Abstract

Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan Persepsi Pegawai Tentang Gaya Kepemimpinan di Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Soppeng. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kantor dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Soppeng adalah sebanyak 68 orang, dan inilah yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik persentase dalam bentuk tabel frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Pegawai Tentang Gaya Kepemimpinan Di Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Soppeng, berada pada kategori kurang baik untuk gaya kepemimpinan otoriter dengan hasil persentase lima puluh koma nol sembilan persen sedangkan Gaya kepemimpinan yang dominan diterapkan oleh Pemimpin Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Soppeng adalah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dengan hasil persentase delapan puluh enam koma lima puluh dua persen.Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Gaya Kepemimpinan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the application of the Transformational Leadership Style at the National Population and Family Planning Agency (Indonesia: Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional / BKKBN) in South Sulawesi Province. The design of this research is quantitative descriptive research. Researchers took 35% of the population of 110 people using random sampling techniques, so the research sample numbered 38 people. Techniques for getting data are: observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study show that the application of the Transformational Leadership Style runs well seen from various indicators namely: Charismatic, Intellectual, Stimulation, and Individual Consideration.

Abstract

Employee motivation at each company becomes very important, with regard to this , nowadays employees in a every company need to improve work productivity both in quantitiy and quality. This study aim to know the description of the level of work motivation of PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch. This research is a descriptive study designed to describe carefully, clearly and objectively about employee work motivation. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The result showed that employee work motivation at PT Sulselbar Makassar main branch can be categorized as good, this can be seen in each indicators, which is  in the good category, the awards  in the the good category, the challenges in the quite good category, responsibilities in the poor category, developments is in a good category, involvement is in a good category and opportinities in the good category

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Niaga Bangun Persada di Jakarta.Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 41,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,510 > 2,000). Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 37,2%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,957 > 2,000). Kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,588 + 0,392X1 + 0,385X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 53,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (33,317 > 2,760). Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine how the motivation of academic services for educators and education personnel in higher education. The findings of this study are expected to become recommendations in developing programs or forms of evaluation aimed at improving the performance and motivation of academic services for teaching staff and teaching staff in tertiary institutions. This research is a survey research which aims to determine the general description of the motivation for academic services for teaching staff and teaching staff at state universities. Based on the research findings obtained, it can be concluded that from the 4 dimensions of motivation for public services, the first dimension, namely the interest in making public policy, is the dimension least owned or implemented by the research respondents. While the other three dimensions can be said to be in the high category in the sense that the respondents already have and have implemented these three dimensions in the delivery of public services. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the lack of motivation for academic services by the state civil servants tends to be due to their lack of interest in public policy making. Abstract

Sumberdayamanusia(SDM)yangberperan merencanakanmelaksanakan dan mengendalikan organisasi yang bersangkutan, dengan penerapan sikap disiplin seorang karyawan maka perusahaan akan berhasil dan akan meningkatkan profit perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui disiplin kerja karyawan di PT. Taspen (Persero) KCU Makassar. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah interview dan koesiener. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 51 responden. Analisisstatistikdigunakanuntukmembantupenelitimengenaimakna hubunganantar variable.Analisis statistic inferensial digunakanuntuk mengujihipotesispenelitian.Adapunanalisisstatistikinferensial yangdigunakanadalah analisis regresibergandadanregresigandamodellinear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja karyawan dapat meningkatkan profit karyawan di PT. Taspen (Persero) KCU Makassar. Dengan hasil yang diproleh maka peruhaan tersebut berhasil membina karyawannya untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan yang dimiliki.

Abstract

Especially vocational education programs must be oriented to the needs of the labor market. Therefore, educational institutions need to establish cooperation with the industrial world. The aims of this study: to find out the implementation of industrial work practices of students. To find out the work readiness of students of class XI competency in Office Administration skills at SMK Negeri 1 Jeneponto. To determine the effect of the implementation of industrial work practices on the work readiness of students of class XI competency in Office Administration expertise at SMK Negeri 1 Jeneponto. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the type of association research There are 3 data collection techniques used in this study, observation, questionnaires and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis techniques. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: Implementation of Industrial Work Practices of students Competency in Office Administration Skills at SMK Negeri 1 Jeneponto is included in the excellent category. The work readiness of Class XI Office Administration students at SMK Negeri 1 Jeneponto belongs to the very high category. And there is a strong and significant influence between the implementation of industrial work practices on work readiness of students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of calling customer on the intention to repeat order of our food house partners perm BULOG Southeast Sulawesi Regional Office. This study uses a quantitative approach, a descriptive research type, with a research population of 304 partners and a sample of 75 partners. Data collection techniques used are through observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), and documentation. The data that has been obtained from the research results are processed using data analysis and using the SPSS.20 software application which consists of descriptive analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The research results show that the role of calling customers for our food house partners perm BULOG Southeast Sulawesi Regional Office is in the category satisfactory with a percentage level of 61.4 percent, and for the intention of repeating orders for our home food partners perm BULOG Southeast Sulawesi Regional Office is in the high category with a percentage of 57.7 percent based on these data, the level of relationship is in the very strong category. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect on the role of calling customer on the intention to repeat orders for our food house partners, perm BULOG, Southeast Sulawesi Regional Office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Gambaran gaya kepemimpinan transformasional pada kantor Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, 2) Gambaran motivasi pegawai pada kantor Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, 3) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada kantor Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi  seluruh jumlah pegawai pada Kantor Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang berjumlah 147 0rang. Penentuan jumlah sampel sebesar 25 persen dari jumlah populasi sehingga diperoleh 37 orang. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis infferensial dengan uji normalitas data, analisis korelasi product moment dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis deskriptif menggambarkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan pimpinan pada kantor Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan adalah baik, motivasi pegawai pada kantor Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan tergolong tinggi. Sedangkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada kantor Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan . Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi kerja
