Abstract

One form of Mu'amalah that occurs is cooperation between humans, on the one hand, being service/power providers, who are called laborers, and humans, on the other hand, providing jobs, who are called employers, to carry out a production activity, provided that the workers will receive compensation. in the form of compensation. In this case, Islam responds to this fact by offering a concept, one of which is Ijarah regarding the leasing of human labor or an employment agreement between a worker and an entrepreneur called Ijarah 'Al-A'ma. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative method. While the approach in this research is a qualitative approach and this type of research is descriptive research. In this case, the circumstances, conditions, situations, events, or life activities that exist in society are the most important elements in the studies conducted. The Farmer Wages System implemented in Yosorati Village, Sumber Baru District, Jember Regency pays close attention to the principles of justice as taught by Islam so as to be able to provide welfare for workers and be able to meet the needs of their families. In Islam, wages for work should at least be able to meet basic needs, food, clothing and boards with a measure of the standard of living of the community environment.

Abstract

The Indonesian economy is currently growing and developing. This can be seen from the number of financial institutions that continue to maintain their viability in the face of competition. Indonesian financial institutions are usually traditional financial institutions, but currently there are many sharia-based financial institutions. One institution or business entity that is suitable to overcome this problem is the integrated independent business center or better known as Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT). This research uses quantitative methods to conduct descriptive and qualitative research. Moleong explained, by using descriptive and qualitative methods, the data collected was in the form of text, images, not digital data. This data can be obtained from interviews, field notes, videos, photos and personal documents. The results of this research are that Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) is a microfinance institution organized by a sharia microfinance institution which is run with the concept of profit sharing, developing sharia microenterprises which aim to raise the status and dignity and defend the interests of the community. poor and destitute people. disadvantaged community groups. Abstract

The development of tourism destinations has good prospects and can be relied upon to support and contribute to regional income through levies, one of which is the Guci tourist destination located in Tegal Regency, Central Java Province. Guci has various natural potentials and is supported by an agrarian society. The condition of Guci tourism this year has experienced a decline due to the accident of a tourist bus from the city of Tanggerang on May 7 2023. The cause is limited management capacity due to lack of government and private cooperation, lack of involvement of the community in developing Guci tourism, damage to nature and the impression of being dirty, limited facilities and supporting infrastructure such as damaged or narrow roads and unstrategic parking, inadequate modes of transportation and several irresponsible individuals. This research aims to analyze what quality tourism development strategies will be applied to Guci tourism so that it provides competitive value for Tegal Regency. The research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis with classification and development trends to determine the condition of tourism products and markets. The results of the research show that there are at least three supporting aspects that can be important in quality tourism, especially to fulfill aspects of quality tourism, namely quality of experiences, quality of profile, and quality of life. Abstract

Dalam dunia perbankan banyak produk-produk yang ditawarkan untuk memajukan kredibilitas perbankan itu sendiri agar para nasabah tetap mempercayai perbankan tersebut sebagai Bank yang dapat memberi kenyamanan dan kemudahan bagi para nasabahnya. Internet banking dalam sistem perbankan merupakan salah satu pelayanan jasa Bank yang memungkinkan kepada nasabahnya untuk memperoleh semua informasi yang diinginkan olehnya serta dapat mengakses komunikasi dan melakukan transaksi perbankan melalui jaringan internet sehingga nasabah dapat merasakan bermacam manfaat dalam menggunakan Internet Banking apalagi bagi para pelaku bisnis yang sangat membutuhkan komunikasi yag efektif efesien. Berdasarkan perumusan masalah yang disebutkan di atas maka dapat dirumuskan tujuan penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Pertama, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Internet Banking terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan Internet Banking. Kedua, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh sosial terhadap minat perilaku menggunakan Internet Banking. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif (Qualitative Research). Dimana penelitian ini lebih pada fenomina-fenomina sosial dari pespektif partisipan. Dengan adanya layanan Internet Banking memberikan banyak keuntungan dan kemudahan bagi para nasabah dan perbankan dalam bertransaksi Seperti misalnya, jika ingin membayar tagihan atau mentransfer uang dalam keadaan yang cukup mendesak serta dapat memberikan kenyamanan dalam melakukan transaksi. Banyak nasabah yang mendukung terhadap adanya Internet banking yang dapat memudahkah urusan mereka.

