Abstract

Pembelajaran berbasis daring saat ini masih menjadi momok bagi sebagian guru karena adanya keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang dimiliki oleh guru. Pelatihan peningkatan kemampuan pemanfaatan TIK diperlukan bagi guru agar dapat membuat dan menciptakan konten-konten pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif sehingga dapat merangsang siswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan pembelajaran berbasis pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi kepada guru agar bisa memanfaatkan sebaik mungkin teknologi tersebut sebagai bahan mengajar secara optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah teacher center yaitu instruktur akan memberikan materi kepada peserta (guru) dengan simulasi seperti guru yang mengajar kepada murid dengan kata lain kita yang menjadi guru untuk memberikan ilmu tersebut. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini peserta/guru dapat memahami tentang pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi secara konseptual dan praktik sehingga mampu untuk menerapkan pembelajaran tersebut untuk penerapan pembelajaran secara daring.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a psychological scale of self-control insocial media. Self-control is the ability to control behavior and resist temptationsthat arise from within so as to be able to take action to avoid unwantedconsequences, self-control has three aspects, namely the ability to control behavior,cognitive control and decision control. The stages of this research includeconfirming the measuring area by selecting the attribute of self-control, thenmaking a blueprint for the self-control scale to limit the concept of self-control.Item writing refers to self-control indicators in social media, the content validitytest involves 3 raters and the readability test involves 4 respondents according tothe criteria. The data collection technique uses Convenien sampling, namely byuploading the "Social Media" questionnaire link on social media accounts. Thereliability test on the self-control scale produces a Cronbach Alpha coefficient of0.903, meaning that the reliability of the scale is very good. The final result of thisscale consists of 20 items.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore information through case studies related to the management of women's work stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a qualitative method with a single instrumental case study approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation with 3 female entrepreneurs as sources. It can be concluded that the Covid-19 pandemic has had many impacts on all groups, especially a woman who has multiple roles in her life
