Abstract

Pariwisata di Pulau Bali mendapatkan apresiasi yang sangat tinggi dari berbagai kalangan setelah berhasil mengembalikan tingkat kunjungan wisatawan pasca pandemic covid 19. Industri pariwisata yang sempat terganggu akibat minimnya mobilitas wisatawan sudah kembali menjalankan operasionalnya. Tetapi terdapat fenomena yang kurang menyenangkan dengan perilaku wisatawan mancanegara selama di kawasan pulau Bali yang menimbulkan keresahan masyarakat hingga diperbincangkan di media sosial khususnya twitter. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengetahui respon sentimen masyarakat terhadap perilaku wisatawan mancanegara dan dampak pada aktivitas pariwisata di kawasan pulau Bali. Metode kualitatif deskriptif menjadi pilihan dalam penelitian ini dengan intepretasi netnografi dan dibantu oleh aplikasi analisis data NVivo. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian sejumlah 2.263 cuitan dalam media sosial twitter dengan kata kunci turis asing bali. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sentiment negatif dari masyarakat di media sosial twitter dengan munculnya berbagai kata yang menyudutkan wisatawan asing tersebut atas ulah perilaku yang tidak baik di kawasan pulau Bali. Hasil yang kedua terdapat dampak pada aktivitas pariwisata di pulau Bali dengan munculnya desakan dan aturan pembatasan bagi aktivitas wisatawan asing.

Abstract

Wonorejo Village is the first village in Situbondo Regency. However, since it was established that the tourist village visit was not as expected. This is because the determination of the top to bottom tourist village so that the community is not ready to continue the determination made. This study aims to assess the readiness of the community in the development of community-based ecotourism. Data were collected through literature study, observation and in-depth interviews with each stakeholder. The data were then analyzed into four categories, namely socio-economic, socio-cultural, environmental and management aspects. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the community is good with a score 1.710 in the development of community-based ecotourism in Wonorejo Village. However, in some aspects it has value that still needs to be improved. Some things that can be taken into consideration in improving community readiness include increasing community involvement in management, sharing benefits, increasing the role of customs and conducting marketing promotions in order to increase the number of tourist visits. Keywords: community readiness; community-based ecotourism; wonorejo

Abstract

Viralnya video keluhan harga makan di lesehan Malioboro membuat topik ini viral di Twitter dan masuk 10 trend topik yang diperbincangkan di Indonesia. Hal ini menarik untuk diteliti terkait respon warganet lesehan Malioboro dan pengaruhnya terhadap pariwisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan interpretasi netnografi. Peneliti membatasi pencarian tweet atau cuitan dengan keyword “lesehan Malioboro” dari tanggal 25 Mei 2021 sampai tanggal 25 Juni 2021. Menyebarnya berita terkait lesehan Malioboro membuat berita ini semakin ramai diperbincangkan dan mendapatkan berbagai respon baik itu respon positif maupun respon negative. Pemerintah kota DIY Paguyuban Pedagang Lesehan Malioboro meminta maaf terkait hal ini dan menindaklanjuti dengan menutup lesehan tersebut. Pengguna media sosial Twitter membenarkan bahwasanya makan di lesehan Malioboro mahal dan menyarankan untuk menghindari makan di lesehan Malioboro. Paguyuban membuat kesepakatan terkait harga makanan yang di jual di lesehan Malioboro. Dengan standar harga yang sudah disepakati, maka wisatawan tidak perlu khawatir untuk makan di lesehan Malioboro. Wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Malioboro tidak perlu ragu atau takut untuk makan di lesehan Malioboro. Kata kunci: opini; media sosial twitter; lesehan Malioboro; pariwisata

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the homestay management during the covid-19 pandemic in the Kebangsaan Tourism Village Wonorejo. The existence of homestays is very important to support tourist activities, such as extending the length of stay of tourists. Homestay was developed from 2017 and continues to increase and has an impact on the local economy. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, management has implemented health protocols in accordance with government recommendations. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the management of homestays during the covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used the POAC management theory (planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling) to obtain the results of homestay management during the Covid-19 pandemic in the application of CHSE. The results of the study show that the management of homestays in the Kebangsaan Tourism Village during the Covid-19 pandemic has not implemented CHSE. Some have taken basic infection prevention measures such as encouraging frequent hand washing, providing hand sanitizer, urging employees to stay home if they are sick, preparing extra tissues and trash containers in public areas, increasing time in room maintenance. In addition, several managements have also implemented hygiene and environmental safety, such as: cleaning surfaces that look dirty followed by disinfection and performing additional cleaning on all frequently touched areas. Management has not implemented social distancing. Management needs training and socialization in implementing CHSE for homestay management.

Abstract

Wonorejo Village is one of the pioneers in developing tourism villages in Situbondo Regency. To support the development of the tourism village, the manager of the tourism village must continue to innovate in developing attractiveness. One that can be developed into an attraction is the creative industry and community entreprise. The research aims to identify and develop a creative industry-based tourism program in Wonorejo village. The research was conducted in July 2022 in Wonorejo Village, Situbondo Regency, East Java. The research was carried out by observation and in-depth interviews with creative industry and community enterprise players in Wonorejo Village. Based on the results of the study, Wonorejo Village has several creative industries that can be developed including spice coffee, milk processing, ecoprint batik, nata decoco, pindang and tuna shreds, shrimp paste / petis, honey, and sour fruit syrup. Currently, these businesses have not been integrated into tourism activities and some are no longer in production due to the absence of orders and the lack of tourists to the National Tourism Village.
