Abstract

Maksud dari observasi ini ialah untuk melihat pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Return On,Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Nett Profit Margins (NPM) terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Sektor Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2016-2019. Strategi observasi ini dilangsungkan dengan teknik kuantitatif. Total populasi pada observasi ini 61 perusahaan, dengan memakai teknik purposive sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 19 perusahaan. Analisis data pada observasi ini memakai analisis linier berganda dan uji data memakai spss 23 for Windows. Dari hasil observasi ini membuktikan variabel bebas Current Ratio yang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat Harga Saham dengan angka thitung > ttabel atau -2,693 > 1,994 dengan siginifiknsi 0,000 < 0,05. Adapun pengaruh tingkat signifikan angka fhitung 16,071 > ftabel 2,35 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Lalu dalam uji analisis data bahwa 16,1% membuktikan angka koefisien determinasi yang di dapat, selebihnya sejumlah 83,9% bias diuraikan pada variabel bebas lainnya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh solvabilitas, free cash flow, struktur aset, dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian kausal dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Jumlah perusahaan yang diteliti adalah 15 perusahaan dengan total sampel sebanyak 45 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, solvabilitas dan kepemilikan manajerial mempengaruhi kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2020. Free cash flow dan struktur aset secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2018-2020. Solvabilitas, free cash flow, struktur aset, dan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh secara stimultan terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan manufaktur di BEI tahun 2018-2020.

Abstract

Using a sample of 87 annual reports of food and beverage manufacturing companies in Indonesia from 2019-2021, the study found that liquidity, solvency and profitability had an impact on the stock price while for the size of the company there was no influence on the share price. The results indicated that the company's size could not yet be used as a factor of consideration that could influence the price of the stock. However, the likvidity, Solvency, and Profitability could be used in terms of influencing stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, debt policy, profitability and company size on company value partially and simultaneously in companies included in the Customer Non-Cyclicals sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. The research method used is a quantitative research method with secondary data types. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The population is 113 companies and a purposive sampling technique is used to obtain a sample of 36 companies with a research period of 4 years, so that the number of samples is 114. The results of the study indicate that liquidity and debt policy do not have a partial effect on company value, while profitability and company size have a partial effect on company value. Simultaneously, liquidity, debt policy, company size, and profitability affect company value

Abstract

Digital transformation has opened opportunities for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through innovative technology utilization. However, many SME operators in Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, have limited understanding of social media marketing strategies and digital wallet benefits. This community service activity aims to enhance SME operators' knowledge in utilizing AI-supported social media marketing and digital wallet usage to improve business competitiveness. The method is participatory approach with socialization, training, and practice mentoring conducted at Tanjung Morawa District Head Office on May 26, 2025, targeting 15-20 SME operators. Activity stages included preparation, implementation (social media marketing socialization, AI training for business storytelling, and digital wallet benefits socialization), and closing. Results showed significant changes in participants' understanding. Pre-training surveys revealed 78% of participants never used AI for business purposes, and 65% relied on conventional marketing methods. After training, there was 45% increase in post-test scores, 85% successfully created business storytelling content using AI, and 90% expressed interest in using digital wallets. This activity successfully transformed SME operators' understanding of digital marketing from limited to comprehensive and practical, enabling active participation in competitive digital economy.
