This study aims to analyze and describe: 1) the relationship between learning outcomes and student management, 2) the relationship between the motivation to learn to write in Indonesian and student management, 3) the relationship between learning outcomes and motivation to learn to write using Indonesian language against student management. The results of the study stated: 1) there is a relationship between Learning Outcomes and Student Management; 2) there is a relationship between the Motivation of Learning to Write Using Indonesian and Student Management; and 3) there is a relationship between Learning Outcomes and Learning Motivation on Student Management at Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Jirak Jaya.

Al-Qur’an sebagai pedoman bagi umat Islam telah memberikan pelajaran tentang etika bertamu. Menjaga etika bertamu dalam hidup bermasyarakat merupakan hal yang sangat penting agar hubungan dengan orang lain selalu terjalin dengan harmonis. Namun, di tengah masyarakat sekarang ini masih banyak yang belum memahami etika bertamu dengan baik. Dengan demikian, perlu pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang etika bertamu seperti yang diajarkan Al-Qur’an. Dalam hal ini, penulis akan merujuk pada Tafsir Al-Misbah karangan Prof. Dr. Quraish Shihab dengan indikator bahwa ia merupakan ulama tafsir yang memiliki pembahasan luas dalam menafsirkan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yang bermaksud menggambarkan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai obyek yang ada. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan (1) meminta izin sebelum masuk. (2) memberi salam kepada penghuni rumah. (3) berkunjung pada waktu yang tepat. 4) tidak berlama-lama dalam bertamu. Adapun terkait dengan penafsiran M. Quraish Shihab tentang etika bertamu, ia menyatakan bahwa meminta izin bisa dilakukan mengucapkan salam lalu minta izin dengan cara mengetuk pintu atau memanggil orang yang ada di dalam rumah. Bagi tuan rumah, harus mejawab salam dengan ucapan salam yang lebih baik. Pemahaman yang baik tentang etika bertamu dapat menjadikan seseorang bersikap saling menghormati kepada sesama. Oleh karena itu, etika bertamu dalam Al-Qur’an perlu dikaji dan diamalkan, agar fungsi Al-Qur’an sebagai sumber ajaran pertama bagi umat Islam dapat diwujudkan dan membumi.

Nurses are Human Resources (HR) who hold an important role in the progress of the organization in the hospital. In carrying out services, nurses have a crucial role, both in the implementation of medical procedures, monitoring the patient's condition, and monitoring their development during treatment. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Supervision, Incentives, Work Team, and Career Development Opportunities on Nurses' Job Satisfaction. The research approach is using a cross sectional survey. The research will be carried out in December 2024. The population and sample in this study are 52 nurses who are on duty in the inpatient room of Hospital X with accident techniques. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a linkert scale Data analysis included validation, reliability tests and analysis of the Chi Square test or Fisher Test. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence between supervision, intensive, work team and career development opportunities with nurses' job satisfaction,Recommendations to increase supervision, intensive, work teams and career development opportunities for nurses in hospitals. Introduction: The population of Indonesia increases significantly every year, based on BPS data (2022), in 2022 the population of Indonesia increased to 275.8 million people from 2021 which had reached 272.7 million people. Indonesia's increasing population growth is a serious challenge in national development, especially related to controlling the birth rate. One of the main strategies implemented is the Family Planning (KB) program. New participants in the family planning (KB) program tend to choose the injection contraceptive method over other types, resulting in an increase in the use of the injection method. On the other hand, the use of long-term contraceptive methods (MKJP), including Intrauterine Contraceptive Devices (IUDs), shows a downward trend over time (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2021). The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence decisions in the use of IUD contraception in the Pauh Health Center work area. Methods: This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving 99 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a standardized questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test. Results: Determinants of mothers' decisions to use IUDs significantly influence maternal knowledge (P Value 0.014), maternal attitudes (P Value = 0.000). support from husbands (P Value = 0.08). Family planning service facilities (P Value = 0.000). The conclusion is that the determinants of decisions to use IUDs are significantly influenced by knowledge, attitudes, husband's support and health service facilities.

Background: CKD disease is permanent and cannot be cured. This condition requires long-term treatment, such as peritoneal dialysis, kidney transplantation, hemodialysis, and outpatient care. Hemodialysis has a very important role in balancing fluids in the body, helping in the management of kidney disease, and increasing the patient's quality of life. Thirst is very important to be reduced as an effort to intervene in CKD patients. One of the interventions used is ice cube therapy. Purpose: the influence of ice cube therapy on reducing the intensity of fluid intake in chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis is known. Methods: This quantitative pre-experimental study uses a one-group pretest-posttest design. This research used purposive methods. With 30 responders. Patients were given 10 cc ice cubes to suck for 5 minutes as therapy. VAS was utilized for measuring. Wilcoxon statistical analysis was used. Result: Ice cube treatment reduced fluid consumption in renal failure patients on hemodialysis with a mean thirst level of 3.53 before the intervention and 3.10 afterward. The p-value was 0.000. Implication: The study found that ice cube therapy reduced thirst in hemodialysis patients with kidney failure. The patient's thirst should be stabilized with this finding. Furthermore, researchers are expected to add variables and control groups in subsequent studies.
