Abstract

Bioethanol production can be done by a process of fermentation material containing glucose, cellulose fiber and starch. Pineapple is one of the ingredients containing glucose. This study produces bioethanol from reject pineapple juice. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of stirring rate on bioethanol yield and to get the best conditions in the manufacture of bioethanol made from pineapple juice reject. There are several stages in the research, the preparation of raw materials, fermentation, and purification products. The variables used are the stirring speed in the process of fermentation: 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 rpm with fermentation time 12, 24, 36, 48, 72, 84, 96, 108 and 120 hours. Anaerobic fermentation process takes place with the help of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae with the addition of some nutrients. To measure the ethanol formed, the purification process is carried out using a rotary evaporator. The results showed that the highest ethanol content of 10% v/v with yield of 95.32% obtained at the stirring rate of 200 rpm with a fermentation time of 60 hours.Keywords: Bioethanol, Reject pineapple, Stirring, Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Abstract

Penggunaan laboratorium komputer di SMK Negeri 2Wonogiri sangat padat mengingat banyaknya rombongan belajaryang dimiliki. Dengan berbagai kegiatan praktek dan literasipembelajaran sudah berbasis komputer, setiap harinya laboratoriumkomputer selalu penuh. Hal ini menyebabkan proses pemesananyang seringnya di lakukan melalui media whatsapp dan tatap mukamembuat bentrok jadwal pemesanan dikarenakan petugaslaboratorium komputer atau petugas IT yang hanya satu orang danterkadang lupa menulis di buku peminjaman. Metode analisis dalampenelitian yang digunakan adalah Fishbone untuk menganalisissistem yang berjalan dan yang akan dikembangkan. Serta, modelperancangannya menggunakan Unifield Modelling Language(UML). Sistem akan dikembangkan dengan metode Prototype.Menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagaipengolah basis datanya. Pengujian system ini menggunakanpengujian blackbox.

Abstract

Kebakaran hutan menimbulkan berbagaipermasalahan seperti asap yang dapat mengganggu sistempernapasan, kerusakan lingkungan dan bencana lainnya.Kebakaran hutan juga dapat berdampak pada biaya yang akandikeluarkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang timbul akibatkebakaran hutan, sehingga diperlukan penelitian untukmengukur tingkat radiasi api pada area yang terbakar. Metodeprediksi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresilinier. Algoritma Regresi Linear merupakan metode untukregresi dan klasifikasi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisauntuk mendapatkan data prediksi area kebakaran hutan. Darijumlah data sebesar 517 data, dihasilkan tingkat korelasisebesar 0,09%. Hasil simulasi dengan Rapid Miner diperolehRMSE sebesar 63,289.

Abstract

Sistem informasi E-commerce yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan memberikan pengalaman belanja yang lebih baik bagi konsumen. Komponen-komponen penting dalam sistem informasi E-commerce di Toko Fasion Amalian Surakarta, seperti database produk, sistem pembayaran, dan sistem pesanan manajemen. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk mencari dan memilih produk yang diinginkan, menambahkan produk ke keranjang belanja, melakukan pembayaran dengan aman, dan melacak status pengiriman pesanan. Dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dalam berbelanja online. Fitur-fitur ini meliputi pencarian produk yang mudah, deskripsi produk yang jelas, ulasan pelanggan, rekomendasi produk, dan dukungan pelanggan yang responsif. Dengan fitur-fitur ini, konsumen dapat membuat keputusan pembelian yang lebih baik dan merasa lebih terhubung dengan merek atau penjual. Pentingnya sistem informasi E-commerce dalam meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis dan memberikan pengalaman belanja yang lebih baik bagi konsumen. Dengan kemajuan teknologi dan perubahan perilaku konsumen, E-commerce menjadi solusi yang relevan dalam dunia bisnis modern.

