Abstract

Diesel Engine adalah motor bakar pembakaran dalam (Internal Combustion Engine), yang bahan bakarnya disemprotkan ke dalam ruang silinder pada waktu piston berada di titik mati atas (TMA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi pada kepala silinder, khususnya pada mesin QSK 50 MCRS, sehingga perawatan kepala silinder lebih baik, guna mengoptimalkan pengoperasian mesin dalam proses industri. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data guna mengetahui penyebab kerusakan kepala silinder pada mesin QSK 50 MCRS. Ada beberapa langkah yang dilakukan termasuk pembersihan, inspeksi visual, dan pengukuran dan analisis kerusakan pada kepala silinder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada erosi selama proses pembersihan komponen. Ada kerusakan pada setiap permukaan ruang pembakaran di kepala silinder. Karakteristik kerusakan menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi erosi kavitasi pada permukaan ruang pembakaran. Erosi kavitasi terjadi pada permukaan ruang pembakaran karena gelembung udara yang meledak atau meledak selama stroke daya dari siklus empat stroke mesin. Erosi kavitasi ditandai dengan permukaan dengan lubang kecil. Analisis kepala 16 silinder QSK 50 MCRS menunjukkan bahwa semua kepala silinder masih dapat digunakan lagi, karena kepala silinder masih dalam cakupan standar yang ditetapkan dalam manual.

Abstract

The Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) Investment Gallery is a means of introducing the Capital Market from an early age to the academic world. One of the private universities in Riau province which has an investment gallery is Lancang Kuning University, which is located at the Faculty of Economics and Business called the BEI FEB Investment Gallery, Lancang Kuning University. The opening of the IDX FEB Investment Gallery at Lancang Kuning University is a collaboration between the BEI Riau region and accompanied by PT Indopremier. With the existence of the Investment Gallery at FEB Unilak since 2018, based on interviews, student interest in investing is still low. The purpose of this research is to determine the low interest of FEB Unilak students in investing in the IDX FEB Unilak Investment Gallery. The results of the research show the symptoms or elements of self-interest of FEB Unilak students to invest in the BEI FEB Unilak Investment Gallery, for students who have invested in themselves they have 3 symptoms, namely the element of cognition (knowledge), the element of conation (willingness) and the element of strong feelings to invest and have hope that in the future there will be profits. Meanwhile, FEB Unilak students who have not invested in the IDX Unilak Investment Gallery have symptoms of elements of cognition (knowledge) that are still small and limited and do not yet have symptoms of elements of conation (willingness) as well as elements of feeling, and it can be concluded that FEB Unilak students' interest in investing is still low. invest in the IDX FEB Unilak Investment Gallery. Abstract

Emotional intelligence is an individual's potential to improve the individual's emotions. Meanwhile sa`adah mutawazinah is an approach to counselling that involves a balance between the world and the hereafter in an individual's life. The formation of emotional intelligence through the sa'adah mutawazinah approach in schools not only provides students with a deep understanding of the emotions of themselves and others, but also has a significant impact in strengthening the balance between aspects of the world and the hereafter. This article aims to determine the formation of emotional intelligence through the sa approach. `There is mutawazinah at school. This article is included in the library study. Data collection techniques are through books, journals and other documents. The results obtained are that with the sa'adah mutawazinah approach in schools, emotional intelligence is emphasized to achieve harmony between happiness in this world and the hereafter. This education emphasizes Islamic values, including empathy and self-control. The key to success lies in the integration of Islamic principles, the development of emotional values, and parental involvement, paving the way for sustainable happiness in this world and the hereafter.

Abstract

People's Business Credit is one of the government's efforts to develop the productive sector, especially by helping business actors to obtain financing through the People's Business Credit program, also applies at BRK Syariah by offering various loan products for individuals, businesses or companies. BRK Syariah provides financing facilities intended for micro and small businesses. In developments over the last five years, the disbursement of the People's Business Credit funds has fluctuated, this certainly affects the development of small businesses This research aims to determine the effect of providing people's business credit on the business development of BRK Syariah Pekanbaru customers. Data sources with primary and secondary data, data analysis used is quantitative data. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. The research results show that the provision of people's business credit has a significant and positive influence on the development of customers' businesses as evidenced by the calculated t value (13,794) > t table (2,021). With a regression value of Y= 1.267 + 0.919X with an R Square value of 84.5%. Keywords: Business Development, People's Business Credit
