Abstract

Abstract The world of banking is a business in which activities are based on trust. This makes people have to really select and choose the right bank to invest the money they have. The success of a bank in influencing prospective customers in making decisions to use the products or services provided by the bank is greatly influenced by efforts to grow their trust. Customer trust in a bank is an invaluable asset for the bank, because trust is seen as the basis for the relationship between the bank and the customer. The purpose of this study was to determine whether service quality, product attribute, brand image and product quality simultaneously influence the customer trust of Bri Link users. In this study using primary data and secondary data, the research method used is accidental sampling, which is a sampling technique by chance, namely respondents who accidentally meet the researcher and can be used as samples if the person is suitable as the data source, with a total sample of 100 people. . The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Testing the analysis model in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R determination. Based on the results of research using the T test, it was found that service quality has a positive effect on customer trust for Brilink users, product attribute has no effect on customer trust for Brilink users, brand image has no effect on customer trust for Brilink users, and product quality has a positive effect on customer trust for Brilink users. From the F test, Service quality, product attribute, brand image and product quality together have a positive effect on the customer trust of Brilink users. Keywords- Service Quality, Product Attribute, Brand Image and Product Quality Customer Trust Abstrak Dunia perbankan merupakan suatu bisnis dimana dalam melakukan kegiatannya berdasarkan kepercayaan. Hal tersebut membuat masyarakat harus benar-benar menyeleksi dan memilih bank yang tepat untuk menginvestasikan uang yang dimilikinya. Keberhasilan suatu bank dalam mempengaruhi calon nasabah dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menggunakan produk ataupun layanan yang disediakan oleh bank sangat dipengaruhi oleh upaya menumbuhkan kepercayaan mereka. Kepercayaan nasabah terhadap suatu bank merupakan suatu asset yang tidak ternilai bagi bank tersebut, sebab kepercayaan dipandang sebagai dasar dalam hubungan antara bank dengan nasabah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah service quality, product attribute, brand image dan product quality berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap customer trust pengguna bri link. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling merupakan teknik penentuan sampel secara kebetulan, yaitu responden yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dan dapat dijadikan sampel apabila orang tersebut cocok sebagai sumber data, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji homogenitas. Pengujian model analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji T, uji F dan R determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji T diperoleh bahwa service quality berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink, product attribute tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink, brand image tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink, dan product quality berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink. Dari uji F Service quality, product attribute, brand image dan product quality secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap customer trust pengguna Brilink.

Abstract

This paper describe about the process of studying nahwu and the problem faced by college student of Arabic language education with distance learning system. The purpose of this study is knowing the process of studying nahwu and the problems are face by college student with distance learning system at Arabic language education. The study method has been used by researcher is descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected by deep interview and documentation. The data analysis process was held by four phases are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and deduction. The results of this study are studying nahwu with distance learning system has been used google classroom and google meet as a learning media, then the learning  methods used for is a discourse method, discussion method and assignment method. The problem faced by college students are difficulties to understand the material and also difficulties to attended assignment and afraid to giving question and couldn’t focus to the subject and the last one is internet networking problem.

Abstract

Since books are a repository of knowledge, reading habits aid students in being more prepared for a wider range of aspects in life. However, among Indonesian students studying English as a foreign language (EFL), the belief that reading is merely a hobby is still prevalent. Since reading is not their pastime, this provides a justification for people who don't want to read. This study was intended to investigate English reading habits of EFL students. A follow-up interview guide and a questionnaire were used in a mixed-method approach. The questionnaire was given out to 203 eleventh graders at SMAN 1 Purwosari, Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia. The results demonstrated that the majority of eleventh grade EFL students did not exhibit proficient English reading habits. Despite, most of the students considered reading in English was a useful and enjoyable pastime that they typically engaged in during their spare time. Additionally, they listed a number of issues, the primary one being that they had not been exposed to reading English-language literature at an early age and that was why they preferred to read in their own tongue. This study has highlighted the necessity for educators and parents to create a calm and pleasant reading space for their children in order to foster positive English reading habits.

Abstract

This study focused on the most dominant way of Students' Pronunciation of the English Inflectional “-S” Ending at the Tenth Grade of SMA Pangudi Luhur. The writer used the quantitative content analysis method to know the dominant way students pronounce the Inflectional “-S” Ending that was produced by 43 respondents. The technique of collecting the data was an instrument test consisting of 30 words of inflectional “-S” endings of two paragraphs and observation. Techniques for analyzing the data are coding category, coding material, data display, and analyzing and interpreting the result. Moreover, from the Pronunciation of inflectional “-S” endings, there were three possible inflectional “-S” endings such as /s/, /z/, and/iz/. Based on the findings, the dominant error in students' Pronunciation of inflectional test was uninflected with /iz/ endings 1.131 (37%) words, /z/ endings 1.129 (33%) words, and /s/ 1.057 (30%) words. The most uninflected words made by the students were/iz/  and the “-S” in the third person singular present tense.

Abstract

Soybeans (Glycine max) are the third most important food commodity after rice and corn and are one of the legumes used as a major source of protein and vegetable oil in the world. This study was conducted at the Experimental Farm of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Islam Sumatra Utara, at an elevation of approximately 25 meters above sea level. This study aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer from fish waste and Trichokompos on the growth of Edamame soybean plants. This study employs a factorial randomized block design (RBD), with the first factor being Fish Waste Liquid Organic Fertilizer, consisting of four levels: L0 = No Fish Waste Liquid Organic Fertilizer (control), L1 = Fish Waste Liquid Organic Fertilizer 100 ml/polybag, L2 = 200 ml of liquid organic fertilizer from fish waste per polybag, L3 = 300 ml of liquid organic fertilizer from fish waste per polybag. The second factor was Trichokompos fertilizer, consisting of 4 levels: T0 = No Trichokompos fertilizer (control), T1 = Trichokompos fertilizer 12.5 tons/ha (62.5 g/polybag), T2 = Trichokompos fertilizer 25 tons/ha (125 g/polybag), T3 = Trichokompos fertilizer 37.5 tons/ha (187.5 g/polybag). The results of the study indicate that the application of Fish Waste Liquid Organic Fertilizer affects plant height, number of leaves, and stem diameter. Trichokompos affects plant height but does not affect the number of branches or stem diameter. The interaction between Fish Waste Liquid Organic Fertilizer and Trichokompos did not affect any of the observed parameters.
