Abstract

Penguatan Keterampilan Abad 21 mencakup Kualitas Karakter Siswa (Religiositas, Nasionalisme, Kemandirian, Gotong royong, dan Integritas), Keterampilan Literasi Dasar (Bahasa, Numerasi, Sains, Digital, Finansial, serta Budaya dan Kewargaan), serta Kompetensi (Berpikir kritis, Kreativitas, Komunikasi dan Kolaborasi) merupakan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki pendidik. Target dari pengabdian ini adalah para guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang tergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) jenjang SMP di Kabupaten Sumedang. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup penyusunan rencana pembelajaran Berbasis Keterampilan, Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, serta Evaluasi Pembelajaran termasuk penilaian Abad 21 dan tindak lanjutnya. Berdasarkan respon guru sasaran, pelatihan dan workshop ini dianggap mampu meningkatkan empat kompetensi abad 21 yang diperlukan.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the premarital course in preparing prospective brides and grooms from the perspective of maslahah mursalah (a case study at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Bantaeng Subdistrict, Bantaeng Regency). The main focus of this research includes: 1) the effective is the implementation of the premarital course at the KUA of Bantaeng Subdistrict, and the contribution of this course to the readiness of prospective couples from the perspective of maslahah mursalah. This study employs a qualitative approach with field research as its methodology. The primary data sources are the KUA officers and participants of the premarital course (Suscatin). Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the premarital course at the KUA of Bantaeng Subdistrict is effective, as evidenced by the positive responses of Suscatin participants and the absence of divorce cases among couples who attended the course. This study recommends that Suscatin be established as a substantive and administrative requirement, rather than a mere formality. Additionally, the KUA should enhance the socialization of the Suscatin program to the community and strengthen collaboration with relevant experts to support the implementation of the premarital course.

Abstract

This study examines the marketing mix strategy in the bosara handicraft product business in South Bontonompo, Gowa Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing mix strategy for the bosara handicraft product business in South Bontonompo, Gowa Regency, to determine the factors that influence the marketing strategy for the bosara handicraft product business in South Bontonompo, Gowa Regency. This research approach is quantitative. This research was carried outinSubdistrictSouth Bontonompo, Gowa Regency. Source of data in research isboss craftsmanin October to December 2022. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data editing, data reduction, categorization, interpretation, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the marketing mix strategy for bosara handicrafts in South Bontonompo, Gowa Regency found that there were two types of bosara products produced, namely modern bosara products and traditional bosara products. The price for Bosara products is with the lowest price range of Rp. 200,000 up to the highest price of Rp. 1,000,000 which is the principal in determining the price is the raw material for production. Promotions carried out by craftsmen on average use offline and online sales on social media. The location of the craftsmen in the production and marketing of Bosara products is very strategic because the place for production and marketing is known by customers and easy to find. The factors of the marketing strategy for bosara handicrafts based on SWOT analysis in South Bontonompo, Gowa Regency found that the inhibiting factors resulted in thatthe production process carried out in the manufacture of bosara products and also the production tools used are still limited in their manufacture so that the production of making bosara products is limited. Supporting factors in the process of making a Bosara product business are family and environmental support which makes craftsmen more active in production and marketing in the field.

Abstract

In the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka in Indonesian schools, there is a fundamental change related to the position of English as a subject. When previously English was considered a local content subject at elementary schools, in today's curriculum, it becomes compulsory for both primary to secondary levels of elementary. The policymakers should be intrigued whether elementary school teachers in Indonesia are ready to respond to this change. Accordingly, this study intends to investigate to what extent the participated teachers are ready to teach English in elementary school. The psychological dimension of readiness was the main concern. To address this issue, a narrative inquiry involving three elementary teachers, all teaching in fourth grade, served as the participants of this study. They wrote their personal stories with guiding questions comprising their experiences dealing with English, how they had responded to changes, and their educational backgrounds. Through deductive coding and data analysis, it revealed that the participants had different ways of responding to change, such as: conducting preparation, worrying, being optimistic. They had different educational major, that was predicted as a factor influence self-efficacy. They also had different experiences in dealing with their English proficiency. However, they believed that they were psychologically ready to teach English at Elementary schools. Result indicates that there is importance to further investigate more in-depth investigations that include other dimensions of readiness: behavioural and situational readiness.
