AbstractÂ The aim of this research analyzed the phonological structure of babbling by children subject in eight months age on rural area Lampung. Specificaly, understanding the childrenâs language acquisition process in order to know the best way to help the children acquire their language ability maximally. The objectives of this thesis were: to describe the phonological structure of babbling which have the dominant of phonetic in babbling stage, to describe the dominant of phonetic consruction in babbling stage and the dominant phonetic on all data. This Research was qualitative research. The subject of this research was the children on different rural area Lampung. The researchers used triangulation technique and observations method in collecting the data. The result show that the dominant of phonetics construction in babbling was vowels (V), it have 30 frequency in all of data. It means that the subject more able to produce vowels in their acquisition language in babbling process.Â Â Key words: Babbling Stage, Rural Area Lampung,Childrenâs Language Acquisition

This research aims to find out the sign meaning of the conversations displayed in the dictionary. So that it need the interpretation of meaning holistically as a sign. Furtheromre to find out the form and the basic religiouse teaching of Islam Archipelago on three indonesia-English-Arabic Language. The researchers used Sanders Peirce Theory to analyze the signs which contained in the conversations presented by the Three Language Santri Dictionary. So that it will be found the meaning of the values ââpresented each conversation is studied. Peirce viewed the sign as a triadic structure. The three dimensions that build the structure are; Representament, object, and interpretant. Thus the researchers tried to be as detailed and demanding as possible to examine every sign of these diomension. The Researchers sort out the conversations that contain the Islamic Archipelago concept and analyze the sign intensively and gradually in each conversation so that found the general meaning or argument major. On the other hand the researchers also use the theory of Abdurrahman Wahidâs Islamic Indigenousization to analyze the values ââof Islamic Archipelago. The result showed that this study directed at: (1) the call to implement amar maruf nahi munkar lovingly and nihilisme physical and mental violence, (2) the legality of birthday celebration, especially the memorial of the Prophets mawlid, (3) revitalization of ideology of nationalism; Love of the homeland, (4) the legality of the idea of ââgender equality in Indonesia, and (5) the legality of hanging a photo on the wall of the house. High intensity sexual violence of children in Indonesia, especially pedophilia has taken a lot of attention among academics and society. The aim of this research was to provide insights and thoughts about education character for pedophile actors as a strategy in dealing with immoral problems, and expected to be a reference as society and academics in implementing character education among pedophiles. This reserach was a literature review that sees pedophiles as serious issues that need to be resolved quickly through the concept of education character. Where educators in carrying out character education need to use some strategies such as moral feeling and loving, moral acting, moral modeling and repentance (back) to our God.

This research was motivated by the facts and phenomena in the development of government policies on higher education governance that were getting tighter, hence “Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Swata (PTKIS) requires more intensive administrative and academic coaching, in order to require standard of higher education. The aim of this study was to analyze the problems of private Islamic higher education institutions in Region VII Kopertais in increasing SNP in South Sumatra and how the management of the development of private Islamic higher education in Kopertais VII in increasing SNP in South Sumatra. The researchers used qualitative with the type of descriptive analysis research.Tthe data sources in this study were the Head of the Kopertis II Sumbagsel, Islamic Religious College Leaders, lecturers and employees under the Kopertis II Sumbasel. The research approach uses a Sociological and Phenomenological approach. The results show that PTKIS has tried to carry out a phase of awareness building, physical facilities, academic development, and taking measurements and awards.

Problems in this study are related to the efforts taken to increase tax revenue optimization. One the most important factors that can be done is related to society learning aspect stimulating their compliance to paying taxes. This plays significant role in optimizing tax revenue. The method used in this research are qualitative method. This method allows us to obtain a description of strategic factors formulation which plays role in the optimization of tax revenue. This research is also conducted by using literature study and referring to previous research results which are associated to the regulation of taxation in Indonesia. The results of this research show that strategic factors play important roles in the optimization of tax revenue in the forms of the tax administration, the productivity of the tax authorities, the concept of taxation, as well as tax subjects compliance. The results also recommend the implementation of educational elements in decision-making, work environment, and human resources quality in the efforts to promote a tax positive image which can be obtained through 1) productivity empowerment and a conducive working environment, 2) tax services administration satisfaction, and 3) empowerment, independence and well-being aspects implementationon the concept of taxation.Keywords: Learning, Compliance, Tax Revenue

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan mudharabah dan ijarah terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia periode 2017-2019. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 Bank Umum Syariah yaitu BNI syariah, Muamalat syariah, dan BRI Syariah. yang menyediakan laporan keuangan triwulanan. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah tidak berpengaruh, pembiayaan ijarah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas ROA. Sedangkan secara simultan pembiayaan mudharabah dan ijarah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Akses energi masih terbatas pada beberapa wilayah dengan kriteria terpencil, tertinggal, terluar (3T). Selain itu keterbatasan juga masih terjadi pada daerah yang dianggap kurang ekonomis bila dibangun sistem atau jaringan listrik. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya suatu implementasi teknologi panel surya yang mampu meingkatkan perekonomian masyarakat pada daerah yang memiliki keterbatasan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ada tiga. Pertama, merancang sebuah purwarupa kios minuman berkonsep container booth yang kebutuhan energinya dipenuhi menggunakan panel surya. Kedua, menganalisis perbandingan konsumsi energi antara sistem listrik arus searah (DC) dan listrik arus bolak-balik (AC) bila digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan container booth. Ketiga, menganalisis potensi pengurangan emisi karbon melalui penggunaan container booth bertenaga surya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan energi awal melalui survei pada pengguna container booth yang telah ada. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perancangan sistem dan menguji energi yang dihasilkan oleh panel surya serta energi yang dikonsumsi untuk pengolahan minuman. Dari data pengujian pada masing-masing sistem (DC dan AC) dianalisis total energi yang dihasilkan dan potensi pengurangan emisinya. Sistem AC memiliki efisiensi sebesar 21,11% sedangkan sistem DC memiliki efisiensi sebesar 19,08%. Dari sisi penggunaan baterainya selama 1 hari pemakaian, sistem AC akan mengurangi 12,03% baterai sedangkan sistem DC sebesar 14,34%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kios minuman bertenaga surya ini mampu memenuhi kebutuhan energi operasional selama 2 hari dan mampu mengurangi emisi setara dengan 34,82 sampai 58,84 kg CO2. Konsep ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif bagi masyarakat.

