Abstract

The approach used in this service is a participatory and collaborative approach involving various parties such as the community, law enforcement officials, NGOs, and other related agencies. Service is carried out through a series of activities such as outreach, training, and assistance in law enforcement. The results of this community service show that community participation in the law enforcement process can increase effectiveness and efficiency in law enforcement efforts. In addition, community involvement increases awareness of human rights and the importance of maintaining public order and security. Even so, some obstacles are encountered in implementing this community service, such as the lack of support from the authorities, the lack of public access to information, and the community's lack of understanding of the legal system. Therefore, further efforts are needed to increase community participation in law enforcement and overcome the obstacles they face.

Abstract

Children's education, through the homeschooling method, is increasingly in demand in Bandar Lampung. However, many parents need guidance and understanding to run homeschooling effectively. This activity aims to improve the quality of homeschooling education by providing training and guidance to parents. It is hoped that children who participate in homeschooling will receive an education equivalent to formal education standards. The methods used in this activity include practical training and direct guidance to parents who choose homeschooling as their child's education method. Activity participants are provided with knowledge about relevant curricula, effective teaching methods, and appropriate educational resources. Apart from that, they are also taught how to develop their children's social and emotional abilities. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in parents' understanding of homeschooling as an effective educational method. So they are able to design a curriculum according to needs, apply effective teaching methods, and support children's development in various aspects. This community service activity makes a positive contribution in improving the quality of homeschooling education in Bandar Lampung. Parents who take part in this training and guidance program become better able to guide their children's education outside the formal school context.

Abstract

The presence and role of human resource management and lecturers are crucial factors in determining the efficiency and achievement of a college. In order to fulfill their professional responsibilities effectively and efficiently, lecturers must possess a range of essential attributes, including aptitude, motivation, self-regulation, dedication, adherence to workplace norms, and positive morale. The establishment of HR management schools highlights the recognition of the significant role human resources instructors play in influencing the reputation of graduates and the overall standard of higher education. This perspective is substantiated by the observation that faculty members wield significant authority within the academic realm, surpassing that of their counterparts in affiliated educational establishments. The relationship between training objectives and incentives is inherently interconnected. They mutually assist one another. The objective and rewards of training can be categorized into goals and benefits that satisfy both internal and external demands. The objective and advantages of training aimed at addressing internal demands encompass the alignment of training initiatives with the particular interests of human resources. The primary objective of training is to meet the needs of the external community, thereby contributing to the progress and growth of the institution. This has several advantages for the institution. The primary objective of lecturer development is to enhance knowledge, abilities, and attitudes pertaining to jobs or responsibilities within an organization, with the aim of attaining educational objectives and enhancing the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Aktifitas kerja dapat dikelompokan menjadi dua komponen yaitu aktifitas fisik dan aktifitas pikiran. Aktifitas fisik merupakan kegiatan yang menggunakan otot. Sedangkan aktifitas menggunakan otak/pikiran sebagai pencetus. Kedua aktifitas ini merupakan merupakan kegiatan yang sangat mustahil dipisahakan karena setiap aktifitas akan melakukan dua kegiatan ini. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis beban kerja terhadap karyawan dengan menggunakan metode routcase analysisfishbone. Root cause analysis (RCA) merupakan suatu tools yang dirancang untuk mengetahui akar penyebab permasalahan suatu insiden tertentu didasarkan dengan kausalitas dalam suatu proses (De Cravalho, 2008). RCA adalah berfungsi untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengkategorikan permasalahan yang dikaji menjadi penyebab terjadinya sesuatu pada sebuah peristiwa ataupun insiden. Fishbone analysis dapat berfungsi sebagai pengidentifikasian penyebab-penyebab yang mungkin timbul dari satu spesifik masalah dan kemudian memisahkan akar penyebabnya, memungkinkan juga untuk mengidentifikasi solusi yang dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah tersebut (bisa lebih dari satu masalah). Dari data X dan Y menghasilkan nilai rHitung > (lebih besar) dari rTabel bahwa data tersebut dikategorikan validitas serta berkaitannya dengan ishikawa yaitu terhadap beban kerja karyawan dan juga kinerja baik itu menunjukkan sejauh mana alat ukur yang digunakan pada olah data SPSS.

