Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide an understanding of the importance of moderate attitudes in maintaining religious diversity in Indonesia and to explain the important role of Islamic boarding schools in strengthening religious moderation. Islamic boarding schools play an important role in strengthening religious moderation by maintaining the diversity of their students, providing moderate and balanced religious education, teaching tolerance values, and organizing activities that strengthen tolerance and harmony among people of different religions. By doing so, it is expected that Islamic boarding schools can become a safe and comfortable place for students from various religious backgrounds, and can contribute to strengthening religious moderation in society as a whole

Abstract

Sanksi hukum adat dan hukum Islam memainkan peran penting dalam menegakkan norma-norma sosial terkait perzinaan di masyarakat. Penelitian ini menjelaskan terkait mengeksplorasi perbedaan pendekatan dan prosedur antara sanksi adat dan hukum Islam dalam menangani pelaku perzinaan. Sanksi adat sebagai bagian dari warisan tradisional didasarkan pada norma-norma turun-temurun dan dijalankan oleh lembaga adat atau tokoh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa sanksi hukum adat dan hukum islam serta mengetahui efektivitas penerapan sanksi adat dijadikan alternatif penegakan hukum bagi pelaku perzinaan menurut hukum Islam. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan mengumpulkan beberapa data yang bersumber dari jurnal, website serta artikel ilmiah. Meskipun keduanya memiliki tujuan yang sama dalam menegakkan aturan agama terkait perzinaan, perbedaan dalam proses pembuktian dan penegakan hukum dapat memengaruhi efektivitas dan keadilan karena ada beberapa sanksi hukum adat yang dinilai kurang efektif dalam penerapannya menurut hukum islam dan perlu dilakukan pengkajian ulang.

Abstract

Later, women cannot separated from cosmetics, such as lip cream. However, many lip creams contains synthetic dye that sometime harmful for our body. Therefore red dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus) can  used as natural dyes in a  lip cream preparation. In addition, red dragon fruit contains anthocyanins, a group of flavonoid, that has efficacy as an antioxidants. This study aim to develope lip cream as cosmetic preparation containing of red dragon fruit for antioxidant. The extraction was done by Microwave Assisted Extraction (MAE) using ethanol 95%:aquadest (4:1).  Lip cream preparations were made in 3 formulas with varying concentrations of extract, 5% (LCE5), 10% (LCE10) and 15% (LCE 15). The extraction uasing MAE method was yielded the rendemen of 44,12%. Evaluation of the preparations carried out included organoleptic, pH, homogeneity, and spreadability, while antioxidant activity were carried out using spectrophotometry UV-Vis with the DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhidrazyl) method. The results showed that all lip cream formulas fulfill the requirement i.e organoleptic, pH, homogeneity, and spreadability. The antioxidant activity of LCE5, LCE10 and LCE15 were 195.26 ± 0.40, 174.94 ± 0,63, and 168.27 ± 0.60, respectively. All the preparation has medium antioxidant activity but LCE15 has a stronger antioxidant activity due to the smallest IC50 compared to LCE5 and LCE10. This result underlying the application of red dragon fruit extract as an antioxidant agent in lip cream preparation.

Abstract

Patikan Kebo (Euphorbia hirta L.) is a plant that lives scattered in the yard, has potential as an antibacterial, one way to extract plants is by isolating endophytic bacteria. Endophytes are bacteria found in plant tissue. The purpose of this study was to isolate and identify the morphology of endophytic bacteria from  plant Patikan Kebo (Euphorbia hirta L.). The method used is the Total Plate Count (TPC) method by taking samples, isolating bacteria, pure culture, morphological identification, and Gram staining. Endophytic bacteria were obtained by isolating parts of the plant Patikan Kebo (E. hirta L.), namely the roots of patikan kebo (PRE), Patikan kebo stem endophyte (PSE) and Patikan kebo leaves endophyte (PLE). The results of the study found 22 isolates, endophytic bacterial isolates have diverse morphological characteristics including appearance, elevation, edges and color. There are 20 isolates of endophytic bacteria that belong to the Gram positive group and 2 isolates of endophytic bacteria that belong to the Gram negative group. It can be concluded that endophytic bacterial isolates from Patikan Kebo (Euphorbia hirta L.) plants have different morphologies

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh belanja modal dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di enam kabupaten Kalimantan Tengah, periode 2019–2023. Data panel sekunder sebanyak 30 observasi dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda guna mengungkap kontribusi masing-masing variabel terhadap variasi kemiskinan. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa belanja modal memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan (koefisien = 0,015; Sig = 0,017), sedangkan IPM tidak berpengaruh signifikan (koefisien = –0,085; Sig = 0,297). Uji F mengonfirmasi signifikansi model (Sig = 0,036) dengan R Square sebesar 0,160. Temuan ini mendukung teori pertumbuhan endogen serta memberikan dasar bagi optimalisasi belanja modal guna penurunan kemiskinan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan. Analisis ini penting bagi kebijakan.
