Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research analyzed the phonological structure of babbling by children subject in eight months age on rural area Lampung. Specificaly, understanding the children’s language acquisition process in order to know the best way to help the children acquire their language ability maximally. The objectives of this thesis were: to describe the phonological structure of babbling which have the dominant of phonetic in babbling stage, to describe the dominant of phonetic consruction in babbling stage and the dominant phonetic on all data. This Research was qualitative research. The subject of this research was the children on different rural area Lampung. The researchers used triangulation technique and observations method in collecting the data. The result show that the dominant of phonetics construction in babbling was vowels (V), it have 30 frequency in all of data. It means that the subject more able to produce vowels in their acquisition language in babbling process.  Key words: Babbling Stage, Rural Area Lampung,Children’s Language Acquisition

Abstract

This article to develop E-Learning worksheets for Tenth Grade English Learning at Vocational High School 1 Ma'arif Metro. The type of research used is research development or Research and Development (R & D). The development model used in the research of this model is the model of Dick and Carey. The result show thatthe material expert validation show that out of 10 aspects of validation, there are 8 aspects of obtaining a score of 4 while 2 aspects get a score of 3. The total score is 38 with a maximum score of 50. aspect is 3.8 with a percentage of 76%. Therefore the material contained in the media products produced is included in the criteria of good or feasible, in appendix 4. The results of media expert validation show that from 14 aspects of validation, there are 12 aspects obtaining a score of 5 while 2 aspects get a score of 4. The result of Student Validation shows that the total value obtained by students Pretest results is 1,013 with an average score of 67.5 students, the number of students reaching KKM is 10 students or 66.66% in appendix. Therefore the appearance of the media contained in the media products produced is included in the criteria of very good or very feasible. Abstract

Schools face the social changes quickly that was caused by the global village phenomenon. It makes schools’ strategic plans and their implementation strategies becoming important topics to be discussed. This study aimed to know how the implementation of State of Junior High School (SMP) Islam Cendekia Cianjur strategic plan during academic year 2018/2019. A school in West Java addresses religious and globally competed graduation. The research used qualitative-descriptive. Collecting data used observation, interview, and document analysis instruments. The finding showed that SMP Islam Cendekia Cianjur achieved maximum result in implementing annual work plan. Almost all program objectives were realized, some even exceeded the annual targets set due to their well-organized of strategic plan and the accuracy of its implementation strategy. The collaboration of principal’s managerial and social competencies and participative leadership approach have proven effectively in embodying school annual work plan. The principal succeed in improving educators’ competencies and their working performances, as well as in collaboration with various potential parties. Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the existence of Lampung language on Marga Sekampung community in Gunung Raya  2) analyze the factors that influence the Lampung language degradation on Marga Sekampung community in Gunung Raya. This study is a qualitative research. This study was carried out in Gunung Raya, Marga Sekampung, East Lampung. The findings of this study are 1) the existence of Lampung language on Marga Sekampung community in Gunung Raya in the cultural and social environment so far is still well maintained. However, there is a language shifting in the existence of Lampung language of Marga Sekampung community in family environment, especially the use of the Lampung language between parents and children as well as the use of Lampung Language between children and children. 2) The factors that influence the Lampung language degradation  on Marga Sekampung community in Gunung Raya especially on children or teenangers are their own selves factors, lack of socialization in the family environment, and interaction with their friends. Based on the results of this study, it should be for children and parents of Marga Sekampung community in Gunung Raya get used to using Lampung language in their daily life so that it does not become extinct.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of observations, that the learning process in English subjects at SMK Ma'arif 5 Kotagajah has so far been teacher-centered and currently the teaching and learning process is that the teacher only uses the lecture method and uses only limited learning media by teachers and schools. This research aims to describe the procedures for developing pocket books, determine the validity of developing pocket books, and determine the effectiveness of developing pocket books as an English language learning medium at SMK Ma'arif 5 Kotagajah. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. This research uses a development model developed by Borg and Gall and the development model in this research uses a design from ADDIE. At the Development stage, this vocabulary pocket book was assessed for its suitability by material experts and media experts. The learning media validation results obtained a very valid category with a percentage of 92.2% by material experts and 91.4% by media experts. It can be concluded that research into the development of pocket books as a vocabulary learning medium is stated to be very strong when used as supporting teaching materials. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools. However, in contrast to modern Islamic boarding schools, affiliated with Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) prioritize moral education rather than foreign language skills, especially English. Therefore, to face this challenge, the students must be able to master foreign languages ??including English. English became the Lingua Franca in the MEA era. The Importance of English Language Proficiency in English is expected that students would be able and ready to go international. Therefore, English language skills must be owned by students. Furthermore, this service community activity aims to improve Santri in English skills which include; Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing. The subjects assisted by this activity are Islamic boarding school students in Metro City who are members of the English Club. This activity uses Participatory Action Research (PAR). It is hoped that this activity can improve their English skills. Based on the results of community service activities (PKM) English language learning assistance for students at Universitas Ma’arif Lampung Metro is an effective strategy to improve capabilities English speaking students. It can be seen in the results of the participants' responses to the training feedback and evaluation sessions for these training activities are new things for them so that they can add and broaden their horizons, and through this activity, trainees can train their writing, speaking, reading and listening skills Keywords: English Productive Skills, Santri International, Community English Skills

