Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional menggunakan dua variabel bebas yaitu Advertising dan Personal Selling, dan menggunakan satu variabel terikat yaitu volume nasabah. Di pakai 2 hipotesis, yang pertama menduga bahwa advertising (X1) dan Personal Selling (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap volume nasabah di KJKS Ar-Rahmah, yang kedua, variabel Personal Selling (X2) merupakan variabel yang dominan di banding variabel advertising (X1). Berdasarkan analisa yang telah dibuat, maka dalam penyusunan penelitian ini digunakan beberapa alat analisa atau metode dalam menganalisa data, antara lain: Korelasi berganda, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Analisis Uji t, Uji F. Berdasarkan pembahasan dan perhitungan Analisis data yang telah penulis kemukakan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1). Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara volume nasabah (Y) dengan advertising (X1) dan Personal Selling (X2) dengan angka korelasi untuk Advertising (X1) sebesar 0,380, sedangkan Personal Selling (X2) sebesar 0,474. (2). Secara simultan (bersama-sama) dapat dijelaskan bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat ditunjukkan oleh besarnya Multiple R yaitu 0,658 dimana nilai korelasi ini mendekati 1, maka advertising (X1) dengan Personal Selling (X2) serta volume nasabah (Y) mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat dan searah. (3). Dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa koefisien regresi Personal Selling (X2) sebesar (0,428) dan nilai t hitung (4,748) lebih besar dan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan advertising (X1) sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa Personal Selling (X2) lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap volume nasabah (Y).

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis peneliti : terdapat pengaruh secara parsial Kompensasi (X1), Kepuasan Kerja (X2), terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan kuesioner. Pengembilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan Perusahaan CV. Alfa Media Perkasa sebanyak 30orang. Hasil penelitian menggunakan bantuan proposal program SPSS versi 25, menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung -1,423 dan nilai Sig. 0,165 > 0,05. (2) dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 3,932 dan nilai Sig.0,000 < 0,05 (3) kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung 11,043 dan nilai Sig. 0,003 < 0,05. Dari hasil uji analisis regresi linear berganda maka menghasilkan rumus persamaan Y = 11,043 + -1,423 X1 + (3,932X2) + e.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention at PT.Glow Kediri. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this study are employees who work at PT. Glow Kediri who are still actively working until 2022 are 74 people. The sample used in this study is daily/volume employees in the sewing department who are still working until February 2022 with a total sample of 47 people. The sampling method used in this study used purposive sampling. Data processing in this study uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test and F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this study is that job insecurity has a partially negative effect on employee turnover intention with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Job satisfaction has a partial negative effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 0.004 <0.05. Organizational commitment has a partial negative effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 0.047 <0.05. job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a simultaneous negative effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis penilti : terdapat pengaruh secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan (X1), komitmen kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan kuesioner. Pengembilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan pada Koperasi Pembangunan di Kabupaten Kediri.Hasil penelitian menggunakan bantuan proposal program SPSS versi 25, menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). (2) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa variabel komitmen kerja (X2) memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0,035 < 0,05 yang artinya variabel komitmen kerja (X2) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). (3) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1), dan komitmen kerja (X2) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) yang memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Abstract

Very tight competition in the business world means entrepreneurs have to think about what consumers want, including looking at product diversity and prices. The aim of the research is to explain the influence of product diversity and prices partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the Purgiono Bike Shop, Nganjuk City. This research uses quantitative methods. The population taken was 1,680 consumers using Non Probability techniques. The sample obtained was 94 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data processing uses the SPSS program. The results of this research are that product diversity and price have a significant simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions at the Purgiono Bike Shop, Nganjuk City.

Abstract

Very tight competition in the culinary world makes entrepreneurs have to think about what consumers want, including looking at the variety of menus, prices, and locations. The researcher chose Yamyam Restaurant based on several considerations. The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of menu diversity, price, and location partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Yamyam. The research uses quantitative methods. The population taken was 1,277 consumers using Non Probability techniques. The Slovin formula was used for the sample obtained which was 93 respondents. Data processing was conducted with the SPSS program. The results of this study show that menu diversity, prices, and locations have a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at Yamyam.

Abstract

The background of this research is that in an institution engaged in the health sector, because in an institution human resources are very important in achieving success. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of work ethic and individual characteristics on employee performance. This research uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 41 employees from a population of 71 Prambon Health Center employees. In this study, the results showed that work ethic and individual characteristics partially had a significant effect on the performance of Prambon Health Center employees. While simultaneously the two variables have a significant effect on the performance of Prambon Health Center employees.

Abstract

A marketing strategy consisting of product, price, promotion and distribution is a strategy that can increase company revenue and attract consumer buying interest. The aim of this research is to explain the marketing strategy of CV Indo Jaya Bersatu and its implications in increasing company profits and attracting consumer buying interest. This research is research conducted using qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The main data sources in this research are CV Indo Jaya Bersatu employees and CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers. The results of this research indicate that the 4P marketing strategy implemented by CV Indo Jayaable to increase the company's profit by increasingThe company's revenue, which was originally at IDR 5,101,243,500.00 with net income of IDR 3,197,670,700.00 in 2017, increased to IDR 7,740,548,500.00 with net income reaching IDR 6,712,445,600.00 in 2022. Growing interest among CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers, there is a transactional interest, namely CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers tend to like making transactions with CV Indo Jaya Bersatu because of the good quality and service.

Abstract

Human resource management is one of the most important aspect in the course of a agency to achieve its vision, mission, strategy and the creation of agency goals. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of workload, work stress and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a saturated sample. The sample in this study was 31 employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service. In this research, the results obtained were that workload, work stress and work motivation partially had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service.