Abstract

Dementia is a degenerative disease that often attacks people over the age of 60 years. Dementia occurs due to damage to brain cells where the nervous system can no longer carry information into the brain, resulting in a decline in memory, progressive skills, emotional disturbances, and behavioral changes, people with dementia often exhibit daily behavioral disturbances. lack of awareness and understanding of dementia results in prevalence and barriers to diagnosis and treatment when the elderly have dementia. The method used is a case study method with one respondent using the MMSE (Mini Mental State Examination) questionnaire. After doing physiotherapy with the intervention of brain gym therapy and Art Therapy for 6 exercises, the results of a fairly rapid increase in cognitive ability on the fifth day with an MMSE score of 20 but on the 6th day there was a decrease in the MMSE score to 19. Brain therapy gym and art therapy can improve cognitive abilities of patients with dementia stage 1

Abstract

Mie Gacoan Solo Veteran is one of the fastfood restaurant branches that is very popular with various groups, so that quite a few people have left an assessment of it. This research aims to help the Mie Gacoan Solo Veteran company in its efforts to understand consumer responses to their trademark and how people assess the products presented based on opinions and reviews on the Google Maps platform. Data was collected through a crawling process, then labeled and preprocessed before being extracted using the Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) technique and modeled with the Naive Bayes algorithm. The test results show that on unbalanced data, the model obtains an accuracy of 86%. However, after addressing data imbalance through an oversampling method using Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE), the model accuracy increased to 91%.

Abstract

Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO) is an essential communication tool for more than one million deaf people in Indonesia. This research aims to develop a Speech to BISINDO website based on the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm to overcome barriers in communication and learning processes for the deaf community. The research stages include data collection through questionnaires and literature studies to understand user needs, as well as system development using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. The system is designed to convert voice input into sign language videos and support the sign language learning process through interactive features. Testing was conducted to ensure that the system meets functional and non-functional needs. The results show that the Speech to BISINDO website is effective in translating speech into sign language videos with high accuracy, as well as supporting better communication and learning between deaf people and the general public. The system offers an innovative solution to improve access to information and learning process for people with hearing impairment.

Abstract

People with hearing and speech impairments often have difficulty communicating with the general public due to a This research focuses on the development of a classification system for autism levels in children using the Decision Tree algorithm. This system considers various aspects of the psychomotor abilities of autistic children, such as balance, hand coordination, flexibility, and muscle strength. Observation data was taken from autistic children aged 5-8 years who attended SLB Anugerah Colomadu, and was used to build a Decision Tree model. The results showed that this model had 0,9 accuracy in classifying autism rates based on the observed psychomotor features. In addition to classification, the system also provides recommendations for psychomotor therapy that are specific and according to the level of autism that the model has classified. This approach is expected to improve the quality of interventions for autistic children by facilitating the development of their psychomotor skills. With this system, it is hoped that educators and therapists can provide more targeted treatment, so that autistic children can develop more optimally according to their individual needs. This structured and data-based approach is also expected to be a reference in the development of other intervention methods in the future

Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat karena semakin pesat dan cepatnya perkembangan teknologi. Sistem rekomendasi merupakan salah satu contoh dari perkembangan tekonologi itu sendiri. Wilayah Wonogiri khususnya daerah Wuryantoro sebagian besar penduduknya bekerja sebagai petani. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh petani diantaranya salah dalam pemilihan bibit padi yang mengakibatkan petani gagal panen. Oleh karena itu sistem rekomendasi pemilihan bibit ini dibangun untuk memudahkan petani dalam memilih bibit padi yang tepat. Penelitian ini juga memberikan sampel dari petani yaitu Bpk. Agus, Bpk. Agung, Bpk. Joko, dan Bpk. Narso, seangkan untuk bibit yang digunakan adalah Mikongga, CakraBuana, M70, Mantap. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan Collaborative Filtering hasil yang didapat adalah nilai identik Bpk. Narso dengan Bpk. Joko. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem rekomendasi pemilihan bibit padi yang dapat membantu petani dalam pemilihan bibt padi yang tepat
