Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the positive and significant influence of Work Environment variables on Employee performance, to determine the positive and significant influence of Work Discipline variables on Employee performance and to determine the positive and significant influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline variables simultaneously on Employee performance at the Sukatani District Office. The sample used was a saturated sample technique totaling 55 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and f test. The results of the research show that: (1) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment on employee performance at the Sukatani District Office, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 8.800+0.454 1.674 significantly 0.006 < 0.05. (2) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on employee performance at the Sukatani District Office, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 10.086+0.545 0.000 < 0.05 . (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employees at the Sukatani District Office, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 7.139 + 0.382 X₁ + 0.273 determination of 78.2%, and a value of ????ℎ???????????????????? 40, 957 > ???????????????????????? 3.175 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the Discipline Work Discipline, Safety and Health to Employee Performance at PT Artkea Internusa Lace By Artkea Division, South Jakarta. In this study the authors used descriptive quantitative methods. This research was conducted on employees at PT Artkea Intenusa Lace By Artkea Division, South Jakarta. With The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability and data analysis techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, namely the F test and T test. Abstract

The importance of competitive advantage in business in today's global era is due to rapid economic growth and the need for high industrial expertise. Human resource management is a key element in achieving company goals, because quality human resources accelerate the achievement of goals. Discipline is also an important attitude in a company to maintain compliance with applicable guidelines. Quality human resources are very important for management effectiveness, so attention needs to be given to HR-related issues to maintain business continuity. Work discipline is important in manager and employee communication to increase individual awareness in complying with company regulations. Employee performance must focus on quality and quantity to achieve organizational goals. Employee performance assessments when serving customers are based on the level of discipline. Lack of discipline can hinder service and indicate suboptimal performance in tasks. Indicators of work discipline include attendance, compliance with regulations and work standards, level of alertness, and work ethics. This involves employee discipline in carrying out tasks responsibly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Office Facilities and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Rangkasbitung sub-district office both partially and simultaneously. This research method is a quantitative descriptive type using a questionnaire instrument. The population and sample of this researcher amounted to 53 respondents and used saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the t test tester for the Office Facility variable (X1), the tcount value is 2.921> from the t table 1.675 with a significance level of 0.05> 0.00, so there is an influence between Office Facilities (X1) on Performance (Y). The results of the t test for the Motivation variable (X2) obtained a tcount value of 1.164 < t table 1.675, so there is no influence between Motivation (X2) on Performance (Y). Simultaneously with the F test there is a positive and significant influence between office facilities and motivation on performance at the Rangkasbitung District Office which can be seen from the value obtained, namely Fcount of 10.290> 2.40 Ftable with a significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Cidokom Bogor Village Office. This type of research is quantitative research and the research method used is the associative method. The population of Cidokom Bogor Village Office employees is 51 people. Meanwhile, the sample used was 51 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis in this research used the SPSS version 25 program. The data analysis method used simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The research results show that: (1) There is a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance at the Cidokom Village Office, Bogor Regency with a sig value obtained of 0.000 < 0.05 with an R square coefficient of determination of 0.689, which means 68.9% of employee performance in The Cidokom Village Office, Bogor Regency is influenced by work motivation and the remaining 31.1% is influenced by other factors. (2) There is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Cidokom Village Office, Bogor Regency with a sig value obtained of 0.000 < 0.05 with an R square coefficient of determination of 0.738, which means 73.8% of employee performance at the Cidokom Village Office, Bogor Regency influenced by work discipline and the remaining 26.2% is influenced by other factors. (3) There is a significant influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Cidokom Village Office, Bogor Regency with a sig value obtained of 0.000 < 0.05 with an R square coefficient of determination of 0.816, which means 81.6% of employee performance at the Village Office Cidokom Bogor Regency is influenced by work motivation and work discipline and the remaining 18.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Dalam era informasi dan komunikasi yang semakin berkembang pesat seperti sekarang ini, keterampilan menulis menjadi salah satu kompetensi yang sangat penting untuk dimiliki. Tidak hanya untuk kepentingan pribadi, tetapi juga untuk keperluan profesional, keterampilan menulis yang baik sangatlah berharga. Terutama bagi para pelaku bisnis dan media, kemampuan menulis copywriting dan berita menjadi kunci kesuksesan dalam mencapai tujuan komunikasi mereka. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pembekalan keterampilan menulis kepada para santri. Dengan menghadirkan tenaga pengajar yang berpengalaman dalam bidang manajemen dan komunikasi, pengajar dapat memberikan pembelajaran yang bermanfaat dan relevan bagi para peserta. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk memotivasi dan menginspirasi para peserta untuk terus mengembangkan bakat dan minat mereka dalam dunia tulis-menulis. Metode kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan cara memaparkan materi yang dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dengan peserta workshop. Dalam pelaksanaannya, selain teori dan pengetahuan dasar, para peserta juga diajak untuk berlatih langsung dalam menulis copywriting dan berita.  Peserta diberikan tantangan-tantangan menulis yang harus diselesaikan dalam waktu yang ditentukan, sehingga dapat mengasah kemampuan mereka dalam menulis dengan cepat dan efektif. Selain itu, terdapat sesi diskusi dan feedback langsung dari para pembimbing, sehingga para peserta dapat memperbaiki karya tulis mereka dan meningkatkan kualitasnya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Pesantren Alwafi Islamic Boarding School Depok selama tiga hari, Kamis – Sabtu, 02 – 04 Mei  2024. Terselenggaranya kegiatan ini memberikan tambahan ilmu pengetahuan mendalam mengenai teknik-teknik copywriting yang efektif untuk pemasaran serta prinsip-prinsip dasar dalam penulisan berita yang akurat dan objektif.
