Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa PTB Fatek UNIMA, (2) pengaruh komitmen belajar terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa PTB Fatek UNIMA, dan (3)pengaruh fasilitas belajar dankomitmen belajar terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa PTB Fatek UNIMA. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik analisis Regresi. Dari hasil penelitian: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar, dan memberikan konstribusi sebesar 14,20%; 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara komitmen belajar terhadap hasil belajar, dan memberikan konstribusi sebesar 41,30%; 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara fasilitas belajar, dan komitmen belajar secara simultan dengan prestasi belajar, dan memberikan konstribusi sebesar 45,60%. Dengan demikian bahwa peningkatan fasilitas belajar dan komitmen belajar berupa peralatan dan perlengkapan komputer yang memadai, kesempatan belajar yang luas, belajar secara baik; kontinu berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, memfokuskan diri pada kegiatan belajar, berkontribusi dalam kegiatan belajar, menjunjung tinggi kegiatan belajar, mendukung kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, akan meningkatkan hasil belajar dalam hasil atau taraf kemampuan yang telah dicapai siswa setelah mengikuti proses belajar mengajar dalam waktu tertentu baik berupa keterampilan dan kebiasaan, pengetahuan dan pengertian, sikap dan citacita. Atau dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa harus memperhatikan fasilitas belajar dan komitmen belajar yang secara nyata memberikan sumbangan yang berarti.

Abstract

Adanya anjuran pemerintah dalam mengalihkan sementara pembelajaran tatap muka ke pembelajaran jarak jauh dikarenakan pandemi covid 19 yang masih tinggi membuat para pendidik sulit mengutarakan maksud dan tujuan pembelajaran ke peserta didik. Apalagi dengan pembelajaran praktikum, hal ini akan menjadi sulit terealisasikan dengan baik. Sebenarnya pembelajaran praktikum dimasa pandemi covid 19 saat ini bisa dilakukan untuk peserta didik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis asalkan didukung semacam peralatan lab yang memadai dalam sebuah aplikasi. Mengatasi hal itu, maka perlu semacam penggunaan multisim dengan bantuan virtual lab dalam praktikum. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan multisim dengan bantuan virtual laboratory untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik mata kuliah praktikum rangkaian listrik jurusan pendidikan teknik elektro. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan ialah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian pretest-posttest control group design. Pengumpulan data berupa tes dan dokumentasi selama penelitian berlangsung. Analisis data berupa yang digunakan adalah uji t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan t test > t table (3,82 >1,99) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ternyata penggunaan simulasi multisim berbantuan virtual laboratory pada pembelajaran praktikum rangkaian listrik efektif secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa.

Abstract

THe purpose of this study using the method used is the method of description, which aims to explain the relationship between the role of motivation given by parents with the continuation of children's studies. This approach is based on a theoretical framework, the ideas of experts, as well as an understanding of their experiences, then developed into problems that are proposed to obtain justification in the form of data. The population in this study were all students of the PTB Department. The population in this study were all parents of grade 2 students at SMK Negeri 3 Tondano from 5 majors (Computers and Networks, Electricity, Automotive, Building, Wood Creative Crafts). The test results show that there is a major problem, namely the role of parental motivation which is sufficient to encourage children to do something positive in their formal education. Motivation is a complex of forces, drives, needs, statements, tension-building or other mechanisms that become and become desirable activities for personal goals. What will be achieved, the clearer how the motivational action is carried out. Motivational actions will be successful if the goals are clear and realized by the motivated party and in accordance with the needs of the motivated parent. Abstract

Unmanaged waste can cause various problems of environmental damage including threatening tourism development. The current waste problem is quite worrying because it can have a direct impact on humans, such as the entry of plastic elements into the human body through fish or food exposed to microplastics. Aim: The waste bank around Lake Tondano tourism object was studied qualitatively with the aim of describing the waste bank management mechanism to be used as a model for developing a waste bank to support sustainable tourism development. Methodogy and Results: The research data was obtained through field research through observations and interviews with waste banks around the Tondano lake tourist attraction, in this case the Mapalus waste bank located in Papakelan Village. Conclusion, significance, and impact study: The results show that the current form of waste bank management on the shores of Lake Tondano is a waste bank that is purely managed by the community. The form of management is to collect waste from the community by first going through a sorting process. After sorting, organic waste is used as fertilizer and inorganic waste is made into valuable products and can be used as souvenirs for tourists. The waste bank program can reduce the increase in waste directly from the source. In addition, the waste bank can produce new products and provide benefits to the community. The waste bank is also a solution in the context of developing tourism on the coast of Lake Tondano.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a research with a correlational survey method which aims to determine the effect of parental motivation on student achievement in the construction department of SMK Negeri 3 Tondano which was carried out from August to November 2019. The data collection techniques and tools in this study used research instruments in the form of questionnaires and report cards. Based on these data, it is known that the significance value is 0.000 with a large correlation coefficient of 0.901 with a coefficient of determination of 81.18%, which means that any changes that occur in learning outcomes are influenced by the teacher's personality competence of 81.18% and the rest is influenced by other variables. And to determine the level of influence of parental motivation on student achievement, that is by comparing the values ​​of t count and t table. This correlation test shows the value of t count > t table (19,386 > 1,660). Thus the researcher concludes that the role of parents in improving student achievement in the Department of Building SMK Negeri 3 Tondano is quite large,

