Abstract

The Covid 19 outbreak has an impact on various areas of life, especially the world of education. Student learning is required to transform and adapt to the conditions of the 4.0 century. This is what motivates researchers to conduct research on children's learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using audio-visual media on student motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic in grade IV MI Al Fajar Pringsewu. This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate there is an effect of audiovisual media on student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic with a known value tcount > ttable (4.118 > 2.056) then Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. The big influence of audio-visual media on student learning motivation namely 57,3 %

Abstract

This article aims to study the concept of differential learning based on local wisdom in the context of madrasah education in Lampung. Given the rich background of local wisdom in Lampung, the study was conducted through a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis techniques involve the identification, categorization, and synthesis of information from various relevant literary sources. This allows researchers to understand how local wisdom can be integrated into differential learning in the madrasah. The results of this study show that differential learning in the madrasah with an instructional approach is adapted to the individual needs of students, taking into account the diversity of student background and ability. The local wisdom and traditions of Lampung, such as listener pii and samali sambayan, give deep values to the learning process. Strategies to integrate local wisdom into learning include the use of relevant media, materials, methods, and evaluations. The Madrasah in Lampung, by combining local wisdom and differentiation approaches, has the potential to improve the quality and relevance of education for students in the region

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of teachers in building effective communication with students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Yasmida Ambarawa, as well as to identify the challenges faced in this process. Good communication between teachers and students is very important in creating a conducive learning environment, especially at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level which involves the teenage transition. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with semi-structured interviews and direct observation in classes 8A and 9B. The research results show that although most teachers have tried to create an open and comfortable atmosphere in the classroom, several challenges still arise, such as differences in students' social and cultural backgrounds and the influence of technology which reduces face-to-face interaction. Teachers play a role not only as teachers, but also as mentors who support students' academic, social and emotional development. This research provides insight into the importance of improving teacher communication skills to create a more inclusive learning environment and support successful learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kompetensi pedagogik guru di MI Mathla'ul Anwar yang berada di Pekon Srirahayu Kabupaten Pringsewu Lampung, dalam menghadapi era digital. Kompetensi pedagogik meliputi kemampuan memahami karakteristik peserta didik, merancang pembelajaran, serta memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar. Guru di era digital tidak hanya bertindak sebagai penyampai informasi, tetapi juga sebagai fasilitator, konselor, dan pembelajar sepanjang hayat. Kemampuan literasi digital menjadi aspek penting untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21, serta melawan tantangan digital seperti hoaks dan perundungan siber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki pemahaman dasar teknologi, namun masih memerlukan pelatihan lebih lanjut untuk mengoptimalkan media pembelajaran digital. Faktor pendukung berupa motivasi guru untuk belajar teknologi, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan sarana prasarana dan kurangnya pelatihan berkelanjutan. Solusi yang diajukan mencakup penyediaan pelatihan teknologi secara berkala dan penguatan kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, dan pemerintah. Dengan demikian, pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik yang selaras dengan teknologi menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital

Abstract

The transformation of elementary school management in the 21st century requires a creative strategic approach to create meaningful and relevant learning. This study aims to analyze creative management strategies in the context of elementary school education that can support meaningful learning. This type of research uses literature studies. Data collected through digital databases such as Google Scholar, Research Gate, Sinta, and official documents from the Ministry of Education and Culture published in the period 2020 to 2025. The literature used includes national and international journals, educational books, and educational policy documents. Data analysis was carried out thematically with a thematic content analysis approach, namely by identifying conceptual patterns from the contents of the literature related to educational management strategies. The results of the study show that there are four main strategies that support meaningful learning in the 21st century, namely: (1) transformational leadership that encourages changes in school culture and adaptive learning; (2) empowering teachers as agents of change who are able to design innovative and collaborative learning; (3) strengthening a positive school culture that supports student character and motivation; and (4) targeted technology integration to support personalized and interactive learning. These four strategies synergistically form an inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable educational ecosystem. So it can be concluded that 21st century elementary school management that adopts these four strategies is able to create a learning environment that supports the development of students' character and competence holistically.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi pelajar terhadap makanan dan minuman halal di propinsi Lampung. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang melibatkan pelajar dari berbagai tingkat satuan pendidikan muali dari Sekolah Dasar (SD/MI), Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP/ MTs), Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA/MA/SMK). Penelitian ini mencakup pertanyaan tentang pengetahuan pelajar tentang konsep halal, sertifikasi halal dan kesadaran dalam mengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman halal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online menggunakan google form. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 410 pelajar SD/MI sebanyak 91 orang, SMP/ MTs sebanyak 105 orang dan SMA/SMK/MA sebanyak 205 orang yang tersebar di seluruh propinsi Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi awal pelajar yang berkaitan dengan produk yang bersertifikasi halal adalah produk yang berkualitas. Jawaban yang diperoleh dari responden yaitu sebanyak 54.8% responden menjawab sangat setuju, 36.8% responden menjawab setuju, 7.7% responden menjawab netral dan 0.3% responden menjawab tidak setuju. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Sebagian besar pelajar terlah memiliki persepsi yang baik bahwa produk bersertifikasi halal adalah produk yang terlah terjamin memiliki kualitas yang baik. Namun pada kesadaran pelajar untuk tidak membeli bahan makan asing yang mencurigakan kehalalannya diperoleh respon sebanyak 46.6% responden menjawab sangat setuju, 42.1% responden menjawab setuju, sebanyak 8.9% responden menjawab netral, sebanyak 1.7% responden menjawab tidak setuju dan sebanyak 0.7% responden menjawab sangat tidak setuju.

