Abstract

Strategi petani dapat diantisipasi oleh pengecer. Ditambah dengan adanya resiko menghasilkan produk pertanian yang mudah rusak, petani dapat mengalami kerugian yang cukup besar. Maka, pemerintah perlu berantisipasi dengan menetapkan subsidi berbasis risiko kerusakan produk pertanian untuk menanggulangi kerugian petani. Subsidi diformulasikan dengan meminimalisir variansi keuntungan petani dengan model kompetisi Stackelberg. Subsidi diperoleh dari pajak yang dibebankan terhadap pengecer saat produk pertanian masih bagus. Berdasar hasil kajian, keuntungan petani dapat meningkat karena adanya subsidi saat produk pertanian mengalami resiko mudah rusak. Namun, pengecer akan menaikan harga jual produk pertanian, sehingga petani mengalami penurunan keuntungan saat produk pertanian masih bagus.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an entrepreneurship e-Module based on IT-based discovery learning model approach and assess its impact on student engagement and learning outcomes. The research followed a research and development approach using the ADDIE model. Data was collected through observations, questionnaires, pretest and posttest assessments. The study comprised three stages: (1) Analysis of student learning needs, resulting in a draft e-Module; (2) Design and creation of a prototype e-entrepreneurship module using the Canva application; and (3) Thorough validation of the prototype by expert e-Module media validators and entrepreneurship subject matter experts. The developed entrepreneurship e-Module, structured around the IT-based discovery learning model, demonstrated high validity (4.34) during expert validation. In field tests, the module engaged 100 students and a small group of 8 students, leading to increased motivation and interest. In a class of 25 sixth-semester accounting education students, learning outcomes improved by 40% compared to the pre-e-Module phase. Student activity also notably increased, as indicated by observations and questionnaires. The integration of the entrepreneurship e-Module within the IT-based discovery learning model framework proved not only feasible but also highly effective in enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of using e-commerce learning media on students' entrepreneurial interest at SMK Gajah Mada 3 Palembang. Based on the background and limitations of the problem in this research, it is to find out whether there is an influence of perceptions regarding the use of e-commerce learning media on the entrepreneurial interest of students at SMK Gajah Mada 3 Palembang. The research methodology used in this data collection technique is documentation and questionnaires. Based on the research conducted, there are results from research that has been carried out. The results can be seen. So it can be concluded that the constant value is 100.214, meaning that if the perception of using e-commerce learning media (X) is 0, then the student's entrepreneurial interest will be negative (Y), namely 0.176, meaning that if the perception If the use of e-commerce learning media increases, interest in entrepreneurship will increase by 0.176, the coefficient is positive, so the relationship between the two variables, perception of use of e-commerce learning media (X) and Entrepreneurial Interest (Y), the higher the level of perceived value of use, the more interest. students to become entrepreneurs. Thus, it means that there is an influence of e-commerce learning media on the entrepreneurial interest of students at SMK Gajah Mada 3 Palembang. Efficacy using the Kolmogorov – Smirnov test, Levene's Homogeneity Test, and the simple Linear test were used to test questionnaire data on students. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran ekonomi yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran ekonomi yang dapat teruji kelayakan, kepraktisan, keefektifan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang menggunakan model Robert March ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluation) dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, angket dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran ekonomi dinyatakan kelayakan teruji sesuai dengan hasil gabungan dari tiga validator dengan rata-rata 81,66% dengan kategori sangat valid, dan teruji kepraktisan dilihat dari uji coba one to one dengan rata-rata 90% dengan kategori sangat valid dan uji coba small group dengan rata-rata 92,2% dengan kategori sangat valid dan keefektifan terhadap hasil belajar dilihat dari rata-rata field trial pre-test dan post test, maka hasil belajar tersebut menunjukkan hasil peningkatan dengan rata rata 38,5%. Dari perbedaan pre-test dan post-test. Jadi media pembelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 18 Palembang sangat efektif untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Dapartemen Kesehatan RI 2018 melaporkan bahwa 0,4 juta (16%) balita di Indonesia mengalami gangguan perkembangan baik perkembangan motorik halus, gangguan pendengaran, kecerdasan kurang, dan keterlambatan bicara. Dari beberapa gangguan perkembangan anak, angka ganguan bicara dan bahasa pada anak Indonesia masih tinggi yaitu 2,3% - 24,6% dan prevelensi keterlambatan bicara dan bahasa pada anak usia prasekolah 5-10%. Dinkes Provinsi Jawa Barat terdapat 1-3% anak mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan bahasa. Mengetahui Hubungan Pola Asuh Orang Tua Terhadap Perkembangan Bahasa Pada Anak Usia Prasekolah Di Paudqu Itqan Kecamtan Cimenyan Kabupaten Bandung.Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptip kuantitatif dengan menggunakan populasi dan sampel seluruh anak dan orang tua sebanyak 76 responden dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner pola asuh orang tua (Buri, 1991) dan perkembangan bahasa menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 25 pertanyaan. Secara umum diperoleh pada anak usia prasekolah di Paudqu Itqan Kecamtan Cimeyan Kabupaten Bandung Pola Asuh Orang Tua memiliki kategori pola asuh demokratis 22 responden (58%) dan Distribusi Frekuaensi Perkembangan Bahasa Anak Usia dengan keterangan berkembang sesuai harapan 16 responden (42%). dari penelitian ini menunjukan nilai nilai p-value sebesar 0,026 < taraf signifikasi (0,05) yang artinya Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Kesimpulan Terdapat Hubungan Antara Pola Asuh Demokratis, Otoriter Dan Permisif Dengan Perkembangan Bahasa Pada Anak Usia Prasekolah Di Paudqu ItQan Kecamatan Cimenyan Kabupaten Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based management information system for travel package reservations to enhance operational efficiency at PT Nusa Mulya. The background of this research stems from the company’s reliance on a manual booking process, which results in inefficiencies in customer service and data management. This research applies a Research and Development (R&D) method using the Waterfall software development model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and blackbox testing. The system was developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system, supported by XAMPP as the local server environment. Data collection techniques included direct observation, literature review, and documentation analysis from the company's internal operations. The results of the system development indicate that the web-based information system significantly accelerates the booking process, improves data accuracy, and supports managerial decision-making more effectively. With this system, PT Nusa Mulya can provide more responsive and technology-based services to its customers and strengthen its competitiveness in the digital tourism industry.

