Abstract

AbstrakAncaman yang datang mengganggu kedaulatan Indonesia dari waktu semakin beragam. Tidak hanya dalam bentuk ancaman militer yang bisa dilihat oleh mata secara langsung, tetapi ancaman tak kasat mata lainnya jauh lebih banyak megancam kedaulatan negara. Salah satu wujudnya adalah kalahnya produk lokal denan produk luar dipasar Indonesia. Hal tersebut, jika dibiarkan secara terus menerus akan mengakibatkan rusaknya sitem ekonomi di Indonesia. Selain dari itu, apabila sistem ekonomi dalam suatu negara hancur maka kedaulatan negara pun dapat terancam. Disinilah fungsi dan peran dari nasionalisme dan bela negara pelu dikembangkan dan dipahami oleh masyarakat. Dalam hal ini selain diperlukannya pemahaman bela negara dan nasionalisme diperlukan juga sebuah realisasi dari hasil pemahaman tersebut, untuk menciptakan negara yang aman dan makmur. Kata kunci; Ancaman, Nasionalisme, dan Bela negara AbstractThe threats that have come to interfere with Indonesia's sovereignty have varied from time to time. Not only in the form of a military threat that can be seen directly by the eye, but other invisible threats threaten the sovereignty of the state. One form of this is the defeat of local products with foreign products in the Indonesian market. This, if allowed to continue, will result in damage to the economic system in Indonesia. Apart from that, if the economic system in a country is destroyed, the sovereignty of the country can be threatened. This is where the functions and roles of nationalism and state defense need to be developed and understood by the community. In this case, apart from the need for an understanding of state defense and nationalism, a realization of the results of this understanding is also needed in order to create a safe and prosperous country.Key words: Threats, Nationalism, and State Defense

Abstract

The digital era has brought drastic changes in the way humans interact with technology, especially in the context of copyright. Technological developments have enabled faster and easier access to digital content, but have also led to an increase in copyright infringement. This article aims to conduct a review of literature studies on policies and ethics that can help overcome copyright violations in the digital era. This research uses a literature study method by collecting references from accredited published articles, both nationally and internationally. Then the references are compiled and analyzed for further conclusions to be drawn. This research provides a deeper understanding of the complexity of copyright issues in the digital era and concludes that to overcome copyright infringement, a combination of policies that are compatible with technological developments, strong ethics and careful digital protection technology is needed.

Abstract

This research was motivated by enacting regulations regarding the zoning-based New Student Admission system in various schools in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between the zoning system policy set by the government in PPDB on children's learning motivation and to find definite answers regarding the pros and cons that occur among the general public. In analyzing this, we use literature study as a research method, namely looking for various literature related to our research that is sourced from multiple media, both online and offline. Literature collection begins by searching for literature that discusses the zoning system and then on learning motivation in elementary schools, which includes definitions and characteristics. In searching for literature studies, prioritize the most recent year of publication. After collecting the literature, the relationship between zoning policies and the learning motivation of elementary school students. This study's results indicate a connection between the zoning policy in PPDB and the level of student motivation in elementary schools.