Abstract

The principal's leadership model in school payment management is a concept related to the way the principal manages financial resources in the school in order to maximize the desired results. This concept is based on the understanding that effective leadership is very important in optimizing the use of financial resources in schools. The research methods used are qualitative and quantitative research. In the research process, a survey was conducted to collect data from respondents involved in school financing management. The data obtained is then processed using data processing formulas to obtain relevant and useful information. The research results concluded that the majority of respondents had a positive view of the leadership of school principals in school financing management. However, there are still certain aspects that need to be improved to improve the performance of school principals in managing school finances. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of a better and more effective school principal leadership model in school financing management. The conclusion of this research is that good leadership from school principals can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of school financing management, thereby improving the quality of education provided.

Abstract

Data Asesmen Nasional menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan membaca siswa SD meningkat dari 53 persen pada 2021 menjadi 68 persen pada 2024. Namun, di kelas III MI Al-Khairiyah, pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa minat dan pemahaman membaca siswa masih rendahnya kemampuan membaca siswa berdampak pada hasil tes, yang menyebabkan efektivitas pembelajaran menjadi kurang maksimal. Tujuan dari studi ini mencakup beberapa aspek, yaitu: 1. menganalisis bagaimana pojok baca dapat meningkatkan pemahaman membaca siswa; 2. menjelaskan kemampuan pemahaman membaca siswa dengan lembar tes; 3. mengidentifikasi hambatan yang didapati pengajar. Penelitian ini menerapkan  metode studi dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam mengumpulkan informasi, riset ini menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes pemahaman membaca. Studi menunjukkan bahwa pojok baca dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai kegiatan, seperti Implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah dilakukan dengan kegiatan membaca selama lima belas menit sebelum proses belajar mengajar berlangsung, sebagai sumber untuk diskusi, dan sebagai lokasi untuk menghabiskan waktu luang. Meskipun demikian, pelajar masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam menemukan informasi mendetail dari bacaan dan memahami makna keseluruhan teks. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi pengajar adalah terbatasnya jumlah koleksi buku dan rendahnya motivasi siswa dalam memanfaatkan pojok baca

Abstract

Keterbatasan ruang kelas menjadi permasalahan krusial yang dihadapi banyak madrasah ibtidaiyah seiring meningkatnya jumlah peserta didik yang tidak sebanding dengan ketersediaan fasilitas fisik. Kondisi tersebut menuntut adanya pengelolaan sarana prasarana yang terencana dan adaptif agar proses pembelajaran tetap berlangsung secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen sarana prasarana yang meliputi perencanaan, pemanfaatan, dan pemeliharaan dalam mengatasi keterbatasan ruang kelas di MIS Al-Khairiyah Sinar Banten. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala madrasah, kepala tata usaha, dan guru, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan ruang kelas dapat diatasi melalui perencanaan berbasis kebutuhan, optimalisasi pemanfaatan ruang melalui sistem pembelajaran shift, serta pemeliharaan fasilitas yang dilakukan secara rutin dan partisipatif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu manajemen pendidikan dengan memberikan bukti empiris bahwa integrasi perencanaan, pemanfaatan, dan pemeliharaan sarana prasarana dapat menjadi strategi solutif dan berkelanjutan dalam mengatasi keterbatasan ruang kelas pada madrasah ibtidaiyah.