Abstract

The article gave an assistance to develop Farmer Schools Karangerjo and Students English Department of Universitas Ma’arif Lampung in order to improve skills and provide an understanding of agricultural management, namely the concept of agricultural mechanization. Hence, they can get access to learning about agricultural management for free and sustainably. Improving the skills and creativity of the farming community in building a roadmap for the digital marketing media movement. it would have an impact on the ability of farmer groups to recognize and utilize online digital media. The method used Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). This assistance has a significant impact on the solidarity of the farmer group community. From the various activities that have been carried out, some farmers have been creative in utilizing the vacant land yards around their yards for vegetable farming activities, in addition to the availability of a PVC pipe irrigation system, which was one of the outcomes of the agricultural mechanization concept. They also apply the concept of organic farming by preparing superior seeds that have been sown properly, from preparing the land to planting vegetable seeds. In addition, there was online digital media, namely Instagram, to improve the skills and creativity of the farming community in building a roadmap for the digital marketing media movement. Abstract

The application of punishment and the giving of reward are important parts of education. However, sometimes the implementation of punishment and the giving of reward is still not appropriate. This research is a literacy study. This study aims to provide a reference on various forms of reward and punishment used in elementary schools. The method used is collecting several references and drawing the best conclusions from the source. The stages used in this research are collecting sources, describing the content, and drawing conclusions. Various forms of punishment and rewards are used according to the level of moral development of the child. Although it is said that rewards are more effective than punishment, the use of punishment still needs to be done because rewards cannot replace the role of punishment as a means of controlling behavior. Abstract

The aim of this assistance is to provide learning of training and assistance in optimizing digital marketing media through social media, such as Instagram, websites and Facebook. The second is to provide training and assistance in utilizing inorganic waste to make chairs with local batik motifs in Indonesia, training and assistance in introducing local batik in Indonesia as a brand in promoting batik patterned chair products. The method used Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) by maximizing asset potential. The results of this mitigation have achieved the target, that refers to low and medium hanging fruit, the subject of mitigation is the Waste Bank Community and Members of Pagar Nusa Metro City, the Waste Bank Community and the surrounding community have understood the condition of Smapah in Metro City and the risks or impacts arising from the pile up. Garbage is increasingly piling up in Metro City. The second is the reducing subject to understand theoretically and practically how to use inorganic waste such as aqua bottles, cloth, plastic into sofas or chairs with batik motifs. The third target is that Instagram business account owners can optimize and utilize digital media, such as Instagram as a one of the platforms for online digital marketing. At this stage, business Instagram users or marketing subjects understand how to optimize various features on Instagram and strategies for using those features, such as optimizing business Instagram profiles, determining posting schedules, optimizing hashtags, creating interesting content, creating contact and email buttons, or website, Optimizing Insights and Instagram stories, Optimizing Ads or Advertisements on Instagram.
