Abstract

This study aims to determine how competence and motivation affect the business performance of MSMEs partially and simultaneously in Cicurug District. The population is 105 business actors in Cicurug District in 2022. A sample of 70 individuals was obtained by purposive sampling. The primary data utilized in this research is from primary sources. Data analysis employs quantitative techniques, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate a simultaneous effect of competence and motivation on business success and a partial influence of each factor on business success individually. Abstract

Abstrak− Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) terhadap kinerja karyawan di warung internet (warnet) yang menerapkan sistem informasi biling yang bersifat wajib di kota Bandar Lampung. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 57 warnet. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS), yang merupakan salah satu alternatif dari Structured Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem memiliki pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan terhadap penggunaan dan kinerja individu. Selain itu, kualitas sistem juga memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dan secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja individu melalui penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Kualitas sistem juga memiliki pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan kinerja individu. Di sisi lain, kualitas informasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja individu, dan pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan penggunaan. Kualitas informasi juga memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja individu melalui penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Selain itu, kualitas informasi mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan kinerja individu. Penggunaan memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap variabel kinerja organisasi melalui kinerja individu. Kepuasan pengguna juga memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui variabel kinerja individu. Kata Kunci: Warnet, Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Kualitas Sistem

Abstract

This study aims to (1) produce a valid CTL approach-based energy change science module product for third grade elementary school students, (2) produce a practical energy change charge science module product based on a practical CTL approach for third grade elementary school students, (3 ) produces an effective science module for energy change based on the CTL approach for third grade elementary schoolstudents. Needs analysis in this study is that teachers and students still use teaching materials in the form of thematic printed books, even teachers still use the lecture method in linking learning materials related to contextual (reality) and in thematic printed books related to energy change materials that are too short and have little material. In addition, the pictures in the thematic books are less varied in relating them to contextual matters. This research and development uses the ADDIE model development procedure (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The subjects of this study were students of class III-A SD Negeri 117 Palembang with a total of 24 students. The quality criteria for the science module on energy change can be seen from the validation results of material, language, and media experts. The results of module validity based on material expert validation are 94.% categorized as veryvalid, linguist validation is 78% valid, media validation results are 90% categorized as very valid, and 70% practitioner validation is categorized as very practical. Then the assessment of the Small Group student response questionnaire is 99% categorized as very good. Based on what has been described, the IPA module based on the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach is very feasible to use.

Abstract

This research was motivated by changes in the learning system during the COVID-19 pandemic from direct learning to online learning. The problem in this study is that during online learning there is a change in the character of students, where during the online learning process there is less interaction between teachers and students to ask questions, and students do not listen to the material delivered by theteacher seriously. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of online learning on the curiosity character of 5th graders at SD Negeri 8 Sekayu. The method used in this research is True Experimental Design. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the study by looking at the results of the questionnaire and observation, it was found that there was a difference in curiosity that was not too significant between the experimental class and the control class, with the calculation of the hypothesis test t_count (0.52) < t_table (2.04) which means Ha is accepted and Ho rejected. So it can be concluded that the previous provisional hypothesis shows that "there is no effect of online learning on the curiosity character of 5th graders of SD Negeri 8 Sekayu”.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the difficulties of teachers in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in SD Negeri 21 Palembang. The methods used in this study are qualitative descriptive. Methods that use by collecting sources systematically and using data sources in depth. Qualitative descriptive research is outlined with words according to respondents, what is in accordance with the research question, then analyzed with what words are behind the respondent in behaving (thinking, callous, and acting). The subject in research use the Teacher on 1,2,3,4,5,and 6 class SD Negeri 21 Palembang. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the difficulty of teachers during online learning is to make RPPthat is in accordance with online learning steps, create learning media for the online learning process, prepare materials or teaching materials for the online learning process, learning methods used by teachers for the online learning process, assess student characteristics for the online learning process, readiness of students for the online learning process, use the facilities and infrastructure for the online learning process, approach the online learning process, and evaluate the results of the online learningprocess. The conclusion of this study is that the difficulty of teachers during online learning in SDNegeri 21 Palembang there are many obstacles, the majority of teachers say that during this onlinelearning process can not run effectively and maximally because of distance limitations.

Abstract

Reading is one of the things that is difficult for some people, including children, because reading is a key to success in weaving education. However, according to Wiradnyana (2018: 27) said that Indonesia is one of the countries that are considered to have a low reading culture. Therefore, it is from elementary school as prospective teachers and those who have become teachers must be able to instill a readingculture in students. In the end, since the 2013 Curriculum was implemented in Indonesia, the Government implemented the School Literacy Movement which is a requirement to support the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum by reading non-lesson books for 15 minutes. Based on this, the problem in this research is how is the process of the School Literacy Movement towards reading interest in second grade studentsat 185 Palembang Elementary School. The purpose of this study was to analyze the process of the School Literacy Movement on reading interest in second grade students at the 185 Palembang State Elementary School. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The sampling technique used by the researcher is purposive sampling technique. Collecting data in this research through interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the School Literacy Movement has been implemented since the 2013 Curriculum took effect. In any school, the Literacy Movement must be implemented. As in the State Elementary School 185 Palembang, it is one of the schools that has implemented the Literacy Movement by having a reading corner in the classroom and making visits to the library according to the specified schedule. Then, the Literacy Movement at 185 Palembang State Elementary School had a good influence on reading interest in second grade students at 185 Palembang State Elementary School. As the results of the study, as long as the Literacy Movement was implemented,it became a solution to foster interest in reading in students because they experienced an increase in reading.

Abstract

The role of the teacher in fostering self-confidence in students is very important. Teachers are required to be more creative in using and adapting the teacher's role. This study aims to determine the role of classroom teachers in fostering self-confidence in grade IV.C students at SD Negeri 24 Palembang. The research method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. The descriptive method is a method with data collected in the form of words or sentences or pictures that have meaning with real understanding. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the teacher's role in fostering selfconfidence in fourth-grade students is that the teacher acts as (1) mediator and facilitator; (2) motivator, and; (3) class manager. It can be seen how the learning that has been done by the IV.C homeroom teacher in fostering self-confidence in the fourth-grade students.

Abstract

This research has a goal, namely to encourage or help students determine the direction of cross-interest subject groups and subject-depth groups to be pursued according to the talents and interests of students so that students can determine their career choices and further study options. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. The sources of data obtained in this study are interviews, and documents on career guidance and counseling services in the guidance and counseling room for students at Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang High School for the 2021/2022 academic year in Palembang City. Data collection in this study used documentation, interviews, and observations. The data analysis technique used is an interview and observation technique. The results of research conducted by researchers regarding the implementation of career guidance services in determining majors at SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang show good and enthusiastic results. Most of the students who were given this service said they felt helped in determining their further education careers and were motivated to achieve their goals. Likewise BK teachers provide grateful services because with this research students can further explore knowledge about further education, especially for students who are usually passive to be active to help students in determining their respective further education decisions.
