Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a considerable impact and affects psychological conditions and changes in human behavior over a long period of time. One of them is having an impact on the world of education in Indonesia. Teachers and students are required to be able to carry out distance learning activities. Vocational High Schools implement teaching and learning activities that are carried out online based on a circular from the East Java Provincial Government through the East Java Provincial Education Office. This study aims to analyze teaching and learning activities with an online system during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMK Favorit Pungging, Mojokerto Regency. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with informants consisting of teachers and students at SMK Favorit Pungging, Mojokerto Regency. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that teaching and learning activities carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMK Favorit Pungging, Mojokerto Regency used an online system with applications in the form of: zoom, whatsapp, google classroom, and youtube. Online learning runs smoothly, even though it is not ideal. The learning outcomes of students vary, ranging from unsatisfactory, quite satisfying to very satisfying. The obstacles faced by students and teachers in online learning include: the availability of supporting tools such as devices and laptops, the availability of internet quotas, and an unstable network. If applied during the Covid-19 pandemic, online learning is considered quite effective, but it must be supported by a more varied learning model so that it remains attractive if used in the long term. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi pengurusan legalitas Musholla Al-Muttaqin, dengan tipologi musholla di lembaga pendidikan, yang berada di Yayasan Pendidikan Pesantren Sabilul Muttaqin, Dusun Madyopuro, Desa Kalipuro, Kecamatan Pungging, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam berbagai tahapan, seperti persiapan administrasi, pendataan fisik musholla, penentuan titik koordinat, kalibrasi arah kiblat, penyusunan dokumen permohonan, hingga pengajuan ke Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan. Metodologi meliputi advokasi, pelatihan teknis aplikasi SIMAS Kemenag RI, dan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait. Hasil kegiatan mencakup terbitnya Surat Keterangan Terdaftar dan ID Musholla di Aplikasi SIMAS Kemenag RI, yang memastikan legalitas operasional musholla. Pendekatan ini memberikan solusi efektif bagi sarana ibadah untuk memenuhi regulasi pemerintah. Kata kunci: Legalitas Musholla, Pendampingan, SIMAS Kemenag RI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the holistic approach in student learning management at Dharma Wanita Manduro Playgroup, Mojokerto. The main focus is on the implementation of integrative holistic development services, active and enjoyable learning activities tailored to children's developmental stages, and collaboration with parents and the community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach, involving observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that a holistic approach can enhance children's overall potential, including physical, emotional, social, and intellectual aspects. The key implication of this study is the importance of integrated learning management to support optimal early childhood development in educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model manajemen Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPQ) berbasis kegiatan unggulan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Tempat penelitian adalah TPQ Al-Jauhari yang berlokasi di Dsn. Glatik, Desa Watesnegoro, Kecamatan Ngoro, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Berdiri pada tahun 2020, TPQ ini memiliki 35 santri dan 6 ustadz. Kegiatan unggulan yang menjadi fokus meliputi sholawat Al-Banjari, rutinan Jam'iyah Maulid Ad-Diba'iyah, serta pencapaian prestasi seperti juara lomba adzan tingkat kecamatan dan festival Al-Banjari tingkat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kegiatan unggulan memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas akademik dan akhlak santri. Selain itu, strategi manajemen yang terstruktur berperan penting dalam menjaga konsistensi kegiatan. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah sebagai referensi dalam pengembangan model manajemen TPQ untuk lembaga lain yang sejenis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management strategies of flagship programs implemented in TPQ Ashabul Qur’an, Watesnegoro, Ngoro, Mojokerto, to improve students' achievements. The main issue addressed is how the management of these flagship programs fosters optimal performance of students in various competitions at village, district, and regency levels. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the TPQ's success is supported by flagship programs such as Tahfidz Juz 30, character-based Islamic learning, and diverse extracurricular activities. Effective management strategies include intensive learning monitoring, parent involvement in the learning process, and a supportive religious environment. The implication of this study underscores the importance of strategic planning and value-based Islamic management to enhance the quality of education in TPQ.

Abstract

The evaluation of management systems in Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPQ) is a strategic step to ensure the success of Islamic educational goals. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the management system in TPQ Hidayatul Quran Prambon Sidoarjo in fostering generations who love the Quran, embody noble character, and contribute to societal welfare. The research method utilized a case study approach with observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings show that the TPQ management system succeeded in training students to read the Quran according to tajweed rules, strengthening their faith, and instilling the values of noble character. However, challenges were identified in optimizing human resources and managing educational programs. This study's implications highlight recommendations for developing a more efficient and effective management model based on Islamic values to support TPQ's vision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the character development of students through Islamic boarding school-based education in MTs. Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging, Mojokerto Regency, where the majority of these students are santri mukim in Islamic boarding schools so that there is collaboration between education in schools and education in Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative approach because the data presented is in the form of an explanation or narrative. Informants in this study consisted of principals, teachers, and students. The data collection technique is done by using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of research related to education based on Islamic Boarding Schools in MTs. Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging Mojokerto Regency it can be concluded that the character development of students through education based on Islamic Boarding Schools in MTs. Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging Mojokerto Regency, it can be concluded that the character of students in MTs. Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging can be well formed as evidenced by the behavior and daily activities of those who are accustomed to maintaining discipline, courtesy, exemplary, responsibility, and istiqomah in carrying out religious activities as has been implemented in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of effective classroom management models in the context of Islamic education, focusing on Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sabilul Muttaqin in Pungging, Mojokerto. This madrasah is a formal institution based on pesantren, which integrates educational activities with pesantren activities. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of effective classroom management models at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sabilul Muttaqin has improved the conditions of learning, created a conducive environment, and enhanced the quality of education. The conclusion of this study is that an effective classroom management model is crucial in improving the quality of education in pesantren-based madrasahs.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of collaborative leadership within the context of Islamic boarding school–based education, using SMP Islam Brawijaya Pungging as a case study. The main objective of this research is to examine how collaborative leadership is implemented by the school principal to foster a culture of cooperation among school stakeholders, including teachers, administrative staff, students, and parents, in order to improve educational quality and harmonize pesantren values. The research employed a qualitative approach using case study methodology, focusing the analysis on daily leadership practices and interactions within the school community. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and institutional documentation, and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. Findings indicate that collaborative leadership enhances active participation across all school components, fosters a dialogic environment, and strengthens the institution’s identity based on Islamic values. The principal functions as a facilitator, guiding and accommodating various aspirations in strategic decision-making processes. This research contributes to the development of leadership models in Islamic boarding school environments by emphasizing the importance of synergy, openness, and collective participation. The study’s insights are expected to serve as a reference for similar institutions seeking to strengthen organizational effectiveness and the realization of value-based educational visions.
