Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar e-modul  berbasis flipbook materi bumi dan alam semesta pada pembelajaran ipa kelas VI SDN Sukakarya yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini menngunakan metode Research dan development dengan menggunakan model 3D (Define, Design, Development). Hasil analisis data menunjukan e-modul yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori “sangat valid” berdasarkan lembar angket validasi para ahli yaitu ahli media, ahli materi dan ahli bahasa dengan nilai rata-rata kevalidan sebesar 98% dan e-modul yang dikembangkan dengan kategori “sangat praktis” berdasarkan lembar angket respon peserta didik dan hasil ujicoba kepraktisan dengan rata-rata sebesar 96%  . Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa produk e-modul dapat digunakan pada materi bumi dan alam semesta pada pembelajaran IPA kelas VI SDN Sukakarya Musi Rawas.

Abstract

Students' difficulties in understanding the material in IPAS subjects, especially in abstract material, as well as the lack of utilization of learning media on abstract material, are the background of this research. With this background, this research aims to make it easier for students to understand the material. This study aims to produce magnetic puzzle media that is valid and practical. The method used in this research is the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The ADDIE model is one of the models in developing a product so that it can be used in the learning process. The results of this study show that students' needs for learning media with an average of three indicators of material difficulty, learning media needs and learning methods obtained a percentage of 73.94%. And three aspects to assess the validity, namely the validity of the media, material and language with a validity value of 88.63% which shows a very valid category. Followed by a one to one evaluation trial which obtained a practicality value of 90.66% and a small group evaluation trial which received a value of 90.2% with a very practical category. Therefore, the development of magnetic puzzle media can be declared valid and practical.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektif atau tidak model pembelajaran talking stick berbantu audio visual terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN 229 Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan quasi eksperimental design, dan bentuk nonequivalenst control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN 229 Palembang yang terdiri dari 88 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah dua kelas yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kelas VA sebagai kelas eksperimen sebanyak 30 siswa dan kelas VB sebagai kelas kontrol sebanyak 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data hasil belajar IPA di peroleh menggunakan metode tes berupa tes essay. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif dan independent sample t test, dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 artinya data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran talking stick berbantu audio visual berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SDN 229 Palembang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran talking stick berbantu audio visual sangat efektif diterapkan karena dapat memotivasi dan membangkitkan minat siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang terjadi rendahnya hasil belajar pada pembelajaran Matematika yang disebabkan oleh penerapan materi dalam pembelajaran Matematika yang masih menggunakan tipe soal konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh soal cerita berbasis HOTS terhadap pembelajaran matematika siswa kelas IV SDN 11 Lubai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan model one group pre-test post-test design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 11 Lubai Muara Enim yang berjumlah 24 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Instrumen tes berupa soal esai berjumlah 10 soal untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-test. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil uji Paired Sample T-Test yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan nilai yang signifikan dari mean data pretest dan posttest. Kemudian terlihat nilai signifikansi p-output (0,000) lebih rendah dari nilai tingkat signifikan 0,05 (tingkat kepercayaan 95%), dan nilai uji t (8,415) menunjukkan nilai yang lebih tinggi dari nilai ttabel (t0,05, 22 = 2,074). Jadi dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pemberian soal cerita matematika berbasis HOTS terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 11 Lubai. Dengan kata lain uji hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak, sedangkan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) dapat diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out how to develop pop up book learning media into learning media onvalid science material, (2) find out how to develop pop up book learning media into learning media on practical science material. The needs analysis in this study is the lack of use of learning media in science material, teachers only use textbooks and picture posters. This research method is development (Research and Deveploment) using the ADDIE model. The methods used in datacollection are interviews, documents, questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the pop up book learning media developed in this study is categorized as very valid. In this study, the validity value obtained from the three validation results of learning media, science learning materials, and language scores obtained sequentially are 100%, 87.5%, 77.5%. Furthermore, the pop up book learning media developed was declared very practical, obtaining a practicality score of 92.8%. It can be concluded that the pop up book learning media for the solar system can be used for learning media for elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) produce a valid CTL approach-based energy change science module product for third grade elementary school students, (2) produce a practical energy change charge science module product based on a practical CTL approach for third grade elementary school students, (3 ) produces an effective science module for energy change based on the CTL approach for third grade elementary schoolstudents. Needs analysis in this study is that teachers and students still use teaching materials in the form of thematic printed books, even teachers still use the lecture method in linking learning materials related to contextual (reality) and in thematic printed books related to energy change materials that are too short and have little material. In addition, the pictures in the thematic books are less varied in relating them to contextual matters. This research and development uses the ADDIE model development procedure (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The subjects of this study were students of class III-A SD Negeri 117 Palembang with a total of 24 students. The quality criteria for the science module on energy change can be seen from the validation results of material, language, and media experts. The results of module validity based on material expert validation are 94.% categorized as veryvalid, linguist validation is 78% valid, media validation results are 90% categorized as very valid, and 70% practitioner validation is categorized as very practical. Then the assessment of the Small Group student response questionnaire is 99% categorized as very good. Based on what has been described, the IPA module based on the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach is very feasible to use.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) examine the effectiveness of the Think Talk Write model comparedto the conventional model on the Poetry Writing Skills of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 05 Rambang. 2) to test whether there are differences in rhyme writing skills in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 05 Rambang who apply the Think Talk Write model and those who apply the conventional model.The subjects of this study were the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 05 Rambang with 30 students in class IV.A as the experimental class and class IV.B as many as 30 students as the control class. The method used by the researcher is aquasi-experimental method. Data collection techniques using tests and documentation. Data analysis used N-gain test, normality test, homogeneity test, Independent Sample t-test(t-test).Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, this is evidenced by the calculation of the N-gain score test showing that the average N-gain score for the experimental class is 71.7761 or 71% while for the control class it is 36.4412 or 36%. The think talk write model is effective compared to the conventional model in poetry writing skills, while the use of the conventional model is less effective. And the results of the t-test calculation with a significant level (α) of 0.05 and dk = 30 – 1 = 29 it was found that the value of tcount = 305.56, thus it can be concluded that tcountttable or 305.56 2.43 then H0 is rejected Ha be accepted. This means that the hypothesis states that there are differences in the poetry writing skills of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 05 Rambang who apply the think talk write model and those who apply the conventional model proven true.

