Abstract

Every child experiences a golden age in their development stage so they can easily learn from the environment around them. This momentum is very appropriate to incorporate the values of Islamic religious education into children's identity using various types of media, including film media. A film is a series of moving images that can attract everyone's attention. This research focuses on the Islamic values contained in the Upin and Ipin cartoon film Ramadan episodes for grade 1 students at MI Al-Huda I and what are the benefits for grade 1 students at MI Al-Huda I. This research aims to find out the values of Islamic education contained in the cartoon film Upin and Ipin in the Ramadhan episode, as well as the instillation of Islamic educational values in the cartoon film Upin and Ipin in the Ramadhan episode for class 1 at MI Al-Huda I. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and data collection through interviews and observations. The results and discussion of this research show that there are 2 worship services in the animated film Upin and Ipin Ramadhan episodes, namely mahdah worship such as prayer, fasting, paying zakat. Meanwhile, ghiru mahdah worship includes respecting elders, spreading kindness, helping each other, praying, and being patient.Keywords: Islamic Education Values, Upin and Ipin Films, Ramadhan Episodes, Internalization of Islamic Values

Abstract

The growth of leadership styles is triggered by one of the important roles of organizational culture. Leadership found that it can have a positive impact on improving employee performance. The task of a leader is to build an organizational culture to make it easier for the company to achieve its stated vision and mission. Organizational culture has the meaning of a structured pattern of behavior, consisting of language, thoughts, actions, habits, rules and principles. Various views on leadership from an Islamic perspective that occur in several institutions or companies as workplaces make the author interested. to examine the leadership style in the Syaamil Quran in deeper Islamic concepts. The aim of this study is to find out more about the habits carried out in companies that adhere to Islamic values, as well as looking at the organizational culture in the work environment at the Syaamil Quran company. This study approach uses documentation and text. According to Sujarweni, document study is written documentary material, which can be in the form of textbooks, newspapers, magazines, letters, films, diaries, manuscripts, articles and the like. However, in the context of this study, the author uses book and journal references as well as interviews. Data collection was carried out using reference data related to Islamic leadership.

Abstract

This research discusses the da'wah strategy which is an effort to spread the message of da'wah effectively and efficiently at this time in the midst of the plurality of people who are increasingly diverse in every aspect. Starting from various problems that become unrest, this research was raised with the aim of finding solutions based on data obtained from the observations made. Based on this research, it can be said that the current da'wah strategy that is considered effective is by maximizing the role of technology that is increasingly developing and sophisticated through da'wah content in the form of photos, videos, typography, poetry, etc. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide an overview of the role of social media in the world of da'wah in the people of Cihaur Geulis, Cibeunying Kaler Village, Bandung City. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai strategi dakwah yang menjadi sebuah upaya dalam menyebarkan pesan dakwah secara efektif dan efisien pada masa sekarang di tengah pluralitas masyarakat yang semakin berkembangnya zaman semakin beragam dalam setiap aspeknya. Berawal dari berbagai problematika yang menjadi keresahan, penelitian ini diangkat dengan tujuan untuk mencari solusi berdasarkan data yang didapat dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat dikatakan bahwasanya strategi dakwah saat ini yang dirasa efektif adalah dengan cara memaksimalkan peran teknologi yang semakin berkembang dan canggih melalui konten-konten dakwah berupa foto, video, tipografi, syair, dll. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini, harapannya dapat memberikan gambaran terkait peran media sosial dalam dunia dakwah di tengah masyarakat Cihaur Geulis Desa Cibeunying Kaler, Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya jual UMKM Desa Taringgul Tengah melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan digitalisasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tiga tahap, yaitu observasi dan analisis kebutuhan pelaku UMKM, pelaksanaan seminar serta pelatihan penggunaan media digital, dan evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Sebanyak 41 pelaku UMKM mengikuti kegiatan yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan media sosial bisnis, teknik promosi digital, serta peningkatan branding dan kemasan produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM, ditandai dengan antusiasme peserta, 85% memahami pentingnya digitalisasi, 75% mulai menggunakan media sosial bisnis, dan 58% mencoba promosi digital. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya transformasi digital dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini cukup efektif dalam memberikan pemahaman dasar, namun masih diperlukan pendampingan lanjutan agar strategi digital dapat diimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to investigate and gain a comprehensive understanding of the social experiences of women who wear the veil in their everyday lives. The study seeks to achieve two key objectives: first, to discern the motivations driving women to wear the veil, and second, to examine the social dynamics governing their utilization of the veil in daily life. Employing a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, data collection was carried out through interviews and observations. The findings of this study shed light on the diverse motivations that drive veiled career women to wear the veil. These motivations are rooted in various causal factors, including experiences of disturbance, societal influences, concerns, and familial issues. The overarching objective for these women is to fortify their faith and safeguard themselves against undesirable behaviors. Moreover, the study reveals that the veil holds multiple meanings for career women who wear it, such as serving as reminders, protective elements, expressions of gratitude, symbols of communication, obligations, and even challenges. The dynamics of communication among women who wear the veil, as explored in this study, encompass interactions with their immediate environment, their social circles, and communication within the workplace. These interactions elicit a spectrum of responses and reactions, ranging from rejection and alienation to serving as role models and sources of inspiration for others considering the practice of wearing the veil. This research provides valuable insights into the complex interplay of motives, meanings, and social interactions surrounding the practice of veiling among career women

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penanganan bullying di sekolah dengan pendekatan pendidikan karakter, peran orang tua dalam membentuk karakter anak dalam menghadapi bullying, dan penerapan pendidikan Islam sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi bullying. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya pendidikan karakter dan pendidikan Islam dalam mencegah perilaku bullying di lingkungan pendidikan. Pendidikan Islam dapat membantu mencegah perilaku bullying di sekolah dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai agama yang baik kepada siswa. Beberapa strategi yang dapat dilakukan termasuk sosialisasi terkait bullying, layanan konseling, pembiasaan nilai-nilai agama, membuat deklarasi anti bullying, dan program penguatan pendidikan karakter. Kolaborasi antara semua pihak dalam menerapkan pendidikan karakter dan nilai-nilai agama Islam menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi bullying di lingkungan pendidikan. Pendidikan Islam memiliki peran penting dalam menanamkan etika dan moral sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi bullying di lingkungan pendidikan. Nilai-nilai agama Islam, seperti menghormati dan menghargai sesama, dapat membantu mencegah perilaku bullying. Sekolah Islam dan guru pendidikan agama Islam memiliki peran penting dalam strategi untuk mencegah dan menangani kasus bullying di sekolah.
