efisiensi dan transparansi dibandingkan metode seleksi konvensional. Selain itu, hasil evaluasi aplikasi menunjukkan tanggapan positif dari pengguna, menjadikannya sebagai alat yang efektif dalam seleksi PPDB.

Abstract

In industries that produce environmental waste, concern for environmental sustainability is the main requirement to achieve business sustainability. Apart from environmental problems, in an era of increasingly fierce industrial competition, innovation capability is a factor that influences a company's competitive advantage in winning market competition. This study investigates the antecedents of innovation capabilities and sustainable competitive advantage in Batik SMEs in Indonesia. The population in this research is the small and medium-scale batik industry in the Solo Raya area. The number of samples taken was 113 respondents and determined using the purposive sampling method. The results of this study found that intellectual capital, learning ability, and technological orientation directly affect innovation ability and indirectly affect the sustainable competitive advantage of Batik SMEs in Indonesia. The ability to innovate directly influences the sustainable competitive advantage of Batik SMEs in Indonesia.