Abstract

Concept understanding is an ability to think in processing material that has been received withseveral stages including absorbing, understanding, and accepting an idea then processed based onlearning experiences so that it is more meaningful. Therefore, to understand a concept, one mustunderstand several stages such as understanding and accepting a thought which is then processedbased on the learning experience. The purpose of this study was to find out the understanding ofsocial studies concepts in cultural diversity in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 196 Palembang. Theresearch method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data obtained were analyzedusing percentages. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of the social studiesconcept in the fourth grade material on cultural diversity at SD Negeri 196 Palembang is in agood category, this can be obtained through the collection of observational data, interviews anddocumentation.

Abstract

Reading is one of the things that is difficult for some people, including children, because reading is a key to success in weaving education. However, according to Wiradnyana (2018: 27) said that Indonesia is one of the countries that are considered to have a low reading culture. Therefore, it is from elementary school as prospective teachers and those who have become teachers must be able to instill a readingculture in students. In the end, since the 2013 Curriculum was implemented in Indonesia, the Government implemented the School Literacy Movement which is a requirement to support the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum by reading non-lesson books for 15 minutes. Based on this, the problem in this research is how is the process of the School Literacy Movement towards reading interest in second grade studentsat 185 Palembang Elementary School. The purpose of this study was to analyze the process of the School Literacy Movement on reading interest in second grade students at the 185 Palembang State Elementary School. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The sampling technique used by the researcher is purposive sampling technique. Collecting data in this research through interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the School Literacy Movement has been implemented since the 2013 Curriculum took effect. In any school, the Literacy Movement must be implemented. As in the State Elementary School 185 Palembang, it is one of the schools that has implemented the Literacy Movement by having a reading corner in the classroom and making visits to the library according to the specified schedule. Then, the Literacy Movement at 185 Palembang State Elementary School had a good influence on reading interest in second grade students at 185 Palembang State Elementary School. As the results of the study, as long as the Literacy Movement was implemented,it became a solution to foster interest in reading in students because they experienced an increase in reading.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability to write free poetry in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 79Palembang. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The total number of students studied in this study amounted to 15 students. The collection technique in this research is Observation, Interview and Documentation in the form of writing free poetry for fifth grade elementary school students. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. Aspects assessed in this study include indicators of poetry writing, namely the suitability of the content with the theme, diction and imagery. The results of the study showed that the ability to write free poetry in fifth grade students was categorized as sufficient. This can be seen from the aspect of the assessment. Conformity of the content with the title theme, totaling 6 students who get a score of 3, 6 students who get a score of 2, and 3 students who get a score of 1. For the aspect of Diction assessment, there are 2 students who get a score of 3, 6 students who get a score of 2, and 7 students who get a score of 1. For the Citraan assessment aspect, 3 students who get a score of 3, 1 student who gets a score of 2, and 11 students who get a score of 1.
