Abstract

The STI that is mostly experienced by young women is chlamydia with a total of 3,306.8 cases per 100,000 women. Efforts to increase adolescent knowledge include health education. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of health education on knowledge of external genital hygiene in adolescent girls at SMPN 2 Jalaksana, Kuningan Regency. This type of research uses quantitative. The population in this study were 287 young women from SMPN 2 Jalaksana, Kuningan Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling to obtain 74 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire, data analysis uses univariate and bivariate analysis with Paired T-test. The research results showed that 85.1% of health education was in the good category and 14.9% said it was poor. The statistical test results show that the p-value obtained is 0.000 and is smaller than the value a = 0.05, so this result shows that there is an influence of health education on knowledge of external genital hygiene in young women at SMPN 2 Jalaksana, Kuningan Regency

Abstract

The potential of solar energy in Indonesia is quite large as a renewable energy source, usually called solar panels or photovoltaic (PV) technology as a device capable of converting solar radiation into electrical energy. When solar panels operate, only about 15% of solar radiation is converted into electrical energy, while the rest is converted into heat. The intensity of solar radiation and the temperature of the surrounding air affect the voltage and current produced by solar cells. This condition requires a device that can regulate the temperature state of the solar panel. This study was conducted to overcome the heat problem in solar panels through optimizing the thermal properties of the cooling fluid by adding nano-sized SEM/EDS-tested particles to the W/EG base fluid, which is commonly called nanofluids, then making serpentine channels as a heat exchanger was also carried out. The experimental test process was carried out with a flow rate variation of 1 to 3 LPM and the inlet temperature was kept at 35˚C. The results showed that the highest cooling fluid flow rate was the most optimum condition. The Reynolds number shows that the heat transfer coefficient increases by 1011.72 W/m◦K, 1321.72 W/m◦K, and 2070.39 W/m◦K, respectively. The Nusselt number tends to increase as the Reynolds number of the nanofluid increases. An increase in Nusselt number indicates an increase in heat transfer coefficient, while Reynolds number indicates laminar flow of the coolant. Similarly, the pressure drop increases with increasing flow rate.

Abstract

رأت الباحثة أن جمعية الوحدة الإسلامية في منطقة بانتين تلعب دورا مهما في الدعوة الإسلامية وكانت دعوتها تتطور تطورا سريعا مع كونها جديدة التأسيس عند مقارنته بالجمعيات الأخرى الموجودة في بانتين كنهضة العلماء ومطلع الأنوار، وتدل على ذلك قدرتها على تأسيس فروعها في جميع المناطق البانتينية في مدة أقل من خمس سنوات، فهذه الظاهرة تجعل الباحثة راغبة في كشف استراتيجية جمعية الوحدة الإسلامية بانتين في دهوتها. يستهدف هذه الدراسة الحصول على معرفة استراتيجية دعوة جمعية الوحدة الإسلامية بمنطقة بانتين وهي بحث كيفي الذي سار على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. حصلت الباحثة على البيانات من خلال المقابلة مع رئيس جمعية الوحدة الإسلامية بانتين وكاتبها وقامت بتحليلها باستخدام أداة التحليل الرباعي. أثبتت هذه الدراسة بأن جمعية الوحدة الإسلامية بمنطقة بانتين استخدمت جمعا من الاستراتيجيات الهادفة في أنشطتها الدعوية، منها الاستراتيجية العاطفية بالبحث عن الأوقاف بشكل أراضي ومبان لتأسيس المجالس القيادية (DPD) في جميع المناطق البانتينية وبناء المكاتب والمساجد والمنشآت التعليمية فيها، وإرسال بعض منتسبي الوحدة الإسلامية بانتين ليدرسوا العلوم الشرعية. أما الاستراتيجية العقلية فكانت هذه الجمعية طبقتها بشكل تأسيس أكاديمية تدريب الدعاة لجمعية الوحدة الإسلامية بانتين لبرامج إعداد الدعاة وتأهيلهم فيها وتطبيق استراتيجي SKD (Satu Kader Dua) لتحصل على الكوادر المستهدف عددها. وأما الاستراتيجية الحسّية تتمثل في القيام باتفاق (MoU) جمعية الوحدة الإسلامية بانتين مع طرف ثالث من قبل المكاتب الحكومية في الأنشطة الدعوية. جمعية الوحدة الإسلامية بمنطقة بانتين استخدمت جمعا من الاستراتيجيات الدعوية الهادفة حتى يتمكن لها التطور بشكل سريع والنجاح في تأسيس فروعها في جميع المناطق البانتينية في مدة قصيرة. يوصى لهذه الجمعية تنفيذ الاستراتيجية التقدمية أو الهجومية (Progressive Strategy) أو النمو (Growth)، مما يعني أن الجمعية في حالة ممتازة وثابتة، بحيث يمكن الاستمرار في التطوير والتوسع والنمو المتزايد لتحقيق أقصى قدر من التقدم.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Price and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions of Avian Wall Paint Products at PT. Artha Jaya Mas Ciwaru, Serang City, Banten. This type of research is quantitative research and the data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire. The population in this study were all buyers of Avian Wall Paint Products at PT. Artha Jaya Mas Ciwaru, Serang City, Banten with a sample size of 100 respondents. Then an analysis was carried out on the data obtained by classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t, F tests, and coefficient tests. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the validity and reliability tests of all question items submitted are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that this study is normally distributed, there is no multicollinearity, shows heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation in the regression model. The results of the study show that partially the price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the results of the T test, the T count value> T table is 5.183> 1.984 and (sig 0.05). Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the results of the T test, the T count value> T table is (11.999> 1.984) and (sig 0.05). Price and Promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions as seen from the F count value> F table or (76.170> 3.09), this is also reinforced by the ρ value <Sig 0.05 or (0.000 <0.05) with a relationship like this there is a meaning that the better the price and promotion, the more it will increase the Purchase Decision for Avian Wall Paint Products at PT. Artha Jaya Mas Ciwaru, Serang City, Banten.

