Abstract

The purpose of Community Service activities is to carry out one of the tri dharma of higher education. In addition, it is hoped that with community service the existence of higher education can make a major contribution to the development and application of science to society. The method used in this community service is in the form of counseling and coaching, namely in addition to actions, processes and results or better statements. In this case it shows progress, increased growth, evolution of various possibilities, development or improvement of something. The result of community service that is obtained is an increase in knowledge regarding the implementation of an interesting teaching style in order to increase the demand for learning from students so that it becomes what they want in learning and teaching activities. And hope to have an extraordinary impact on the surrounding community. Keywords: Teaching Style

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu tri darma perguruan tinggi. Selain itu diharapkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tersebut keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada maysarakat ini berupa penyuluhan dan pembinaan, yaitu selain Tindakan, proses dan hasil atau pernyataan yang lebih baik. Dalam hal ini menunjukkan adanya kemajuan, peningkatan pertumbuhan, evolusi atas berbagai kemungkinan, perkembangan atau peningkatan atas sesuatu. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang di peroleh adalah bertambahnya keilmuan tentang kemampuan berwirausaha pada level warga perumahan. Ilmu yang di peroleh dapat di kembangkan Kembali serta di sebarluaskan guna memberikan hal terbaik bagi masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

The aim of Community Service activities is to implement one of the tri dharmas of higher education. Apart from that, it is hoped that with community service, the existence of higher education can make a major contribution to the development and application of science to society. The methods used in community service are in the form of counseling and coaching, namely apart from actions, processes and results or statements are better. In this case, it shows progress, increased growth, evolution of various possibilities, development or improvement of something. The results of community service obtained are community development and empowerment in increasing food security in order to achieve an independent, prosperous village in Rancasumur Village, Kopo District, Serang Banten Regency. The knowledge gained can be developed and disseminated to provide the best for the surrounding community.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the level of bankruptcy at PT. Pakuwon Jati Tbk. And PT. Sentul City Tbk. The 2013-2022 period is based on the Altman Z-Score and Zmijewski method analysis. Researchers examined 2 (two) companies, namely PT. Pakuwon Jati Tbk. and PT. Sentul City Tbk. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method and secondary data collection. The population of this research is the Financial Report of PT. Pakuwon Jati Tbk. and PT. Sentul City Tbk. and the sample used in this research is a balance sheet and profit and loss report for 10 years from 2013-2022. Results of analysis of calculations using the Altman Z-Score method at PT. Pakuwon Jati Tbk. on average it is in the healthy zone and in 2015-2016 it is prone to bankruptcy. Analysis of calculations using the Altman Z-Score method at PT. Sentul City Tbk. on average it is in the bankruptcy-prone zone, in 2015 and 2020 it experienced bankruptcy. Analysis of calculations using the Zmijewski method at PT. Pakuwon Jati Tbk. and PT. Sentul City Tbk. is in the healthy zone every year.

The knowledge obtained can be developed again and disseminated in order to provide the best for the surrounding community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of pricing on profitability in the culinary partnership business of fried chicken PT Evalinda Berkah Mandiri South Jakarta. The sampling technique used the Non-Probability Sampling technique, namely Saturated Sampling. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software program version 27.0. The research method uses a quantitative method research type with a descriptive approach. While the analysis technique uses classical assumption test analysis (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test), simple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis test (t test). The results of the study showed that there was no impact of pricing on profitability in the culinary partnership business of fried chicken PT Evalinda Berkah Mandiri South Jakarta. Based on the results of the hypothesis test (t-test) the pricing variable on profitability showed that the calculated t value <t table and significant> 0.05, namely; 1.228 <2.080 and significant 0.233> 0.05. Based on the results of the determination coefficient test, the R square value is 0.067 or 6.7%. This means that the Pricing variable (X1) on Company Profitability (Y) is 6.7% while the remaining 93.3% is influenced by the variable. Judging from the results of the correlation coefficient test, the R value is 0.259. This shows that the correlation between pricing and profitability is considered "Quite Strong". The results of the simple linear regression test show a constant value of Y = 678000500.0 - 64765.983X which means there is a negative change or a non-directional change.

Abstract

The thesis writing aims to determine whether there is an effect of Profitability and Leverage on Company Value at PT Gudang Garam Tbk for the period 2013 - 2022. The population used is the entire financial statements of PT Gudang Garam Tbk for the period 2013 - 2022 and the sample used is the statement of financial position and income statement. The research method used is quantitative method. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, partial test (T test), simultaneous test (F test). The results of this study indicate that partially the profitability variable has no significant effect on Firm Value with tcount 1.82 < table 1.894 with a prob t value of 0.112> 0.05. Leverage variable partially has a significant effect on Firm Value with a tcount of 2.14> t table 1.894 with a prob t value of 0.070> 0.05. Simultaneously, the Profitability and Leverage variables on Firm Value with Fcount 6.21> Ftable 4.737 with a prob value of F 0.0281> 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify which stocks can form an efficient and optimal portfolio, determine the proportion of funds for each stock forming the optimal portfolio, and determine the expected return and risk of the optimal portfolio based on the Single Index Model. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population used is the IDX 30 index stocks from January 2018 to December 2022, with a selected sample of 12 stocks. The research results show that out of the 12 stocks, 4 stocks are suitabel for inclusion in the optimal portfolio, namely: ADRO (42,45%), ANTM (31,81%), BBRI (16,78%), ICBP (1,72%), KLBF (5,36%), and PGAS (1,89%). This portfolio provides a return rate of 2.12% with a risk rate of 2.99%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris mengenai pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor barang baku yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2014-2024. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan sektor barang baku antara lain PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk dan PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode asosiatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang dipublikasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014–2024 sebanyak 2 (dua) perusahaan sehingga jumlah data yang terkumpul adalah 22 data observasi. Data diolah menggunakan Program Statistik Eviews 9 untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil uji statistik t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan probabilitas 0.0073 < 0.05 dan t-statistic sebesar 3.025631 > 2.10092,  likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan probabilitas 0.0095 < 0.05 dan t-statistic sebesar 2.900851 > 2.10092 , namun leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan probabilitas 0.2643 > 0.05 dan t-statistic sebesar 1.152283 < 2.10092. Hasil uji statistik F menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan leverage secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan F-statistic sebesar 13.46316 > 3.05 dan probabilitas F-statistic sebesar 0.000075 < 0.05