The article aimed to determine the types of errors found in classroom learning interactions at (Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam) PTKI Metro, to analyze the strategies used in correcting student errors in classroom learning interactions at PTKI Metro and to know the aspects of Surface Strategy Taxonomy which was found in classroom learning interaction errors at PTKI Metro. In analyzing the data, the researchers used the theory of Dalton-Puffer (2007) which was used to find out and describe the types of common student errors in the interaction of learning English in the classroom. Then, using the theory offered by Mendez at al (2010) which is applied to analyze the types of lecturer strategies in correcting student errors in learning. The researcher also analyzed the linguistic aspects of the taxonomy category in the student's errors using the theory of Dulay, Burth, and Krhashen (1982). The results show that the corrective feedback strategies used by lecturers at PTKI Metro City were Explicit Correction, Recast, Clarification Request, and Metalinguistic Feedback. And this study also classifies the types of errors based on the Aspects Surface Strategy Taxonomy on learning interactions in the classroom.

AbstractCulture and language are like two sides of a coin, it cannot be separated witheach other. Therefore, when we learn a language, we cannot ignore the culture underpaining the language. However, the problem happened, when the culture of the language being learned is contradicted with our culture. English is a language mostly spoken by western people that has different culture from us (moslems). Thus, there should be a way to protect the language learners from negative foreign culture. One of ways to solve that problem is intergrating Islamic values in English language learning. Finally, this research was case study that was conducted in IAIM NU Metro Lampung, especially first semester students of English departement in speaking class. Moreover, the data obtained from interview with the lecturer, observation of teaching and learning process as well as document analysis. The interactive data analysis used to analysis the obtained data. Moreover, the integration of islamic values was conducted by adding islamic terms, place, name, expression in teaching and learning process. Oleh karena itu, ketika kita belajar suatu bahasa, kita tidak dapat meninggalkan budaya bahasa yang kita pelajari. Kemudian, yang menjadi permasalahan adalah, ketika budaya dari bahasa yang kita pelajari tidak sesuai atau bertentangan dengan identitas atau budaya kita. Dalam hal ini adalah pembelajaran bahasa Inggris, bahasa yang notabene berasal dari budaya barat yang tetunya berbeda dengan nilai-nilai budaya kita khususnya budaya atau nilai-nilai Islam. Sehingga, harus ada jalan tengah agar para pembelajar bahasa Inggris tidak kehilangan identitasnya ketika mempelajari bahasa tersebut. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi hal tesebut dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif khususnya studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di IAIM NU Metro Lampung, khususnya pada mahasiswa semester satu Prodi Pendidikan bahasa Inggris pada matakuliah speaking1. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan dosen pengampu matakulaiah speaking1, observasi pelaksanaan pembalajaran, serta analisa dokumen. Kemudian, data yang diperoleh dianalisa menggunakan analisa data interaktif. Sehingga ditemukan bahwa pengintegrasiaan nilai-nilai keislaman pada pembelajaran speaking dilakukan dengan menambahkan istilah-istilah, tempat, nama, ekspresi-ekspresi keislaman. ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to develop further analyzing of metadiscourse categories in second language learners of International Program School of Muhammadiyah University Surakarta. Specifically, the researchers explored metadiscourse categories (interactive and Interactional) of students’ writing result at International Program of Muhammadiyah University Surakarta, the differences of metadiscourse categories with regard to gender (males and female) and factor affected metadiscourse in male and female. The researcher employed Hyland’s metadiscourse model in analyzing students’ written form which consis of 10 male and 7 female students. The results revealed that interactive metadiscourse consist of frame markers, transition markers, endophoric marker, evidendionals, and code glosses. Meanwhile, the interactional metadiscourse concist of boosters, edges, attitude markers, self-mentions and engagement markers. The researchers also revealed that the category of transition marker was the highest on female students since most female students learn at outside class such as at pondok pesantren.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan analisis lebih lanjut terhadap kategori metadiscourse pada pembelajar bahasa kedua pada Program Internasional Sekolah Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Secara khusus, para peneliti mengeksplorasi kategori metadiscourse (interactive dan interactional) pada hasil tulisan mahasiswa, perbedaan kategori metadiscourse pada ”gender” (laki-laki dan perempuan) dan faktor yang mempengaruhi metadiscourse pada laki laki dan perempuan. Para peneliti menggunakan model Hyland dalam menganalisis metadiscourse pada tulisan mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 10 laki-laki dan 7 perempuan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa interactive metadiscourse terdiri dari frame markers, transition markers, endhoporic markers, evidendionals, dan code glosses. Sementara itu interactional metadiscourse terdiri dari booseters, edges, attitude markers, self mentions dan engangement markers. Studi ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa penanda transition marker adalah yang tertinggi pada siswa perempuan karena kebanyakan para siswa perempuan belajar di luar kelas seperti di pondok pesantren.
