Abstract

Job satisfaction is a very important aspect to pay attention to in the world of work. Job satisfaction is one of the key factors in work productivity, retention and employee welfare in the work environment. In order to understand and improve job satisfaction, it is important to identify the factors that influence job satisfaction. This research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership, compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction. This research method was carried out using a descriptive analysis approach using qualitative methods and literature study by examining theories in books and online journals. The research results show that the leadership, compensation and work environment variables as a whole have a good role and have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Good leadership, empathy, communicative and participative, providing bonuses/incentives for achieving company targets, providing conducive facilities and work spaces and a safe and comfortable atmosphere should be implemented by companies to increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The financial literacy level in Indonesia, particularly among vocational high school (SMK) students, remains low. Limited understanding of investments and the high risk of falling victim to fraudulent schemes are major concerns. This financial literacy seminar aimed to provide basic knowledge about investments, their types, steps to start investing, and characteristics of fraudulent investments. The seminar was conducted at an SMK in Bekasi using an interactive lecture method and was attended by 45 students. The seminar began with material presentation, followed by a Q&A session and an interactive quiz. The results showed that most participants understood the material and were able to distinguish between low-risk and high-risk investments. Approximately half of the participants actively engaged in discussions, indicating increased awareness of the importance of financial literacy. Participants responded positively to the seminar and expressed interest in similar programs with different themes in the future. In conclusion, this seminar effectively improved the financial literacy of SMK students and made a positive contribution to building a financially aware younger generation.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong pelaku UMKM untuk memanfaatkan platform digital dalam strategi pemasaran. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku UMKM binaan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Bekasi mengenai penggunaan ShopeeFood dan YouTube Shorts sebagai media promosi. Dengan pendekatan partisipatif, kegiatan dilakukan secara tatap muka dan melibatkan 45 peserta. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peserta lebih tertarik pada ShopeeFood karena kemudahan penerapannya, meskipun terdapat kendala dalam mitra pendaftaran dan pembuatan konten di kedua platform, terutama YouTube Shorts. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini disarankan adanya pelatihan teknis lanjutan dan panduan praktis berupa materi tertulis dan video tutorial. Dampak dari kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman serta keterampilan peserta digital, memperluas jangkauan pemasaran serta meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer perceptions of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction of First Media Area Depok Internet Service Provider. The method used in this study is a survey with a Quantitative approach. This study uses primary data and secondary data as data sources. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. This analysis includes Validity Test and Reliability Test and hypothesis testing through t-Test and F-Test using SPSS Version 29.0. The results of this study indicate that the service quality variable has an influence and is significant to consumer satisfaction with a t-test p-Value of 0.001. while the price variable has no influence on consumer satisfaction with a t-test p-value of 0.152. From both variables, service quality and price simultaneously have an influence and are significant to consumer satisfaction with an F test of 0.001. Therefore.These two factors are very important for companies in an effort to attract consumers of the First Media Area Depok Internet Service Provider, it is advisable to continue to improve service quality and design effective pricing strategies to increase consumer satisfaction
