Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic education management at MI The Noor Mojokerto in integrating social values and akhlakul karimah into the learning environment. The study utilized a qualitative method with a case study approach, where data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The analytical techniques involved thematic processes to identify key patterns in the strategies of Islamic education management. The findings reveal that value-based management at MI The Noor includes structured program planning, learning activities that foster the internalization of social values like mutual respect, and periodic evaluations to ensure the successful development of character based on akhlakul karimah. The conclusion of this study is that the comprehensive application of Islamic education management not only creates a conducive learning environment but also encourages students to develop religiously, socially, and academically. This study contributes to understanding the importance of integrating social values and akhlakul karimah into Islamic education management.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan proses pembelajaran, pengembangan kurikulum sangat diperlukan sebagai pedoman untuk menyususn target dalam proses belajar mengajar agar menjadi mudah dan berjalan sesuai ketentuan. Setiap siswa masing-masing memiliki bakat dan minat yang berbeda-beda, hal itu sangat mempengarui keberhasilan siswa untuk meraih apa yang ia cita-citakan. Salah satu upaya yang mudah dan mungkin untuk dilakukan di madrasah ibtidaiyah adalah melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler muhadhoroh dengan tujuan melatih siswa-siswi untuk berani, percaya diri, dan mau menunjukkan bakat dan keinginannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan kurikulum dalam menggali bakat dan minat siswa khususnya di bidang keagamaan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler muhadhoroh di MI Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging Mojokerto. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan jenis eksploratif. Peneliti memilih menggunakan metode ini dengan pertimbangan bahwa kasus dalam penelitian ini memerlukan pengamatan secara signifikan dengan membutuhkan observasi secara dalam guna meningkatkan keadaan subjek yang terbatas. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum sangat perlu untuk dilakukan dalam rangka menggali minat dan bakat siswa-siswi melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler muhadhoroh

Abstract

This study aims to uncover how the dynamics of environmental communication at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Sabilul Muttaqin in Pungging, Mojokerto influence and shape the motivation of students in memorizing the Quran from an early age. This research employs a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis to collect data from various relevant sources and informants. The research findings indicate that the Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Sabilul Muttaqin creates a highly supportive environment for Quran memorization. Intensive communication among students, teachers, and fellow students provides a positive boost to students' learning motivation. The quality of warm and inclusive interpersonal interactions creates a conducive climate for religious learning, including Quran memorization. This article concludes that environmental communication at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Sabilul Muttaqin plays a significant role in shaping students' motivation in Quran memorization. Therefore, a communicative approach in the boarding school environment can serve as a relevant model for enhancing students' motivation in understanding and memorizing the Quran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the character development of students through Islamic boarding school-based education in MTs. Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging, Mojokerto Regency, where the majority of these students are santri mukim in Islamic boarding schools so that there is collaboration between education in schools and education in Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative approach because the data presented is in the form of an explanation or narrative. Informants in this study consisted of principals, teachers, and students. The data collection technique is done by using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of research related to education based on Islamic Boarding Schools in MTs. Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging Mojokerto Regency it can be concluded that the character development of students through education based on Islamic Boarding Schools in MTs. Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging Mojokerto Regency, it can be concluded that the character of students in MTs. Sabilul Muttaqin Pungging can be well formed as evidenced by the behavior and daily activities of those who are accustomed to maintaining discipline, courtesy, exemplary, responsibility, and istiqomah in carrying out religious activities as has been implemented in schools.