Abstract

Today internet banking is a major concern and a revolutionary weapon of strategic bank operations, for mendelivery as well as for interbank competition. Online banking was introduced as a channel where bank customers can conduct banking financial activities electronically through the bank's website. The approach used in this research is to use a qualitative approach using a type of Life History research (life story experience) where this research focuses on phenomena that occur in the field in certain situations. The result of this study is that Internet Banking has several conveniences in making transactions, including Account Information, Balance Information, Account Mutation, Fund Transfer, Transfer Between Rek, Transfer To Bang Lain, Scheduled Transakasi, Add Transfer And View Status so that the conveniences possessed by this application have a very significant influence on the interests of customers

Abstract

Pengembangan destinasi pariwisata memiliki prospek yang bagus dan dapat diandalkan untuk mendukung dan berkontribusi terhadap pendapatan daerah melalui retribusinya salah satunya adalah destinasi wisata Guci yang terletak di Kabupaten Tegal, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Guci memiliki berbagai potensi alam dan didukung dengan masyarakat yang agraris. Kondisi wisata Guci tahun ini mengalami kemerosotan yang diakibatkan dari kecelakaan bus pariwisata asal kota Tanggerang pada 07 Mei 2023. Penyebabnya adalah terbatasnya kemampuan pengelolaan dikarenakan kurangnya kerjasama pemerintah dan swasta, kurang melibatkan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan wisata guci, rusaknya alam dan terkesan kotor, terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana pendukung seperti kondisi jalan yang rusak ataupun sempit dan parkiran yang tidak strategis, moda transportasi yang kurang serta terdapat beberapa oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apa saja strategi pengembangan quality tourism yang akan diterapkan pada wisata Guci sehingga memberikan nilai kompetitif bagi Kabupaten Tegal. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif dengan klasifikasi serta kecenderungan perkembangan untuk mengetahui kondisi produk dan pasar wisata, Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa paling tidak ada tiga aspek pendukung yang dapat menjadi hal penting dalam quality tourism (pariwisata berkualitas) terutama untuk memenuhi aspek dari pariwisata berkualitas yaitu quality of experiences, quality of profir, dan quality of life.

Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis dan merancang Strategi Pengembangan Instagram dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) pada Marogan Tour and Travel Palembang. Latar belakang masalahnya adalah tingkat engagement media sosial perusahaan yang relatif rendah (25%) sehingga membatasi efektivitas pemasaran digital. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi studi ini menemukan bahwa pengembangan yang efektif diperlukan penjadwalan konten yang konsisten, identitas visual yang kohesif, caption informatif dengan tagar relevan, optimalisasi Linktree, serta interaksi berorientasi komunitas yang selaras dengan elemen BMC berupa kemitraan kunci, aktivitas kunci, dan segmen pelanggan. Secara manajerial, temuan ini mengisyaratkan perlunya menginstitusikan kalender editorial dan SOP, mengalokasikan sumber daya sederhana untuk template desain dan analitik, menetapkan KPI triwulan untuk meningkatkan engagement sekaligus mendorong pemesanan, serta memformalkan kemitraan guna memperluas jangkauan memberikan rujukan praktis bagi pengelolaan media digital berbasis Instagram di sektor pariwisata.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the influence of User Generated Content (UGC) and source credibility on consumer decision making in restaurant selection, focusing on consumers in Palembang City. It aims to understand how user created online content and perceived credibility shape consumer preferences and purchase behavior. Methodology/approach: A quantitative survey in Palembang was conducted involving 204 respondents who had previously used social media or online platforms before choosing a restaurant. The collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test both direct and indirect relationships among the variables. Results/findings: The findings show that UGC has a significant positive impact on consumer decisions both directly and indirectly. UGC also enhances perceptions of source credibility, which in turn significantly affects decision making. Furthermore, source credibility partially mediates the relationship between UGC and consumer decisions. Text-based reviews were found to be more influential than visual content, suggesting the presence of demographic and cultural differences among respondents. Conclutions: The results confirm that credible and authentic UGC plays a crucial role in influencing restaurant choice behavior. Consumers are not only influenced by content availability but also by its trustworthiness and relevance. Limitations: The purposive sampling focused on young female respondents, limiting generalizability. The removal of some indicators highlights the need for refined measurement tools, particularly for visual media. Contribution: This study expands consumer behavior theory and provides practical insights for restaurant managers to strengthen digital trust and engagement.

Abstract

The continuous growth in the use of and purchasing transactions on e-commerce platforms has encouraged logistics service providers to compete in marketing their services in order to attract consumers. This study examines the factors that influence e-commerce users’ decisions in selecting logistics service providers for product delivery. A quantitative approach with an associative research design was employed by analyzing independent variables consisting of cost, time, area coverage, and delivery service features, with intention as a mediating variable and user selection decision as the dependent variable.The respondents in this study were e-commerce users in Palembang City. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, conducted through the distribution of online questionnaires measured using a Likert scale, supported by secondary data sourced from academic journals, websites, and other relevant sources. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). A total of 247 respondents met the research criteria. The results show that shipping cost and delivery service quality have a positive and significant effect on users’ selection decisions. Meanwhile, time, area coverage, and service features do not have a significant effect, either directly or indirectly. These findings indicate that cost and service quality are the main considerations and play an important role in shaping users’ intentions and decisions, followed by other factors, although their effects are not significant. Theoretically, this study extends existing knowledge by demonstrating causal relationships among factors influencing consumer decisions in choosing logistics service providers. Practically, the findings are expected to serve as a reference for logistics service providers in e-commerce to create new innovations, particularly by offering competitive pricing and continuously improving service quality.
