The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge to village officials and the community of Pujon Kidul Village about the importance of the Village Profile. The Village Profile is very much needed as a means of socializing and actualizing the potential that exists in the village. However, Pujon Kidul Village, which is known as the Tourism Village, does not yet have an official village profile. So that the socialization of village potential is not optimal. The special target to be achieved in this service is the compilation of the Pujon Kidul Village profile which is officially managed by the community and / or village officials with online media in the form of websites and offline media. For this reason, training in making a good and attractive village profile is needed so that the aims and objectives of creating a village profile for socialization and promotion of village potentials will be carried out well. This service was carried out using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method which involved village officials and BUMDes managers which resulted in three agreements. First, a more adequate and informative website was developed. Second, a village profile video was made and a booklet was compiled. Third, the use of the media is to maximize village promotion through online and offline.

This study aims to explore the efforts of the ILO in overcoming cases of forced labour that occurred to Indonesian crew members on foreign fishing vessels. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study. This study shows that the ILO's efforts are to make and adopt ILO Convention No. 188 of 2007 concerning Manpower in Fishing and recommends that Indonesia ratify the convention. The ILO also facilitates several meetings and projects, such as the ILO Marine Fisheries Project, the Bali Forum, and the Southeast Asia Forum to End Human and Forced Labor in Fisheries. The ILO also facilitated several meetings and established projects such as the ILO's Sea Fisheries Project, the Bali Forum, and the Southeast Asia Forum to End Human Trafficking and Forced Labor in Fisheries.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi upaya ILO dalam mengatasi kasus kerja paksa yang terjadi pada ABK WNI di kapal penangkap ikan asing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi pustaka. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya ILO adalah dengan membuat dan mengadopsi Konvensi ILO No. 188 Tahun 2007 tentang Ketenagakerjaan dalam Penangkapan Ikan dan merekomendasikan agar Indonesia meratifikasi konvensi tersebut. ILO juga memfasilitasi beberapa pertemuan dan mendirikan proyek seperti Proyek Perikanan Laut ILO, Forum Bali, dan Forum Asia Tenggara untuk Mengakhiri Perdagangan Manusia dan Kerja Paksa di Perikanan. ILO juga memfasilitasi beberapa pertemuan dan membentuk project seperti ILO’s Sea Fisheries Project, Bali Forum, dan the Southeast Asia Forum to End Human Trafficking and Forced Labour in Fisheries.

