Abstract

Kuliah kerja nyata ( KKN ) yang kami laksanakan di Desa Birong Ulu Manriah, banyak mendapatkan respon yang baik dari masyarakat. Kegiatan yang kami lakukan adalah bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat, bergotong royong, dan kami juga mengadakan festival anak sholeh. Tujuan kami berfokus pada anak- anak di Desa Birong Ulu Manriah, karena anak-anak disana kurang paham akan ajaran agama islam, seperti sholat, berwudhu, dan hafalan surah. Maka dari itu kami berfokus menerapkan moderasi agama, kami menekankan pada anak- anak agar mau dan lebih fokus pada ajaran agama islam. Moderasi agama ini juga permintaan dari masyarakat agar anak-anak tersebut tidak terlalu jauh dengan ajaran agama islam. Kami selalu memberikan yang terbaik untuk masyarakat desa Birong Ulu Manriah agar menjadi sebuah desa yang maju dengan generasi anak- anak yang berukhuwah islamiyah dan berakhlak seperti akhlak Nabi. Dalam sosialiasi masyarakat kami juga membuat sebuah apotik hidup di desa tersebut dengan tanaman-tanaman yang bermanfaat seperti obat-obatan herbal. Kami juga turun serta membantu masyarakat dalam membersihkan desa seperti masjid dan juga membantu pembangunan penampungan air yang bernama pemsimas.

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the cognitive aspects that must be introduced to children at an early age to achieve a standard of cognitive development called the Child Development Achievement Level Standard (STPPA) as stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 137 of 2014. One of the basic learning Mathematics is a child recognizes the concept of numbers and understands numbers. So that children's understanding is in accordance with the concept, children must learn mathematics from concrete objects and by playing. the introduction of values ​​and numbers in children aged 2-8 years children need concrete objects, because at this age, children recognize concepts using symbols. This study aims to find a strategy for learning mathematics to recognize values ​​and numbers through play and concrete objects in early childhood. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with literature study method. As for the results of the research, the strategies that can be used in introducing children to numbers through play and concrete objects are: (1) Singing; (2) Flannel Board Media; (3) Calendar Games; (4) Number Card; (5) Counting Things in Daily Life; (6) Dice; (7) Write Numbers (8) Number Fishing Media; (9) Snakes and Ladders Game; (10); Congklak Game; (11) Finger Method.

Abstract

Self-efficacy has a great influence on learning outcomes and academic achievement. However, many students have low self-efficacy in mathematics. For this reason, a learning process is needed that can help improve students' self-efficacy in mathematics. This study aimed to determine the effect of the inverted classroom model with information search strategies through moodle-based e-lematika media on students' self-efficacy in mathematics. This research is a type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design method. The population of this research is class XI students of SMK N 1 Jambi City and two sample classes, namely 31 students of class XI TKJ 1 and 31 students of class XI TKJ 5, respectively, the experimental class and control class. The self-efficacy questionnaire data analysis for the two classes was carried out using the independent sample t-test, which showed the value of sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05. So, there is a significant effect on the application of the flipped classroom model with information search strategies through moodle-based e-lematika media on students' self-efficacy.

Abstract

Traditional foods not only fulfill biological needs but also contain cultural values ​​and local philosophy that reflect a community's identity. One of Riau's signature dishes rich in cultural significance is bolu kemojo. This study aims to examine the philosophy and cultural values ​​contained in bolu kemojo as a representation of the local wisdom of the Riau Malay community. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through literature studies and interviews with cultural figures and culinary micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Riau. The results show that bolu kemojo is not just a snack, but a symbol of simplicity, mutual cooperation, and respect for tradition. This dish is commonly served at traditional events, weddings, and to welcome guests of honor. The philosophy of the kemojo flower also holds spiritual significance and symbolizes beauty in Malay life. Thus, bolu kemojo serves as a medium for preserving cultural values ​​that continue to live amidst modernization.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of psychological empowerment on employee performance, psychological empowerment on work engagement, work engagement on employee performance, the influence of psychological empowerment on employee performance through work engagement on educational staff affected by the equalization of Echelon III and IV positions at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory research approach. This research method uses a questionnaire with 55 populations and all of them are sampled as respondents by testing hypotheses using SEM-PLS. The results of the study conclude that ( 1 ) psychological empowerment has a positive effect on employee performance, ( 2 ) psychological empowerment has a positive effect on work engagement, ( 3 ) work engagement has a positive effect on employee performance, and ( 4 ) psychological empowerment has a positive effect on employee performance through work engagement.
