Abstract

The benefits of educational facilities greatly affect the smoothness and sustainability of the learning process. Universitas PGRI Palembang has good facilities and infrastructure ranging from comfortable lecture room and has been completed by infocus, accredited library A and integrated lab, and other facilities that support the student learning process, but sometimes facilities that have been maximally completed by University is not in good use by students or by lecturers. This research aimed at investigating the value of benefit from the use of facilities and infrastructure to support the student learning activities in academic year 2016/2017. This research was descriptive by using quantitative approach. The result concluded that the infrastructure facilities in Universitas PGRI Palembang in good categories which were seen from the number of student statement 80,20.

Abstract

Studi kuasi eksperimen ini mengoperasikan desain Posttest-Only Control Group, bermaksud untuk mengidentifikasi dampak model pembelajaran Group To Group Exchange (GGE) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 5 Palembang. Populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS, dengan dua kelompok sampel uji coba dan kontrol yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan melalui tes pilihan ganda yang valid dan reliabel, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji independent samples T-test dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model GGE menunjukkan tingkat keikutsertaan siswa yang lebih optimal dan hasil posttest terindikasi lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Analisis statistik mengidentifikasi disparitas signifikan antara kedua kelompok. Temuan penelitian mendukung model GGE efektif dalam mengoptimalkan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa melalui pendekatan konstruktivis yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif dan kolaborasi antar siswa. Implementasi model GGE direkomendasikan sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dalam pembelajaran Ekonomi di sekolah menengah.

Abstract

The problem with this research is that students have difficulty understanding the material on the forms of cultural diversity in Indonesia, especially on the island of Sumatra, as well as the lack of use of learning media. This research aims to produce learning media for Indonesian cultural cards (kabusa) that are valid, practical and effective. The method used is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The research results showed that the Indonesian cultural card learning media (kabusa) that was developed met the "Very Valid" criteria because it obtained a validity value of 81.61%. Based on the one to one evaluation trial, it obtained a practicality score of 90% for the "Very Practical" criteria and based on the small group evaluation trial it obtained a score of 87.81% for the "Very Practical" criterion. Based on field test trials from student test questions, an N-Gain value of 0.7755 was obtained for the "High" criteria and an N-Gain percent value of 77.512%, which means the use of Indonesian cultural card media (kabusa) with the criteria "Effective" for use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran ekonomi yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran ekonomi yang dapat teruji kelayakan, kepraktisan, keefektifan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang menggunakan model Robert March ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluation) dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, angket dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran ekonomi dinyatakan kelayakan teruji sesuai dengan hasil gabungan dari tiga validator dengan rata-rata 81,66% dengan kategori sangat valid, dan teruji kepraktisan dilihat dari uji coba one to one dengan rata-rata 90% dengan kategori sangat valid dan uji coba small group dengan rata-rata 92,2% dengan kategori sangat valid dan keefektifan terhadap hasil belajar dilihat dari rata-rata field trial pre-test dan post test, maka hasil belajar tersebut menunjukkan hasil peningkatan dengan rata rata 38,5%. Dari perbedaan pre-test dan post-test. Jadi media pembelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 18 Palembang sangat efektif untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of folding paper crafts media on the learning outcomes of grade V mathematics of Elementary School 141 Palembang building space material because the results of learning grade V Mathematics on space building material are still low as evidenced by the value of half of the population in grade V is still below KKM. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of folding paper crafts media on grade V mathematics learning outcomes at SD141 Palembang.The approach used is quantitative experimentation. The research design used true experimental design Posttest- Only control design. The results of the observation sheet of student activeness from the research found that the activeness of students in learning mathematics using folding paper crafts media had a value of 92% in the very active category. The results of the study showed that the data obtained by the Posttest score of the Experimental class showed an average result of 74.81 while in the control class the average result was only 56.29. Based on the normality test, it is stated that the sample comes from a normal population. Based on the homogeneity test, it is stated that the sample comes from a homogeneous population, then based on the hypothesis test, the sig value is known. (2-tailed) with t-test is 0.000. Because the probability value is less than 0.05, and the calculated t value is 4.497 > ttable is 1.674. Thus Ho (null hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of test data, it can be concluded that there is an influence after being treated using folding paper crafts media on the learning outcomes of grade V Mathematics at Elementary School 141 Palembang.
