Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in mathematical reasoning abilities of junior high school students using a constructivism approach assisted by animated videos on the comparison material of class VII MTsS Jabal Nur. The approach used in this research is a quantitative research approach with a quasi-experimental type of approach. The population in this study were all students of class VII consisting of 10 classes and the sample used was class VII-5 as the experimental class as many as 25 students and class VII-6 as the control class as many as 26 students. The experimental class students were taught using a constructivism approach assisted by animated videos, while the control class was taught using a scientific approach. The data was collected by giving a pretest-posttest and the data were analyzed using the t-test and obtained a result of 0.00. In accordance with the test criteria, the value in the sig column < 0.05 then is rejected. From the statistical significance of the t-test is 0.00 less than 0.05. Then is rejected, H_a is accepted. The results of the analysis of student responses to constructivism approach learning assisted by animated videos show that the overall average is in the very good category. This shows students that using a constructivism approach assisted by animated videos gets a positive response from students. The learning process using this approach can improve students ‘abilities in learning mathematics and can increase students’ desire to learn and student activity.

Abstract

Penyakit merupakan permasalahan utama dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi budidaya. Salah satu jenis penyakit yang sering menginfeksi udang yaitu bakteri Vibrio. Selama ini, pencegahan terhadap serangan bakteri dilakukan melalui pemberian antibiotik dan bahan kimia. Penggunaan antibiotik secara berkelanjutan dapat menimbulkan kekebalan bakteri terhadap obat-obatan tersebut dan dapat menimbulkan racun yang bersifat endapan dalam tubuh ikan. Untuk menghasilkan produk tanpa racun, maka dilakukan penggunaan bahan-bahan alami. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas ekstrak daun mimba dalam mengobati infeksi bakteri vibrio alginolyticus pada udang vannamei dan untuk menemukan dosis yang tepat dalam mengobati infeksi bakteri Vibrio alginolitycus pada udang vannamei. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan 3 ulangan. Adapun perlakuan tersebut yaitu: tanpa perendaman ekstrak daun mimba (PEM0) = Kontrol (0%), perendaman ekstrak 0,5% (PEM1), perendaman ekstrak 1,5% (PEM2), dan perendaman ekstrak 2,5% (PEM3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ekstrak daun mimba berpengaruh nyata terhadap kelangsungan hidup udang vannamei (Litopenaeus vannamei) yang terinfeksi bakteri Vibrio algynoliticus. Tingkat kelangsungan hidup tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuaan PEM3 (ekstrak daun mimba 2,5%) dengan persentase 18,33%.

Abstract

Usia anak dini adalah masa yang sering disebut dengan golden age karena pada usia ini anak mengalami perkembangan otak yang sangat pesat dimulai dari sejak anak di dalam kandungan hingga masuk usia prasekolah. Perkembangan anak ini meliputi perkembangan fisik motorik, kognitif, sosial emosi, bahasa, moral dan agama, dan seni. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apa saja perkembangan peserta didik usia dini 2-6 tahun dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dengan mengkaji dan menganalisis kajian literatur yang terdiri dari beberapa jurnal. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada usia dini 2-6 tahun, anak mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan di berbagai aspek. Secara fisik, anak mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat dan perkembangan motorik yang memungkinkan mereka untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik dengan lebih terampil. Di sisi kognitif, anak mulai mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir, memecahkan masalah, dan menyelesaikan tugas-tugas sederhana.
