Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini, keberadaan perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan dalam masyarakat. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah tim pelaksana mengunjungi Yayasan Pondok Pesantren dan Panti Asuhan Nurul Ikhsan yang beralamat di Kampung Momonggor Rt/Rw 01/01, Desa Keranggan Kec, Setu Kab. Tangerang Selatan, Banten 15312 dan memberikan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mulai tanggal 21 Maret 2021. Pelatihan ini bertujuan agar siswa dan siswi mengunjungi Yayasan Pondok Pesantren dan Panti Asuhan Nurul Ikhsan yang masih berusia remaja memahami pentingnya disiplin protokol kesehatan untuk mencegah penularan virus Covid-19 yang sedang terjadi pada saat ini. Hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah bertambahnya keilmuan dan keterampilan siswa-siswi Yayasan Pondok Pesantren dan Panti Asuhan Nurul Ikhsan, khususnya dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan yang sudah dihimbau oleh pemerintah guna memutus rantai penyebaran virus Covid-19. Ilmu yang didapatkan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu memberikan semangat dalam menyampaikan pengetahuan dan memberikan motivasi serta berkontribusi bagi generasi muda, baik di lingkungan sekolah, kampus maupun masyarakat. Abstract

This research examines the implementation of project-based learning (PjBL) in enhancing students' creativity and active participation at SMP Muhammadiyah 15 Surabaya. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type, this study aims to understand how project-based learning design contributes to the development of students' creativity, especially in the subject of Fiqh. The research subjects consisted of seventh-grade students, who were selected through a purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was done descriptively by presenting the findings systematically. The results showed that the application of PjBL proved effective in providing space for students to explore Fiqh concepts through real projects relevant to everyday life. This approach not only improves in-depth understanding of the material but also strengthens students' critical thinking skills, collaboration, and creativity in completing tasks. The teacher's role as a facilitator also contributes to increasing students' learning independence, strengthening their involvement in the learning process, and increasing their sense of responsibility for their learning outcomes. Based on these findings, project-based learning can be recommended as an effective method to enhance students' creativity in Fiqh and other subjects that require a practical and contextual approach.

Abstract

In 2021, Indonesia's National Land Agency (Badan Pertanahan Nasional) reported that 1.2 million hectares of land were identified as idle, with 89,000 hectares officially designated as abandoned land. Meanwhile, a significant portion of the population still struggles to access property, such as land or housing, due to rising property prices, which escalate yearly. This situation exacerbates inequality in property ownership, as outlined in Indonesia's Agrarian Law (UU Agraria), which mandates the government to ensure equitable access to land and address ownership disparities. Drawing on practices from countries such as the Philippines, Cambodia, and South Korea, a potential solution to address idle property issues is the imposition of an idle property tax. This policy could be implemented through a surcharge mechanism or a piggyback system on the existing Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) based on the property’s assessed value (NJOP). A progressive tax rate could also be introduced, increasing with the duration a property remains idle. Such measures aim to deter speculative behavior that treats property solely as an investment without societal contribution. However, implementing this policy requires careful consideration of institutional harmonization, the overall tax burden, and the administrative costs to ensure an effective and balanced approach.