Abstract

JAENUDIN, 2024. The Effect of the Benefits of Partnership Cooperation and the Success of Sheep Farming on the Sustainability of Partnership Cooperation (Case of Sheep Farmers in Partnership Cooperation with CV. Kurma Adzwa Farm in West Java Province). Under the guidance of Euis Dasipah and Nataliningsih. This study aims to determine the effect of the Benefits of Partnership Cooperation and the Success of Sheep Farming Business on the Sustainability of Partnership Cooperation. The unit of analysis is sheep farmers who partner with CV. Kurma Adzwa Farm in West Java Province. The technique of determining respondents was carried out by simple random sampling obtained by 70 people. Analysis techniques are used pearson correlation analysis and path analysis. The results of the study obtained the Demonstration of the Benefits of Partnership Cooperation in West Java Province which consisted of the following dimensions: Provision of production facilities; Technical guidance, and Marketing of Production Results obtained an achievement level of 80% good criteria. The Success of Sheep Farming in West Java Province which consists of the following dimensions: Product selling price; and Sheep Business Profit obtained an achievement rate of 79.64% good criteria. Demonstration of the Success of Sheep Farming in West Java Province which consists of the following dimensions: Product selling price; and Sheep Business Profit obtained an achievement rate of 79.64% good criteria. Demonstration of Sustainability of Sheep Business Partnership Cooperation in West Java Province which consists of the following dimensions: Economic Aspects; Social Aspect; and Ecological Aspects obtained an achievement level of 79.20% good criteria. There is a strong positive correlation between the Benefits of Partnership Cooperation and the Success of Sheep Farming in West Java Province which is shown by the correlation coefficient r = 0.692. The higher / greater the benefits of partnership cooperation, the better the success of the sheep farm. The Benefits of Partnership Cooperation and the Success of Sheep Farming Business have a positive effect on the Sustainability of Partnership Cooperation. The respective contributions were 15.01% and 60.32%. Keywords: Partnership, Success, Sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, promosi, dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di HOX VAPE STORE Cabang Wisma Asri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 112 responden, terdiri dari konsumen berusia 17-50 tahun yang berdomisili di Bekasi Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, promosi, dan gaya hidup secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penetapan harga yang kompetitif, strategi promosi yang efektif, serta pemahaman terhadap gaya hidup konsumen merupakan faktor penting yang dapat mendorong peningkatan penjualan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang relevan dalam industri vape, khususnya bagi HOX VAPE STORE Cabang Wisma Asri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawanpada PT Arshyndo Teknik Nusantara Kota Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh dengan 55 responden. Hasil penelitian gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial, ditunjukan oleh persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y=5,885+0,826X1 dimana nilai koefisien beta bernilai positif artinya apabila gaya kepemimpinan mengalami peningkatan maka kinerja karyawan juga akan meningkat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung>ttabel (10,364>2,005) dan diperkuat oleh nilai sig<0,05 (0,000<0,05). Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=3,456+0,872X2 dimana nilai koefisien beta bernilai positif artinya apabila motivasi mengalami peningkatan maka kinerja karyawan juga akan meningkat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung>ttabel(10,547>2,005) dan diperkuat oleh nilai sig<0,05 (0,000< 0,05).Hasil penelitian terhadap kinerja karyawan ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi linear bergandaY=2,192+0,429X1+0,486X2 dimana nilai koefisien beta bernilai positif artinya apabilagaya kepemimpinan danmotivasimengalamipeningkatanmakakinerjakaryawan juga akan meningkat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis secarasimultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung>Ftabel(68,635>3,18) dan diperkuat oleh nilai sig<0,05 (0,000<0,05). Hasil uji koefisien determinasi variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 52,6% terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Arshyndo Teknik Nusantara. Artinya terbukti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).

