Abstract

The construction of a retaining wall at this location was due to landslides caused by high rainfall in the area. The purpose of this planning is to determine the characteristics of the soil at the research location and determine the stability of the road retaining wall designed using a cantilever on the stability of rolling forces, shear forces and soil bearing capacity. The method used is the Terzaghi method as a planning reference. Then the results of the stability analysis of the road body retaining walls are, shifting stability with a value of 1,444 <1.5, stability against overturning 2,632 > 1.5 and bearing capacity stability 10,132 > 3.

Abstract

Hotels are also one of the complex types of buildings in terms of design, construction and cost. Before starting the construction of a hotel, it is important to have a clear understanding of the cost budget required for the structure of the building, including structural aspects such as foundations, walls and roofs. The purpose of this study is to determine the volume of each work item, determine the value of the cost budget plan required for the construction of the Nunusaku Hotel building and the estimated time for the implementation of the construction of the Nunusaku Hotel building.The methods used in this study are literature and quantitative methods. The literature method is by using the literature method, in collecting data and information through books and references as well as internet media in the design of RAB. The data collection method is in the form of a basic price. In the calculation of the Nunusaku Hotel Building Cost Budget Plan, using Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) for the Ministry of Public Works Cipta Karya Sector on 2023, and using the unit price of wages and materials for the city of Ambon in 2023.Based on the results of the calculation of the Nunusaku Hotel Building Cost Budget Plan, the value of the cost budget plan was obtained of Rp. 1,992,254,000.00 (One Billion Nine Hundred Ninety Two Million Two Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Rupiah), the implementation time required for the construction work of the structure of the Nunusaku hotel building is 24 weeks (6 months.)

Abstract

Pulau Seram, Khususnya ruas ajan trans seram menuju kabupaten seram bagian timur, mengalami kendala transportasi akibat kurangnya sarana, seperti akses jalan yang belum memadai dan keberadaan sungai memisahkan desa-desa seiring perkembangan teknologi transportas, pemerintah provinsi Maluku merencanakan pembangunan jembatan beton untuk meningkatkan akses transportasi. Namun, terdapat masalah pada bangunan bawah jembatan, dimana galian pondasi tidak sesuai dengan data tanah yang dapat mempengaruhi daya dukung jembatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bangunan bawha jembatan guna memastikan keamanan dan kestabilan jembatan Dari hasil penelitian ini di rencanakan panjang dimensi jembatan, panjang jembatan 15 m dengan lebar jembatan 9,50 m dengan jenis pondasi yang di gunakan adalah pondasi sumuran dengan kedalaman pondasi 4 m. Kemudian dilakukan pengecekan terhadap stabilitas guling sebesar 6,707 kemudian pengecekan terhadap stabilitas geser sebesar 4,435393 dan pengecekan terhadap stabilitas amblas 1,5807   1,6334 dari ke 3 hasil pengecekan pada pondasi sumuran ini dapat di simpulkan bawah semua hasil pengecekan memenuhi syarat faktor keamanan (aman).

Abstract

Earthquakes that occur can sometimes affect the structure of the building. This research was conducted to determine the effect of the earthquake on the building of the Zest Ambon hotel building which was newly build in 2018. This study aims to analyze the behavior of floor stiffness in Zest Hotel Ambon building, resulting in a large displacement value in Zest Hotel Ambon building. Data collected in this present strudy is primary data in the form of a map of the building layout, secondary data in the form of structural drawings of the zest hotel buildings. Analysis of floor stiffness and displacement of zest hotel ambon building using ETABS (Extended three analysis building systems) software with dynamic load response spectrum based on the soil site class SNI-03-1726-2019.The result of analysis showed that the deviation value between floor is still within permit limit determined by SNI-03-1726-2019and the largest amount of displacement value found on 11th floor with an X direction of 21,6 mm and a Y direction of 21,7mm where higher the floor level in the building, the greater the displacement value.

Abstract

Central Maluku Regency is an area prone to earthquakes because it is included in one of the 5th earthquake zone areas in Indonesia, so it is very necessary to analyze the performance of structures against earthquakes. The purpose of this research is to produce the displacement value between floors in the upper structure of the Central Maluku Regency DPRD Building and obtain the performance of the upper structure of the Central Maluku Regency DPRD Building with non-linear static analysis with the help of the SAP2000 v.22 program. This research shows several conclusions.  The displacement value between plants due to the largest X-direction earthquake load is 21.19 mm, and the largest Y-direction displacement is 20.73 mm. Evaluation of structural performance The results of the X-direction review capacity curve show that the building is included in the IO condition, while the Y-direction review provides an overview of the behavior of the structure experiencing elastic, in-elastic conditions and then experiencing collapse shown by the curve with a decrease. In the Y direction, the building is included in the IO condition. The design concept of a strong column weak beam is fulfilled, this is because, in the structural elements of the building, the beam experiences plastic conditions earlier than the column.
