Abstract

IbW program’s aims to organize and plan the model of agrotourism development in Tutur Sub-District, Pasuruan District, based on the people's coffee. The several methods of implementation include socialization is done by several methods ranging from discourse, discussion, practice, module making, role play, and evaluation. The model approaches to the action program include: 1) Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model; 2) Entrepreneurship Capacity Building model (ECB); and 3) Technology Transfer model (TT). In addition, advocacy program is conducted regularly between the companion with Manunggalig Karso farmer group, Tutur Sub-district, Pasuruan District. The results of the activities of IbW Agroekowisata in Tutur Sub-District, Pasuruan District based on coffee plantation of the people, have been achieved such as: a) Agricultural people garden profile in the form of audio visual; b) Detailed spatial plan for tourism areas of coffee garden and coffee house production, in the form of maps and floor plans; c) Banner and backdrop location of Desa Wisata Kopi; d) Guest book; and e) Design of location signposts. There are several reasons that encourage a positive response during the implementation of IbW: 1) IbW programs provide the economical benefits of integrated farming of coffee, apple, chrysanthemum, and dairy cattle; 2) Community empowerment methods and strategies implemented in this activity is a very effective facilitation felt by the community, especially promotion in the form of tourist visit book, flyer & brochure of coffee agro-tourism product, and website; and 3) The involvement of various elements can create synergism between the components concerned so that empowerment runs intensively and productively which has implications for the sustainability of the program.

Abstract

Petani gurem adalah petani yang memiliki lahan kurang dari 0,5 hektar. Keadaan pelaku usaha pertanian tersebut setiap Tahun semakin bertambah jumlahnya dengan tingkat kesejahteraan yang masih rendah. Masih rendahnya taraf kesejahteraan petani terlihat dari hasil sementara Sensus Pertanian (SP) menyatakan bahwarumah tangga petani gurem dengan penguasaan lahan kurang dari 0,5 hektar, baik milik sendiri maupun menyewa. tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu Mengidentifikasi eksistensi petani gurem di kabupaten Gresik, Menganalisis faktor – faktor yang mengakibatkan jumlah petani gurem meningkat dengan metodologi yang pertama analisis deskriptif operasional yang akan menjelaskan bagaimana keadaan petani gurem di Kabupaten Gresik, yang kedua yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan variabel dummy dua sisi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS (Badan Pusat Statistika) Kabupaten Gresik.

Abstract

Sedap Malam flowers (Polianthes tuberosa L.) are very popular behind the exotic market opportunities are still known to a variety of issues so need to explore the perceptions of business actors. The research objective is analyze the perceptions of farmers in the agribusiness Sedap Malam flowers and the policy of the Pasuruan Regency government in strengthening the agribusiness Sedap Malam flowers. The study was conducted in Rembang District, Pasuruan Regency with 55 farmers as respondents. The data analysis method uses a descriptive approach with the interpretation of the average value of the interval. The results of the study revealed that farmers' perceptions based on the conditions of land excretion put a statement Sedap Malam flowers (Polianthes tuberosa L.) cultivation with land that contains fertile clay and stipulating Sedap Malam flowers (Polianthes tuberosa L.) cultivation land did not conflict with the general spatial plan and regional layout of Pasuruan Regency were perceived better than other statements. Another interesting finding is that the understand technology places vegetative propagation of plants using tubers and determines the frequency and interface of fertilizer application based on crop needs, while farmers' perceptions of government policies on agribusiness Sedap Malam flower protecting of agricultural land for cultivation and pleasant Sedap Malam flowers (Polianthes tuberosa L.) as one of the regional icons, both are perceived very well to support the sustainability of farming. The policy support is a tangible form of strengthening that reflects the uniqueness of the region through its superior agriculture sector.

Abstract

Aim of this research vis to produce inspect about Indonesian language existence, nation character, Indonesian language and English language acts, and Indonesian language using on education domain. Method that used vis bibliography qualitative descriptive methods. Result that acquisition of this research is preservation of Indonesian language so that exist persistent. Character strengthening base is give priority to Indonesian language better than English language. The commoning process of Indonesian language amongst the community can be done by the exercise of speeching skills.Coclusion of this research is language existente supported by education with stron discipline attitude can defend Indonesian language existence from globalisation flow.

Abstract

Citra Cafe's cafeteria is a business focused on food sales. Currently, the food ordering process is done with customers coming to the canteen cashier. However, this ordering method often encounters problems when there are many customers who want to order food, such as mixed-up orders due to the lack of order recording. The objective of this research is to create an Android-based food sales system that can transform the previously manual sales system into a computerized one. The food sales application at Citra Cafe's cafeteria is a system that provides convenience in ordering food and reduces errors such as mixed-up orders. For this research, a qualitative approach is implemented using the prototype method for system development. To gather data, this study utilizes interview techniques and observations to obtain processable data that can be used to design the system according to the requirements. Furthermore, this research also applies blackbox and whitebox testing methods to test the designed system. With the implementation of this food sales system, it will ease the cafeteria attendants' work in managing customer orders, eliminating mixed-up orders, and facilitating customers in ordering food as they no longer need to queue in front of the cashier to place their orders.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the main components of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the processing of cuttlefish products at the Cold Storage facility of PPN Brondong, Lamongan. GMP plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of fishery products to meet export standards. Data analysis was conducted using a factor analysis approach with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results of the KMO test (0.777) and Bartlett’s test indicate that the data is suitable for analysis. Eight GMP variables were successfully grouped into five main factors, which together explain more than 90% of the data variation. The most influential factors identified were packaging and labeling, storage, sanitation facilities, transportation, and the selection of raw and auxiliary materials. The strength of this research lies in its comprehensive approach to evaluating eight key GMP variables through factor analysis, an approach that has rarely been applied in similar studies. These findings provide a critical foundation for strengthening GMP implementation to enhance the quality and competitiveness of Indonesian cuttlefish products in the global market.

Abstract

This quantitative study was conducted to determine the effect of Product Quality and price on purchasing decisions at Think Coffee Shop Sukasari Tangerang. The population in this study were consumers of Think Coffee Shop as many as 10541 consumers. The sample was determined by probability sampling technique using the slovin formula with a sample size of 99 respondents. With a simple regression value of Y = 20.179 + 0.645 X1, the test correlation coefficient is 0.431, the determination coefficient is 18.6%, and the partial hypothesis value of Product Quality is obtained with a calculated T value greater than the T table (4.706> 1.984) with significance (0.000 <0.05). resulting in that purchasing decisions are influenced by the Product Quality factor. With a simple linear regression value of Y = 4.402 +0.73 X2, a test correlation coefficient value of 0.594, a determination coefficient value of 35.2%, and a partial hypothesis value of price obtained with a calculated T value greater than the T table (7.266>1.984) with significance (0.000 <0.05). resulting in that purchasing decisions are influenced by price factors. With a multiple linear regression value of Y = 14.215 + 0.144 (X1) + 0.497 (X2) + e, a test correlation coefficient value of 0.605, a determination coefficient value of 36.5%, and a simultaneous hypothesis test value, the calculated F value is greater than the F table (27.641>3.091) with significance (0.000 <0.05).