This study aims to provide information and literacy for readers regarding Turkey's efforts towards normalizing diplomatic relations with Israel after withdrawal of both of their embassies. What makes it interesting is that several times the relationship between Turkey and Israel has progressed and regressed due to the unfinished Israeli attack on Palestine, besides that Turkey also defended Palestine. However, Turkey is currently trying to normalize its relations with Israel for national interest. This study concludes that efforts to normalize relations with Israel are not easy to do because of the efforts of Turkey which still wants to cooperate with the enemy of Palestine. The findings in this study are Turkey's interest in peace efforts with Israel from an economic, political, and security perspective; and efforts to normalize diplomatic relations between Turkey and Israel in 2022. This study will use descriptive research methods and qualitative data analysis techniques that explain how the Turkish government's efforts to normalize relations with Israel are between improving and deteriorating in addition to Turkey's efforts to continue to defend Palestine using secondary data. This study will use the concept of strategy normalization to explain the stages of normalization sought by Turkey in improving its diplomatic relations with Israel. On 15 September 2020, the UAE normalized relations with Israel, which sparked controversy on Twitter with the #AbrahamAccords. By using Digital Movement Opinion (DMO) and the concept of sentiment analysis, this study aims to determine the sentiment of public opinion that develops on Twitter media related to the normalization of this relationship. This study used a qualitative approach through the use of text mining methods using Natural language Toolkit (NLTK) as a platform in Python to analyze 490 tweets with #AbrahamAccords. The results of the study showed that the sentiment of public opinion that developed on social media Twitter was a positive sentiment with 75% of the 490 tweets. It also showed that views on the relationship between the UAE and Israel on social media Twitter via #AbrahamAccords tend to support this normalization. Some factors that influenced the positive sentiment were the role of the mass media and political actors. Pada 15 September 2020, UEA melakukan normalisasi hubungan dengan Israel yang yang mengundang kontroversi di Twitter dengan #AbrahamAccords. Dengan menggunakan Digital Movement Opinion (DMO) dan konsep sentiment analisis, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sentimen dari opini publik yang berkembang pada media Twitter terkait dengan normalisasi hubungan tersebut. This research aims to analyze the impact of China’s Belt and Road Initiative policy on the stability of the Southeast Asia sub-regional security complex. As an analytical tool, we use the regional security complex theory which is focused on social construction variables. The results found that China used BRI as a desecuritization tool that affected the dynamics of social construction in the region. By leveraging economic and development cooperation, China seeks to eliminate threat perceptions (securitization) by forming a cooperative image towards Southeast Asian countries. The refinement in China's image can be seen from the changing pattern of alliances in the region, where countries that were previously close to the United States are now starting to show a tendency towards Beijing. In fact, Thailand and the Philippines which are Washington's closest allies in the region also show a similar trend. Moreover, we see that China's desecuritization efforts will affect ASEAN's collective ability to respond to the disputes in SCS. Previously, there were differences of opinion between member countries regarding the steps and mechanisms used to respond to China's maneuvers in SCS. Some countries show strong resistance, but some countries tend to be weak or even side with China. The existence of BRI has the potential to encourage the consolidation of attitudes among member countries. The consolidation refers to the weakening of ASEAN's attitude caused by the fading perception of securitization, and the increasingly cooperative member countries towards Beijing. Desa Amadanom dikenal sebagai salah satu desa penghasil kopi di Kecamatan Dampit. Fakta ini tidak lepas dari banyaknya perkebunan kopi yang dimiliki warga sehingga profesi petani kopi di desa tersebut merupakan profesi yang sudah berlangsung secara turun temurun. Berangkat dari fakta di atas, dalam berbagai program pengabdian yang kami laksanakan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, kami menekankan upaya penguatan petani kopi di desa ini. Berbeda dengan sebelumnya, pada KKN 2020 kami fokus untuk memaksimalkan potensi lain yang dimiliki Desa Amadanom. Salah satu potensi yang kami lihat memiliki prospek positif di desa ini adalah potensi wisata perbukitan yang memiliki pemandangan yang indah. Di antara bukit-bukit tersebut, yang paling menonjol adalah Bukit Van d'Kock. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah dengan mitra, program pengabdian masyarakat kami bertujuan untuk membangun kesadaran bersama dan kesamaan pandangan antara perangkat desa dan masyarakat desa Amadanom tentang memaksimalkan potensi wisata perbukitan Van d'Kock berdasarkan prinsip pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Dari berbagai diskusi dan dua workshop yang kami selenggarakan, kami menemukan fakta bahwa pada dasarnya mayoritas warga Amadanom memiliki keinginan yang sama bahwa Desa Amadanom memiliki potensi wisata yang dapat dijual dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi perekonomian. Berangkat dari semangat tersebut, kami sebagai tim pengabdian kemudian menyediakan booklet atau buku panduan singkat yang berisi tentang pengembangan potensi wisata desa. Kami berharap buku panduan yang kami buat ini dapat mempermudah aparat desa, karang taruna, dan masyarakat desa Amadanom dalam mengembangkan potensi wisata yang ada di desa Amadanom khususnya yang berkaitan dengan Wisata Literasi Kopi Van d'Kock Hill.

The International Development Association (IDA) is part of the World Bank Group that helps the poorest countries reduce poverty by providing concessional loans and grants for programs aimed at boosting economic growth and improving living conditions. Through the CPIA Exercise, the country will be assessed from the extent to which a government policy can encourage a country's development. That way, conducting a review of the parliamentary system and the form of the country will be able to provide an overview of how the performance of a country in the policy-making process by the government can influence the activities of the CPIA. The researcher will use the comparative political MSSD method to find out how the condition of a domestic government can affect domestic development, where it is found that the similarity of the parliamentary system and form of government does not ensure that a country will get the same results due to different domestic conditions. There are two objectives of this research, there are (1) to provide an overview of how the performance of a country in the policy-making process by the government can influence the activities of the CPIA: and (2) to find out how the condition of a domestic government can affect domestic development.

This article discusses the collaborative relationship between Australia and France in the SEA 1000 Future Submarine Program. As a continent surrounded by vast oceans, Australia has a need to strengthen its navy. One of their security strategies is through the SEA 1000 Future Submarine project. Which aims to develop superior submarines. In carrying on this project, Australia decided to choose France as its partner. Precisely with the Naval Group, a French defense company. The purpose of this research is to analyze the reasons why Australia chose France as its partner in the SEA 1000 Future Submarine project. This research uses a descriptive research method, supported by journal literature, news, internet media, and official government websites. This research uses the rational choice theory and the concept of national security. The findings show that Australia chose France as its partner because the submarine design offered by France is more suitable for Australia’s needs. Economically, this collaboration can contribute to the development of Australia’s economy.
