Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi perlindungan hukum terhadap anak pelaku kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui pendekatan masalah secara empiris. Penelitian mengambil objek penelitian pada wilayah hukum Polres Lampung Utara. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Polres Lampung Utara menerapkan prinsip kekeluargaan dan tidak beratribut kepolisian saat penanganan kasus, serta penahanan tersangka yang dipisahkan dari orang dewasa. Polres Lampung Utara tidak menerapkan kebijakan hukum diversi yaitu pengalihan penyelesaian proses peradilan pidana ke proses di luar pidana. Padahal kebijakan diversi merupakan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 dalam penanganan kasus tindak pidana anak di bawah umur.

Abstract

One solution that can be taken in handling cases of child crime is a restorative justice approach. Therefore, Police investigators are required to have the right options to carry out diversion activities in handling child criminal cases. The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of restorative justice by North Lampung Police investigators and the victims’ in carrying out diversion. The method used in this study is the normative legal method. The approach used is an empirical juridical approach, in this case relating to the implementation of restorative justice in the implementation of diversion against victims of child crime. This research conducted in Polres Lampung Utara, Indonesia. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that restorative justice refers to the second precept in Pancasila and carrying out the investigation based on the provisions of KUHAP, Law concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, Law concerning Child Protection and Law concerning Child Protection. Meanwhile, the implementation of restorative justice is to prevent the repetition of criminal acts committed by children and keep children away from the negative influences and implications of the judicial process. The inhibiting factors are the lack of coordination between agencies carrying out diversion at the investigation level, understanding of the meaning of diversion, lack of public trust in the rules for implementing diversion and regulations regarding supervision of the implementation of the results of the diversion agreement.

Abstract

The article aims to develop a learning media product in the form of pop up book media for reading comprehension in English, which is specifically designed for grade 10 students at Bangun Cipta Rumbia Senior High School. This research uses the RnD (Research and Development) method, with the ADDIE development model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Based on assessments carried out using validity tests by experts, it shows that the product is suitable for use. The results of the validity test by media experts got a score of 92.5%, while the results of the validity test by material experts got a score of 95.0%, including the very decent category, and the results of the student response questionnaire got a score of 90.4% in the very good category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that pop up book media can improve the reading comprehension skills of grade 10 students. Pop-up books serve as a unique blend of art and education, offering a wealth of advantages that elevate the learning experience. By introducing elements of movement and animation, they transform reading from a static task into an interactive journey, sparking curiosity and keeping students engaged. As a result, pop-up books can help learners overcome obstacles in absorbing new material.

Abstract

Tindak pidana perdagangan orang (TPPO) merupakan bentuk kejahatan yang kompleks dan melibatkan jaringan terorganisir, baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Meskipun Indonesia telah mengatur secara khusus melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2007 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang, implementasinya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaturan TPPO dalam perspektif hukum pidana Indonesia serta mengidentifikasi hambatan dan solusi dalam penegakannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa secara normatif, ketentuan hukum pidana Indonesia telah memuat unsur-unsur penting dalam menjerat pelaku perdagangan orang. Namun, hambatan seperti kesulitan pembuktian, keterbatasan sumber daya aparat penegak hukum, serta belum optimalnya perlindungan terhadap korban masih menjadi persoalan utama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan sistem peradilan pidana yang responsif, peningkatan kapasitas aparat, serta pendekatan berbasis perlindungan korban dalam setiap tahap penanganan kasus TPPO.

Abstract

This study examines juridically the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) regarding the alleged use of fake diplomas in the nomination of the Regent of Pesawaran Regency in the 2024 Pilkada. The focus of the study includes the legal basis for the implementation of regional head elections, the authority of the Constitutional Court in resolving disputes, and the legal implications of using invalid documents in the nomination process. Through a normative juridical study approach and analysis of laws and regulations, it is found that the use of fake diplomas is an administrative offense that damages the integrity of the political system and public trust. The Constitutional Court in its decision emphasized the importance of the validity of educational documents as the main requirement for candidacy and rejected candidacies that did not meet these requirements in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 10/2016 and PP No. 3/2024. This study recommends the need for strict document verification, improved regulations, and active community participation to maintain the quality of democracy and fair application of the law in Indonesia.
