Abstract

Interest is a consumer's desire and action to repurchase a product due to the satisfaction received after receiving what they desire from a product. This study aims to determine the effect of advertising on online sites and lifestyle in the digital era on interest in repurchasing at online stores for Educators and Education Personnel at Tribuana Kalabahi University, Alor Regency. Data was collected using a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially advertising on online sites positively affected repurchase interest at online stores, partly lifestyle. The digital era has a positive and significant impact on repurchase interest in online stores; Simultaneously, advertisements on online sites and lifestyles in the digital age positively affect repurchase interest at online stores. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.428 or 42.8% means that buying interest in online stores is influenced by advertisements on online sites and lifestyles in the digital era by 42.8% the remaining 57.2% this affected by other variables not examined in this study this research.

Abstract

Liquidity is the company's ability to pay off its short-term obligations. The higher the level of liquidity, the more capable the company is to pay off its obligations, conversely, the lower the liquidity, the lower the company's ability to pay off its obligations. This study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover on liquidity as represented by the current ratio at the Harappan Regional Public Company, Alor Regency, either partially or simultaneously. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques by taking samples in the form of financial reports for 2015-2019. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F test. The results showed that partially cash turnover had a positive significant effect on company liquidity. Accounts receivable turnover has a positive significant effect on company liquidity, and inventory turnover has a positive significant effect on the Company's liquidity. Simultaneously, cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover have a positive significant effect on company liquidity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of planning, implementation, and monitoring of Village Funds on economic empowerment Village community in Taramana Village, Northeast Alor District, Alor Regency, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study was 14 people. The research sample was carried out using a saturated sample. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that all statements in the questionnaire were declared valid. They had an r-value count of more than 0.300 and all variables were declared reliable because they had values Cronbach's Alpha of more than 0.600. Partially the planning variable has a significant t-test value of 0.000; the implementation variable has a t-test significance value of 0.000, and the control variable has a t-test significance value of 0.000 where the t-test significance value of each independent variable is smaller than the alpha value (∂=0.05) so that partially all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Meanwhile, simultaneously the significance value of the F test is 0.000 where this value is smaller than the alpha value (∂ = 0.05) so that together all the independent variables in this study affect the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, cost, and distribution on the income of porang farmers in Kuifana Village, District South Century Alor Regency. The population in this study was all porang farmers with a sample of 30 people. And the Data collection uses questionnaires and data processing using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the significance value of the t-test of the product quality variable was 0.016, the cost variable was 0.000, and the distribution variable was 0.031. When compared with the alpha value, the t-test value of each independent variable is smaller than the alpha value (α=0.05) so that partially the product, cost, and distribution variables have a significant positive effect on the income variable. While simultaneously, the significance value of the F test is 0.000, where this value is smaller than the alpha value (α = 0.05). Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Participatory Leadership, and Organizational Culture on Performance. The research was conducted on 334 members of the Alor Resort Police. Based on the results of the study, the results of simple linear regression showed that. Partially, work motivation has a significant value of 0.025, this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, thus there is a significant effect of the motivation variable on performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant value of 0.004 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, thus there is a significant effect of the work discipline variable on performance. Partially participatory leadership has a significant value of 0.018 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, thus there is a significant influence of the participatory leadership variable. Partially organizational culture has a significant value of 0.039, where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, thus there is a significant influence of organizational culture variables on performance. Simultaneously the variables of work motivation, work discipline, participatory leadership, and organizational culture have a significant value of 0.000 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 so that the variables of work motivation, work discipline, participatory leadership, and organizational culture have a significant effect on performance

Abstract

Community welfare is an inseparable part of the paradigm of economic development that is said to be successful if the level of community welfare is getting better. Gaps and inequality in people's lives are caused by the success of economic development that is not accompanied by an increase in people's welfare. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of village fund allocation on the welfare of the village community in Bana Village, Pantar District, Alor Regency, to determine the effect of village funds on the welfare of the village community in Bana Village, Pantar District, Alor Regency and to determine the effect of allocation of village funds and village funds on community welfare. Village in Bana Village, Pantar District, Alor Regency. The sample in this study was 64 people. Data collection using observation techniques, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Then analyzed using a t-test (partial test) and F-test (simultaneous test). The method used in this research is descriptive statistics, research instrument test, and classical assumption test. The results showed that the variable allocation of village funds and village funds had a significant effect on the welfare of rural communities in Bana Village, Pantar District, and Alor Regency

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the customer's perception that his expectations have been met, optimal results are obtained for each customer and the service of the Cooperative by taking into account the abilities of customers and their families, paying attention to customer needs so that the best continuity is between satisfaction and results. This study was conducted on 40 customers with the aim of this study being to determine the effect of physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), assurance (assurance), responsiveness (responsiveness), empathy (empathy) on customer satisfaction Lego Savings and Loans Cooperatives. Lego Kalabahi, Alor Regency. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Data analysis used t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). The results of the study show that partially the variables consisting of variables (tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness and empathy) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously the variables consisting of tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness and empathy together all variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of the Simapan Pinajm cooperative in the Kalabah Savings and Loan Cooperative, Teluk Mutiara District, Alor Regency

Abstract

Welfare is an organized system implemented through social services and institutions to assist individuals and groups to attain a satisfactory standard of life and health as well as social and social relations which provide an opportunity for them to develop to the fullest their abilities and to improve their well-being according to the needs of the family and society. This research aims to determine the effect of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) and Business Income on the Welfare of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) During the Spread of Covid-19. The research was conducted in Kelurahan Kalabahi Kota Teluk Mutiara District, Alor Regency with a sample of 30 people. Collecting data using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The results showed that partially the Direct Cash Assistance variable did not affect the welfare of MSME actors with a significant value of 0.579 ≥ 0.05. Partially, the variable Operating Income has a significant effect on the Welfare of MSME Actors indicated by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, the direct cash assistance and business income variables have an effect on the welfare of MSME actors as shown by the significance value of the F test of 0.000.

Abstract

Financial Management is an activity of planning, budgeting, and saving funds owned by an organization or company. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, student characteristics, and the campus environment on student personal financial management with a sample of 54 people. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis uses instrument tests, namely validity tests, and reliability tests; the classic assumption test is the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test while the hypothesis testing uses multiple linear analysis namely the t-test and F test. The results show that partially financial literacy has a significant effect on student financial management as indicated by a significant t-test of 0.000. Partially the student characteristic variables have a significant effect on student financial management as indicated by. t test the significant value of 0.001. Partially, campus environment variables have a significant effect on student financial management as indicated by a significance value of the t-test of 0.000. Simultaneously the variables of financial literacy, student characteristics, and campus environment have a significant effect on student financial management as indicated by the significant value of the F test of 0.000.

Abstract

Satisfaction of service users, namely feelings of pleasure or disappointment that arise after comparing the performance (results) of the product in question with the expected performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of the dimensions of service quality consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on service user satisfaction at the Simfony Kalabahi Hotel. The population in this study were all consumers who use the services of the Simfony Kalabahi hotel in Alor Regency with a sample of 30 people. The method used in this study is quantitative with descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that partial physical evidence has a significant effect on user satisfaction as indicated by a significant t-test value of 0.000. Reliability has a significant effect on user satisfaction as indicated by a significant t-test value of 0.015. Responsiveness has a significant effect on user satisfaction as indicated by the significant value of the t-test of 0.016. Assurance has a significant effect on user satisfaction as indicated by a significant t-test value of 0.034, and empathy has a significant effect on user satisfaction as indicated by a significant t-test value of 0.017. Simultaneously physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affect user satisfaction which is indicated by a significance value of the F test of 0.000
