Abstract

This research purpose is to examine the influence of employee engagement, workload on employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable. The population used in this research were all employees at the KKDR City Regional Secretariat Office. Sampling used a non probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, totaling 112 respondents all civil servants at the KKDR City Regional Secretariat Office. The variables used in this research are employee engagement, workload, job satisfaction and employee performance measured with 1-5 likert scale. This research uses path analysis using SPSS. The results of this research show: 1) Employee engagement influences job satisfaction so that the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted, 2) Employee engagement influences employee performance so the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted, 3) Workload influences job satisfaction so the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted, 4) Workload influences employee performance so the fourth hypothesis (H4) is accepted, 5) Job satisfaction influences employee performance so that the sixth hypothesis (H6) is accepted, 6) Employee engagement influences employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable so that the sixth hypothesis (H6) is accepted, 7) Workload influences employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable so the seventh hypothesis (H7) is accepted.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share dan Return On Equity terhadap harga saham perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2021 (Studi empiris pada Infobank15). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 laporan keuangan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang masuk di Infobank15 tahun 2018-2021 yang selama periode tahun tersebut maksimal out satu kali. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Earning Per Share berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, Return On Equity berpengaruh positifsignifikan terhadap harga saham, dan Earning Per Share dan Return On Equity secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Semakin tinggi Return On Equity menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan tersebut mampu untuk menghasilkan keuntungan yang tinggi dari ekuitas perusahaan sehingga dapat menarik minat investor dan membuat harga saham perusahaan naik. Meskipun Earning Per Share tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap harga saham, bukan berarti Earning Per Share tidak penting untuk dipertimbangkan dalam melihat kemampuan suatu perusahaan, sebab secara simultan Earning Per Share dan Return On Equity berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk memprediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan sub sektor pariwisata, restoran dan hotel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021 dengan model Zmijewski. Jenis Penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik purposive sampling dengan 63 laporan keuangan sebagai sampel. Model kebangkrutan yang digunakan adalah model Zmijewski (X-Score). Hasil penelitian menunjukan beberapa perusahaan masuk dalam kategori bangkrut yaitu PT. Citra Realty Tbk (2020-2021), PT. Destinasi Tirta Nusantara Tbk (2020-2021) dan PT. Fast Food Indonesia (2021). Sedangkan rata-rata X-Score memprediksi 2 perusahaan bangkrut yaitu PT. Citra Realty Tbk dan PT. Destinasi Tirta Nusantara Tbk. Kemudian perusahaan sampel lainnya tetap pada kondisi sehat. Diperlukan evaluasi serta lebih berhati-hati dalam mengambil keputusan bagi perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut agar kinerjanya dapat meningkat ditahun-tahun selanjutnya. Diperlukan kewaspadaan dalam pengambilan keputusan, terutama bagi pemangku kepentingan seperti manajemen perusahaan, investor, dan kreditur, untuk menghindari risiko kerugian.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that: (1) Organizational culture has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) Job satisfaction hasn’t influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (3) Organizational culture has a significant influence on organizational commitment, (4) Job satisfactin hasn’t influence on organizational commitment, (5) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant influence on organizational commitment, (6) Organizational culture has an indirrect influence on organizational commitment through Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and (7) Job satisfaction has an indirrect influence on organizational commitment through Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of devidend policy, ownership strucktur and growth opportunity to firm value on insurance company listed on capital market indonesia in 2012-2016. Variabel in this study is devidend policy represented by devidend payout ratio, ownership strucktur represented by manajerial ownership and growth opportunity represented by asset growth then firm value represented by price book value. This study is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study are 14 insurance companies listed on sahamok.com, the sample in this study chosen by purposive sampling method and obtained 6 compaanies according to the criteria established, so there are 30 financial statement are processed. This study using multiple regression analysis,t analysis, f analysis. The result this study show that variables devidend policy, ownership strucktur and growth opportunity have significant effect to firm value. Then variabel devidendd policy, ownership strucktur and growth opportunity jointly have influence to firm value.

Abstract

The current development of human resources has a huge influence on the company. Business competition is currently very competitive and entrepreneurs who run micro and macro businesses must be more able to develop and compete competitively. This research aims to determine the role of competency (Z) in mediating selection (XI) and training (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the Nganjuk Sadex (Shuttlecock) factory. Using a quantitative approach, the research subjects were employees of the Nganjuk Sadex (Shuttlecock) factory. The employee sample consisted of 80 production employees. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The research uses the Smart-PLS method. The results show that; (1) selection has a significant effect on competency, (2) training has an insignificant effect on competency, (3) selection has an insignificant effect on employee performance, (4) training has a significant effect on performance, (5) competency has a significant effect on employee performance, (6) competence mediating selection has a significant effect on employee performance, and (7) competence mediating training has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara signifikan antara pemberdayaan karyawan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Retensi Karyawan Pada KUD Tani Wilis Sendang Tulungagung. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang mana penentuan jumlah sampel berdasarkan kriteria yaitu pegawai tetap. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikoleniaritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji linieritas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinsi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara silmutan Pemberdayan Karyawan dan Kepuasan Kerja secara silmutan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan Terhadap Retensi Karyawan pada KUD Tani Wilis Sendang Tulungagung. Sedangkan secara parsial Pemberdayaan Karyawan dan Kepuasan Kerja pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Retensi Karyawan pada KUD Tani Wilis Sendang Tulungagung. Abstract

UD. Adi Putra Perkasa is one of the businesses established in Kediri City and has been run by Mr. Adi Sucipto since 2014. This business offers various types of products that are traded, ranging from banana chips, breadfruit, banana sale, purple cassava, tofu crackers, allen-allen, elephant ear chips, seblak crackers, spicy marning, savory, potato sticks, basreng, intestinal chips, corn twisko with various kinds of affordable prices among the community. Some customers often judge that the taste of the snack products sold is delicious, savory and the contents in the packaging are more than other sellers. To maintain the interest of revisiting consumers, business owners focus on product attractiveness, price and customer satisfaction which are considered by these three factors to be able to influence consumers' interest in revisiting. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product attractiveness, price and customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously on the interest of snack consumers to visit again at UD. Adi Putra Perkasa. The research method is a research with a quantitative approach and 65 respondents as well as quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of product attractiveness, price and customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously on the interest of snack consumers to visit again at UD.
