Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has great potential for the development of the halal industry. This is certainly one of the biggest opportunities in increasing the halal food industry with the influence of Indonesia's large Muslim population. Indonesia accounts for 12.7% of the world's Muslim population. This research is a descriptive study with qualitative and phenomenological methods. While the data used is library data which is supported by several articles relating to this research. Then analyze the data obtained by providing a descriptive explanation of the form of text, images, and symbols that are connected. The purpose of this study. To increase awareness about halal products in Indonesia, it will be more optimal if there is a government role in handling the development of these products directly and sustainably. One of the methods in developing halal food in Indonesia is to socialize the advantages of halal products that are conceptualized and comply with the criteria of Islamic sharia. This can also be done by researchers, participants, media (mass and print) and educational institutions that are still in the realm of Islam.

Abstract

Abstract

One form of Mu'amalah that occurs is cooperation between humans, on the one hand, being service/power providers, who are called laborers, and humans, on the other hand, providing jobs, who are called employers, to carry out a production activity, provided that the workers will receive compensation. in the form of compensation. In this case, Islam responds to this fact by offering a concept, one of which is Ijarah regarding the leasing of human labor or an employment agreement between a worker and an entrepreneur called Ijarah 'Al-A'ma. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative method. While the approach in this research is a qualitative approach and this type of research is descriptive research. In this case, the circumstances, conditions, situations, events, or life activities that exist in society are the most important elements in the studies conducted. The Farmer Wages System implemented in Yosorati Village, Sumber Baru District, Jember Regency pays close attention to the principles of justice as taught by Islam so as to be able to provide welfare for workers and be able to meet the needs of their families. In Islam, wages for work should at least be able to meet basic needs, food, clothing and boards with a measure of the standard of living of the community environment.

Abstract

The dynamics of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia have experienced rapid development. Now, Islamic boarding schools are not only synonymous with religious educational institutions, but they are also expected to contribute to the economic life of the people. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of Islamic boarding schools in efforts to empower the people's economy. This research is a literature study that uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This research found that Islamic boarding schools have sufficient resources and capital to serve as a basis for economic empowerment of the community. With these resources and capital, Islamic boarding schools can carry out various activities oriented towards the economic empowerment of local people. This research uses qualitative research with a library approach. The results of this research are that in practice the community empowerment program carried out by Islamic boarding schools still uses the old system, namely not the digital system which is currently being developed in society, but what is carried out by Islamic boarding schools can be in direct contact with the community so that it remains in accordance with vision and mission of an Islamic boarding school that upholds the principle of mutual help.

Abstract

The Indonesian economy is currently growing and developing. This can be seen from the number of financial institutions that continue to maintain their viability in the face of competition. Indonesian financial institutions are usually traditional financial institutions, but currently there are many sharia-based financial institutions. One institution or business entity that is suitable to overcome this problem is the integrated independent business center or better known as Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT). This research uses quantitative methods to conduct descriptive and qualitative research. Moleong explained, by using descriptive and qualitative methods, the data collected was in the form of text, images, not digital data. This data can be obtained from interviews, field notes, videos, photos and personal documents. The results of this research are that Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) is a microfinance institution organized by a sharia microfinance institution which is run with the concept of profit sharing, developing sharia microenterprises which aim to raise the status and dignity and defend the interests of the community. poor and destitute people. disadvantaged community groups. BMT has quite a big opportunity based on the concept of justice and is in line with sharia law.