Abstract

Productive zakat is an important part of Islamic social finance that aims to help reduce poverty by supporting micro and small businesses. Unlike traditional charity, productive zakat gives business capital to help zakat recipients (Mustahik) become independent. In Indonesia, especially in rural areas, this type of support plays a key role in improving people’s economic conditions. This study focuses on how a zakat institution attempts to help micro and small businesses through its productive zakat programmes. The research employed a qualitative method using a case study approach conducted at BAZNAS in Bone Regency, Indonesia. Data were collected through interviews and field observation involving BAZNAS staff, Mustahik, and leaders of local MSEs, and related document review. The results show that the mentoring provided is mostly limited to short verbal guidance when the funds are first given. There are no structured trainings and regular follow-ups. These issues are compounded by a lack of staff, long distances between locations, and no clear way to measure progress. However, we find that there are also chances to improve the programme, such as the use of digital tools, building partnerships, and strengthening local MSE organisations. This study demonstrates that mentoring needs to be more measurable so that productive zakat truly helps people become economically independent. We also offer insights from this study for improving zakat programmes in other rural areas

Abstract

Persaingan dunia industri yang semakin ketat mengharuskan perusahaan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan mesin agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitasnya. Terjadinya kerusakan pada mesin dapat memberikan banyak kerugian seperti menurunnya jumlah produksi, pembengkakan biaya, kecelakaan kerja, dan hal-hal yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian besar lainnya. Untuk menjamin pengoptimalan mesin diperlukan adanya suatu skema perawatan mesin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) untuk menganalisis perawatan terhadap mesin Air Jet Loom (AJL). Metode RCM ini dapat menentukan tindakan pemeliharaan yang harus dilakukan agar menjamin peralatan tetap optimal sesuai dengan fungsinya. Hasil menunjukkan adanya 16 mode kegagalan yang terjadi pada mesin AJL, terdapat 12 komponen yang dapat diatasi secara condition direct (CD), Serta 4 komponen mesin AJL lainnya yang dapat ditangani dengan cara Finding Failue (FF). Selain itu, Komponen Kamran merupakan komponen kritis dengan nilai RPN tertinggi sebesar 256, yang berarti bahwa Kamran mengalami kegagalan yang harus ditangani akibat terjadinya downtime yang paling besar.

Abstract

  This study aims to determine the implementation of the DSN MUI fatwa Number 26 of 2013. Furthermore, how it affects the purchase decision of Generation Muslimah Y and Z in choosing and buying cosmetic products—using qualitative methods with triangulation techniques, namely using various data collection methods consisting of observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The results show that the critical point of halal in cosmetics consists of the composition of the ingredients used and the resistance of cosmetics to water. Among the Muslim generations Y and Z, some already know, and some do not know the halal standards of cosmetics. However, according to Generations Y and Z, cosmetic halal standards in DSN – MUI Fatwa Number 26 of 2013 can affect their purchase decision on halal cosmetic products. Halal certification is still the main reason for purchasing halal cosmetics compared to prices, trends, and brands. It did by the Muslimah Generation Y and Z. In conclusion, DSN Fatwa–MUI Number 26 of 2013 applies effectively to The Muslimah Generation Y and Z as a consideration in choosing and buying halal cosmetics. This research implies that halal labeling can be used as a marketing strategy for a cosmetic product. The originality of this research lies in the object of research, which is only limited to Generations of Muslim women Y and Z and Fatwa DSN MUI Number 26 of 2013 as an analytical tool.