Abstract

Background: Storytelling has been shown to improve mood, enhance cognitive function, and strengthen relationships among the elderly, their families, and caregivers. It also promotes social engagement and helps reduce feelings of loneliness. When combined with group interaction, storytelling therapy can increase self-confidence and encourage the elderly to express themselves more freely. Objective: This study aims to describe the application of storytelling therapy among elderly individuals with dementia at Graha Werdha Marie Joseph Pontianak. Methods: This quantitative study used a descriptive design. The sample consisted of 32 elderly participants selected through total sampling. Data were collected using structured observation and analyzed descriptively. Results: The findings showed that most participants were aged 60–74 years (24 respondents or 74.5%), and the majority were female (23 respondents or 71.9%). Most respondents had a low educational background (30 respondents or 93.7%). The implementation of storytelling therapy among the elderly at Graha Werdha Marie Joseph Pontianak was categorized as good, with 20 respondents (62.5%) demonstrating positive engagement. Regarding dementia level, the majority of the elderly (22 respondents or 68.8%) were classified as having mild or probable dementia. Conclusion: Most of the elderly at Graha Werdha Marie Joseph Pontianak are aged 60–74 years, predominantly female, and have low educational levels. The application of storytelling therapy is categorized as good and effectively supports elderly engagement. Most participants experience mild dementia, indicating storytelling therapy’s potential benefits in maintaining cognitive and emotional well-being.

Abstract

From the result of the survey that we onduted and the data House Of KB Bukit Karan village loated in Rawang village, south Padang district, we found a health problem for hildren under the age five years (toddlers), namely the number of children who still economic factors, factors of law education levels that make human resaues law, the method in this study is qualitative and the implemention of activities with a learning approach in the from of training. The result of the training process are, first, to produk an Kampung KB Bukit Karan, Rawang Village, South Padang District, Seond, to increase public Kampung KB Bukit Karab, Rawang Village, South Padang.
