Abstract

In banking industry which is growing quite rapidly along with technological developments, quality employee resources are needed to support the realization of bank performance. This research is expected to make researchers understand the influence of competence, work discipline, work engagement on employee performance in PT BPRS Patriot Bekasi. involving 49 workers. Data analysis utilizes Partial Least Square (PLS), using SmartPLS. The tests used SmartPLS are measurement model (Outer Model) and the structural model (Inner Model). The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Work engagement has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a positive but not significant effect on work discipline. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Work discipline does not mediate the effect of competence on employee performance. Work discipline mediates the effect of work engagement on employee performance.

Abstract

Digital marketing is one of the strategies that are widely used by companies today. Digital-based marketing helps companies in promoting products or services, building brand image, and helping to interact with consumers. For example, by utilizing websites and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X / Twitter, and many more. Voyaz is a travel agent that provides travel planning services. The company utilizes the website and Instagram as their marketing media. This type of research is qualitative, with the analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by observing and taking data from the website and Instagra Voyaz. The purpose of this study is to identify the digital marketing strategy implemented by Voyaz, as well as provide recommendations for further improvement and development. The results showed that digital marketing through Voyaz website and Instagram was quite good. However, there are several obstacles that need to be considered such as some website displays that cannot be accessed information, at least posting promotional photos / videos on Instagram. Voyaz needs to improve the performance of their website and post more promotional photos/videos on Instagram.

Abstract

Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kemasan produk emping melinjo dan ikan asin sebagai upaya penguatan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) lokal di Desa Wisata Sukarame, Kecamatan Carita, Kabupaten Pandeglang. UMKM di wilayah ini memiliki potensi besar dalam pengolahan produk lokal, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama pada aspek kemasan yang kurang menarik, tidak tahan lama, dan belum memenuhi standar pasar wisata. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, tim pengabdian melaksanakan pendampingan berupa pelatihan desain kemasan, pemilihan bahan kemasan yang ramah lingkungan dan tahan lama, serta strategi pemasaran berbasis digital. Metode yang digunakan mencakup observasi lapangan, identifikasi permasalahan, pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis, serta evaluasi hasil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya kemasan dalam membangun citra produk, serta meningkatnya minat beli dari konsumen lokal maupun wisatawan. Program ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat posisi UMKM Desa Sukarame dalam rantai nilai ekonomi pariwisata dan mendorong keberlanjutan usaha lokal yang lebih kompetitif.

Abstract

Menjalani panggilan (living a calling) dalam menekuni suatu profesi merupakan faktor pilihan karir yang cukup penting, dan ikut mempengaruhi kemungkinan manajemen karir dan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menjalani panggilan kerja, terutama faktor memahami panggilan dan sumber daya pekerjaan.  Serta meneliti lebih lanjut peran faktor sumber daya pekerjaan dalam memediasi pengaruh memahami panggilan terhadap menjalani panggilan kerja. Penelitian dilakukan di PT United Tractors Tbk Jakarta.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survei. Analisis data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan metode partial least square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Metode SEM PLS secara operasional dapat mempetakan relasi antarvariabel independen menjadi model struktural, yang dikelompokkan menjadi variabel eksogen dan endogen.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel perceiving a calling berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap living a calling, Job resources berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap living a calling, dan Perceiving a calling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job resources. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Job resources dapat memediasi pengaruh perceiving a calling terhadap living a calling.

Abstract

Abstract : The objective of this research is to find out information about the effect of Professionalism, Employee Engagement, and Integrity, on Employee performance. The primary data for this survey research were collected bu using quesionnaires distributed to 133 employees of PAM JAYA at Jakarta. The data were analyzed statistically using path analysis. The result of hypothesis testing showed that all hypothesized were acceptable, it was conducted that : 1) Profesionalism has a positive direct effect on Employee performance, 2) Employee Engagement has a positive direct effect on Employee performance, 3) Integrity has a positive direct effect on Employee performance. Keyword : Professionalism, Employee Engagement, Integrity, Employee performance Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui informasi tentang pengaruh Profesionalisme, Keterikatan Karyawan, dan Integritas terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Data primer untuk penelitian survei ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 133 karyawan PAM JAYA di Jakarta. Data dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis dapat diterima, yang menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Profesionalisme berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) Employee engagement (keterikatan karyawan) berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) Integritas berpengaruh langsung positif tentang kinerja karyawan.