Abstract

Restitusi merupakan pembayaran ganti kerugian yang dibebankan kepada pelaku berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap atas kerugian materiil dan atau immateriil yang diderita korban atau ahli warisnya. Dalam PP disebutkan bahwa setiap anak yang menjadi korban tindak pidana berhak memperoleh restitusi. Permasalahan disini adalah: Bagaimana proses pengajuan restitusi menurut undang-undang No 31 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban juga dalam Perma No.1 Tahun 2022 Tentang Tata Cara Penyelesaian Permohonan dan Pemberian Restitusi dan Kompensasi Kepada Korban Tindak Pidana, lalu apa saja kendala yang di hadapi penegak hukum dalam menerapkan restitusi dan bagaimana implementasi dari restitusi tersebut dalam kasus putusan pengadilan Negeri Bandung Nomor : 989/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Bdg. Penelitian hukum ini tergolong penelitian Penelitian hukum normatif adalah penelitian hukum kepustakaan, dimana dalam penelitian hukum normatif bahan pustaka merupakan data dasar yang dipergunakan dalam usaha menganalisis bahan hukum dengan mengacu kepada norma- norma hukum yang dituangkan dalam peraturan perundang undangan. Prosedur identifikasi dan inventarisasi bahan hukum mencakup bahan hukum primer yaitu peraturan perundang undangan, bahan hukum sekunder, yaitu literatur dan karya ilmiah hukum. Sedangkan penelitian empiris adalah penelitian dengan data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari para penegak hukum mengenai penerapan aturan hukum di dalam masyarakat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa restitusi seharusnya memperoleh perhatian dari pembuat kebijakan.Kemdian muncul ide masyarakat diberi kesempatan. Penerapan hak restitusi, hambatan dan upaya pemenuhan hak oleh penyidik maupun Penuntut Umum memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam pengajuan bukti untuk menunjang hak korban mendapatkan restitusi. Mengingat Hakim yang nantinya akanmempertimbangkan jumlah restitusi yang didapatkan oleh korban yang dituangkan dalam amar putusan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh bimbingankelompok teknik sosiodrama terhadap peningkatan komunikasiinterpersonal siswa. Penelitian dilakukan nada Siswa kelas XI IPSMA YAJRI 2 Pakis. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pre eksperimendengan model One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Penelitian inimengambil populasi seluruh siswa kelas XI MA Yajri 2 Pakissebanyak 50 siswa. Subjek penelitian dipilih secara simple randomsampling, yaitu dilakukan dengan cara undian atau lotre . Sampelyang diambil sebanyak 8 orang siswa. Metode pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan menggunakan angket komunikasi interpersonal.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis ststistik parametricdengan uji Paired Sample T Test dengan bantuan program SPSS forWindows versi 24.00.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompokdengan teknik sosiodrama berpengaruh meningkatkan pemahamankomunikasi interpersonal siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan adanya hasil ujiStatistic Paired Sample T Test menunjukan p=0,001<0,05, hasilprobabilitas menunjukan kurang dari 0,05 maka Ho ditolak. haltersebut berarti bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama berpengaruhterhadap peningkatan komunikasi interpersonal siswa.

Abstract

Hypertension remains a major global health challenge and a leading contributor to cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Its asymptomatic nature causes many individuals to remain undiagnosed, increasing the risk of severe complications such as stroke, coronary artery disease, and renal impairment. Despite advancements in diagnostic and therapeutic approaches, hypertension awareness and treatment adherence remain low, particularly in primary care settings where early detection is crucial. This study describes the clinical identification and management process of a hypertensive adult patient at Segala Mider Public Health Center as an illustration of the essential role of primary healthcare services in improving hypertension control at the community level. Clinical data were collected through patient interviews, vital sign assessment, physical examination, and review of medical records. The patient, a 42-year-old male, presented with recurrent dizziness triggered by physical activity and consumption of sweet foods. Initial evaluation showed severely elevated blood pressure at 164/122 mmHg with otherwise normal cardiopulmonary findings. The patient had previously been taking amlodipine 5 mg daily with suboptimal response. Management involved titration of amlodipine to 10 mg daily for 15 days, accompanied by short-term furosemide therapy and vitamin B complex supplementation. The intervention produced symptomatic improvement and facilitated better blood pressure control during follow-up. The findings highlight the importance of timely recognition of uncontrolled hypertension, appropriate pharmacological adjustment, and continuous monitoring. This report emphasizes the relevance of primary care in initiating evidence-based treatment, identifying modifiable risk factors, and ensuring patient education regarding lifestyle modification. The novelty of this study lies in demonstrating how structured evaluation and treatment optimization in a resource-limited primary care setting can effectively support hypertension control while preventing long-term complications, reinforcing the vital role of frontline healthcare facilities in managing chronic diseases.

Abstract

This research examines the use of the Smart Class application in digital learning in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at SMP Muhammadiyah 15 Surabaya. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, this research aims to understand how the app affects learning quality and student engagement. Data were obtained through interviews and observations of teachers and students, focusing on the effectiveness and constraints of using the app. The results show that the Smart Class app, which is equipped with features such as animations, E-books and practice questions, has a positive impact on students' learning motivation. Teachers can deliver material in a more interesting and interactive way, although there are some constraints in curriculum suitability. The app has the potential to improve student learning outcomes if implemented effectively with training support for teachers.