Abstract

The growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can only be seen in their quantity, while quality and development are still unsatisfactory. In general, one of the weaknesses, especially in the financial aspect, is that only a few MSMEs have experienced development in their financial performance. This is due to the lack of awareness of MSMEs actors regarding the importance of financial management in the company.Financial management is one of the essential aspects of the company’s progress, especially MSMEs. This is because the actors are faced with human resource problems. Financial management can be done through accounting, even though the standards are basic and straightforward. Accounting is a systematic process to generate financial information that can be used for decision-making by users.As long as MSMEs still use money as their transaction tool, accounting is greatly needed by MSMEs. The existence of financial/accounting reports will provide several benefits for MSMEs actors.

Abstract

The objective of community service is to augment the level of environmental security in residential areas by implementing security solutions that are technology-driven. This approach utilizes advanced technology, such as motion sensors, surveillance cameras, and integrated security systems, to monitor and protect residential areas. This methodology is expected to mitigate the possibility of unlawful behavior and other unforeseen occurrences, while concurrently cultivating a sense of safety among residents. The assessment of the efficacy and efficiency of this technology-driven security system is also carried out through community engagement, which entails the analysis of security incident data both before and after its implementation. The expected results of this study have the potential to make a substantial academic contribution by improving the safety of residential environments and offering vital insights for designing and implementing similar security systems in various housing contexts.

Abstract

Law No. 22 of 1999 regarding regional autonomy has had a significant impact on education management in Indonesia. Autonomy opens opportunities for educational units to manage schools independently, especially in curriculum development and funding. However, on the other hand, autonomy also poses a threat if schools are not prepared, both in terms of human resources (HR) and finance. Therefore, the success of school financial management depends heavily on the competence of the school principals. Competent school principals in school financial management are the key to ensuring that teachers and staff can deliver education with optimal quality.

Abstract

Employee loyalty is essential for organizational survival, and career development is recognized as a significant contributor to enhanced loyalty. This study seeks to examine the current literature about the correlation between career development and employee loyalty and to propose measures that organisations might adopt to bolster loyalty via career development. Analysis of multiple studies revealed that effective career development programs enhance job satisfaction, motivation, and employee engagement, thereby fostering organizational loyalty. Moreover, supervisory support, a conducive working environment, and work-life balance significantly contribute to cultivating robust connections between employees and the organization. Despite several studies indicating a favorable correlation between professional development and loyalty, a gap persists in the literature, particularly in the examination of the specific effects of different types of career development programs. This study advocates for organizations to establish structured career development programs, define clear career trajectories, and foster a supportive working environment. Future studies should investigate additional elements affecting this association and provide fresh insights into human resource management. This study significantly contributes to our understanding of how career development might bolster employee loyalty and facilitate organizational sustainability.

Abstract

Home wall decorations come in a variety of shapes and the raw materials for making them. Some people like paintings to put on the living room walls, some frame photos of their extended family and even wall decorations made of wood. House wall decorations never seem to bore people to continue expressing themselves to create something new to put on the walls of the house. A variety of home wall decorations are offered by various manufacturers, ranging in price from tens of thousands to millions of rupiah. In this activity, what will be done is to increase the added value of wooden household equipment into wall decorations after undergoing a painting process and adding pictures so as to beautify the household equipment to be used as wall decoration at home. Many household appliances are sold in traditional markets at relatively affordable prices, ranging from IDR 10,000.00 to IDR 30,000.00. This household equipment will undergo a painting process and add other interesting images so that it looks beautiful and when installed on the wall of the house it will attract the attention of anyone who sees it. Household equipment that was previously only used as a cooking tool in the kitchen will move to the living room or family room.

Abstract

Abstrak− Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) terhadap kinerja karyawan di warung internet (warnet) yang menerapkan sistem informasi biling yang bersifat wajib di kota Bandar Lampung. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 57 warnet. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS), yang merupakan salah satu alternatif dari Structured Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem memiliki pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan terhadap penggunaan dan kinerja individu. Selain itu, kualitas sistem juga memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dan secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja individu melalui penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Kualitas sistem juga memiliki pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan kinerja individu. Di sisi lain, kualitas informasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja individu, dan pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan penggunaan. Kualitas informasi juga memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja individu melalui penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Selain itu, kualitas informasi mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan kinerja individu. Penggunaan memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap variabel kinerja organisasi melalui kinerja individu. Kepuasan pengguna juga memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui variabel kinerja individu. Kata Kunci: Warnet, Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Kualitas Sistem
