Abstract

Abstrak: Perempuan diangkat derajatnya setelah Islam datang, sehingga Islam memberikan hak yang sama antara pria dan wanita dalam hal pendidikan. pendidikan sangatlah dibutuhkan bagi setiap perempuan karena perempuan akan menjadi pendidikan utama bagi anak-anaknya, dan menjadi pendamping bagi suaminya serta dilingkungan masyarakat perempuan juga membutuhkan pendidikan. dalam hal pendidikan pria dan wanita adalah sama, hal ini merupakan buah revolusi begitupun sebaliknya. Adanya pendidikan memberikan hal positif bagi kaum laki-laki maupun perempuan untuk mengukir sejarah dimasa yang akan datang karena perempuan adalah pendamping yang harus berjuang bersama untuk memajukan bangsa serta meyongsong masa depan yang cerah dan perempuan bukanlah sosok bayangan yang harus ada dibelakang laki-laki. Sering kali perempuan dianggap pembawa malapetaka bagi dunia maupun lawan jenisnya padahal perempuan juga memiliki kewajiban untuk memajukan pendidikan bagi mereka yang tertindas. Maka dari itu perempuan sangatlah dihargai dan dihormati di dalam Islam karena merupakan suatu anugerah yang membawa kehidupan baru. Dalam kajian keislaman perempuan diberikan kesempatan untuk mengenyam pendidikan agar mereka mampu menjalankan hak dan kewajibannya baik sebagi perempuan pada umumnya maupun sebagai seorang istri. Abstract

Characteristic of Teachers in Islamic Education Assessing Research of KH. Mohammad Hasyim Asy’ari.The problems of study can be describe by the author, namely: First, how are the teacher’s characteristic in Islamic education according to KH. Mohammad Hasyim Asy’ari? Second, how are the ethics of teachers in Islamic education according to KH. Mohammad Hasyim Asy’ari? The author use library research, and qualitative approach. The data collected by using: Library research method, observation, and documentation, the data analyzed by interpretation and content analysis. According to the finding of this research, it can be concluded: according to KH. Mohammad Hasyim Asy’ari the teacher’s characteristic in Islamic education can be seen from the ethics that should be owned by a teacher. The ethics are: (a) Personally a teacher. Such as, always remember to Allah, wara’, tawaddhu’, zuhud, etc. (b) The teacher’s ethics in teaching. Such as, free from hadats and najis, read prayer, sitting in a place that can be seen by all of students, give chance to the students to ask, and set the schedule. (c) The teacher’s ethic to their students. Such as, accepting all kinds of students, no partial, low profile and humble to the all students, love the students and ask them to have a chat and soon.

Abstract

This study focuses on the concept of Islamic education in Madura based on cosmopolitanism. This study has three research focuses to be studied: the concept of Islamic education, Madurese Islam and cosmopolitanism, and cosmopolitanism-based Madurese Islamic education. By using literature research by using a descriptive approach, this study reveals that Madura is a region known known as religious and multicultural place. Madurese Islamic education is defined as learning and knowledge based on Madurese Islam. The acculturation of culture and religion merges into a unique type of Madurese Islam with a variety of Madurese traditions and Islamic values. The meaning of rationality that is shared between the concepts of Islamic Education and cosmopolitanism is humanity without foundation. Based on the theory of cosmopolitanism, the concept of Islamic education in Madura is to prioritize Islamic religious teachings that are rahmatan lil'alamin, so to create togetherness among people regardless of the background for each individuals. The concept of Madurese Islamic education based on cosmopolitanism makes a person have a high concern for humanity, regardless of his background. Cosmopolitanism is interesting to study, especially in the area of Madura.

Abstract

Abstract Early childhood learning (PAUD) is an important stage in forming the foundations of child development. However, in an era where technology is developing rapidly, the challenges for the quality of early childhood learning are increasingly complex. This article proposes a strategy to improve the quality of PAUD learning by paying attention to technological developments, especially artificial intelligence (AI) literacy, as well as implementing a child-friendly curriculum. Through library research using a content analysis approach, this research reveals that The role of a child-friendly curriculum is to ensure that the learning process is appropriate to the needs and developmental stages of early childhood. This curriculum does not only focus on academic aspects, but also integrates social, emotional learning and relevant life skills. Apart from that, AI literacy is an important aspect in the context of future learning. Children need to be introduced to basic concepts about artificial intelligence and related technologies, so that they can become intelligent and critical users in facing future technological challenges. Effective early childhood education must be able to accommodate the dynamics of current technology while still paying attention to the child's overall needs and development stages.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to uncover the millennial generation's perception of ghuru tolang as well as the pattern of socio-cultural relations established by the Madurese millennial community. This research employs a qualitative-phenomenological approach, with data gathered through interviews, observation, and documentation. The information was analysed in three stages: reduction, display, and verification. According to the findings of this study, the figure and role of ghuru tolang are essentially the same in the eyes of the millennial generation, despite a slight shift. According to him, ghuru tolang is a religious educator and founder who must be respected and obeyed. Ghuru tolang, on the other hand, does not stand out from other teachers in their eyes.so there is no sacredness that must be overly addressed. Nevertheless, the millennial generation still positions ghuru tolang as a religious and social leader so that he is considered a cultural symbol that fully adheres to traditional religious values and has important meaning for the Madurese people. The social relations that are built between the ghuru tolang and the millennial generation are imbued with a strong spiritual aspect where there is a special relationship, namely a relationship that is imbued with the spirit of Nasyr al 'ilmi. The closeness of the relationship between the two is also based on a strong emotional closeness like the psychological relationship between parents and their children.

Abstract

This study explores ndalem, the residence of kiai kampung (village kiai) in Madura, as an embodiment of Sufistic values and practices. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through historical analysis, ethnography, and interviews, this research examines the historical roots of Sufism in Madura, the role of kiai in Sufi practices, as well as the architectural and symbolic elements of ndalem as a spiritual and cultural space. The findings indicate that the ndalem serves as both a residence for the kiai and a place where social and religious activities of the kiai, santri, and the religious community take place. The history and background of Sufism in Madura point to the character of kiai kampung as religious leaders in rural areas who play crucial roles in spreading and revitalizing Sufi teachings among society. The structure of ndalem, as a place of kiai to dwell, reflects Sufistic values, particularly those that embody deep spirituality. One of the essential aspects is the preservation of dikr (remembrance of God) and wirid (spiritual recitations). Kiai kampung also plays a key role in maintaining these traditions among the Madurese community. Contribution: This study contributes to capturing the Sufistic expression in spatial space, besides social and ritual practices, as part of Living Sufism.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the implementation of prophetic leadership at Al-Waroqot High School, Pamekasan, through a Living Qur'an and Hadith approach. Employing a qualitative method with a case study design, this research gathered data through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentary studies. The collected data were analyzed interactively through three stages: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that prophetic leadership is implemented by making the Qur'an and Hadith a living primary foundation within the school's culture. This practice is manifested through the exemplary roles of leaders and teachers who prioritize the values of justice and empathy, and it is integrated into the curriculum and extracurricular activities. This implementation effectively creates a harmonious and inclusive learning environment, successfully fostering student character with integrity and creativity. This study concludes that a genuinely lived model of prophetic leadership can serve as an inspiration for other Islamic educational institutions in shaping future leaders.