Abstract

In this study, we study the core concepts of the K-Means algorithm, explore its algorithmic framework, computation steps, and practical applications. Using data that is used as a basic need to perform calculations from the k-means algorithm optimization method. Using data taken from the r studio dataset with the EuStockMarkets dataset. The purpose of this study is to optimize the k-means algorithm and cluster the clustering process from a dataset, minimizing the objective function that has been set in the clustering process. The tools used are R Studio. Based on the results of this study, profiling of each group formed can be carried out. Based on the grouping results that have been carried out, the grouping results are 75.7% the accuracy of the statistical Gap method in optimizing clusters from existing datasets and the results of 92.9% are obtained from the results of minimizing the object functions in the dataset from grouping with k-means. The smaller the percentage in this grouping process the better it is in optimizing the clusters from the dataset. The author applies the k-means clustering algorithm to minimize objects for grouping from the EuStockMarkets dataset which consists of 4 variables. And the author uses the Statistical Gap method to optimize the clusters from the dataset.

Abstract

In the midst of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the utilization of online learning support facilities has not been optimal because there is no e-learning application at SMK Negeri 1 Tondano. Based on the existing conditions, the learning process through e-learning technology with an internet connection allows learning to be carried out more easily. This study aims to design and implement web-based e-learning at SMK Negeri 1 Tondano. The research method used is Scrum which is one of the derivative development methods of Agile Development. The results of this study indicate that the existence of e-learning applications can make it easier for teachers to provide materials and assignments and students can easily access learning materials and do assignments/exams given by the teacher. Using the Scrum method can make it easier to create applications.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: (1) the relationship between learning commitment and learning outcomes of Building Engineering Education students, Faculty of Engineering, Manado State University (PTB FT Unima), (2) the relationship between learning interest and learning outcomes of PTB FT Unima students, and (3) the relationship between commitment to learning, and interest in learning simultaneously with the learning outcomes of PTB FT Unima students. This research design is quantitative research with a survey approach. From the research results: 1) there is a relationship between learning commitment and learning outcomes of PTB FT Unima students, and contributes 23.62%; 2) there is a relationship between interest in learning and learning outcomes of PTB FT Unima students, and provides a contribution of 10.24%; 3) there is a relationship between commitment to learning and interest in learning simultaneously with the learning outcomes of PTB FT Unima students, and provides a contribution of 23.72%. Thus, increasing commitment to learning and interest in learning is one of the factors supporting the learning outcomes of PTB FT Unima students. The results imply that the higher the commitment to learning and interest in learning, the higher the learning outcomes of PTB FT Unima students. This fact proves that commitment to learning and interest in learning simultaneously provide a significant relationship with the learning outcomes of PTB FT Unima students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: (1) the relationship between initial abilities and work readiness of building engineering education, faculty of engineering, Unima students. The research design is quantitative research with a correlational research approach, using simple regression analysis. From the research results: 1) there is a significant relationship between initial ability and work readiness, providing a contribution of 43.56%. Thus it can be concluded: that increasing initial knowledge includes the results of mastering knowledge based on the cognitive aspects of remembering (C1), understanding (C2), application (C3), and analysis (C4), which is expected to increase work readiness in the form of having logical and objective considerations. , have the ability and willingness to work together with other people, be able to control oneself and have a critical attitude, have the courage to accept individual responsibility, have the ambition to progress and try to keep up with developments in the field of expertise, mental readiness. Or in increasing work readiness you must pay attention to initial knowledge that actually makes a significant contribution. With conducive initial skills, it is hoped that students will be able to provide maximum work readiness. In other words, having high initial abilities can foster good or high student work readiness
