Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of social capital on the interest in entrepreneurship with self-efficacy in STPKat students. This study aims to analyze the effect of student social capital on entrepreneurial interest with self-efficacy. In order to answer this problem, Bourdie's theory of social capital and Bandura's theory of self-affication are used. This research method is quantitative, with a focus on analyzing the influence of student social capital on the interest in entrepreneurship with self-efficacy. The analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis, looking for the effect of social capital variable (X) on entrepreneurial interest and self-efficacy (Y). The results obtained are social capital has a positive influence coefficient, 0.355 the higher the social capital of a student, the higher the self-efficacy, or an increase of 35.5%. Social capital has a significance t of 0.540, which means this significance is > 0.05, so social capital has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest and self-efficacy in STPKat Semarang students. Test the coefficient of determination on the adjusted R Square value. the contribution of social capital (independent variable) 8.8% to self-efficacy, in the sense that 81.2% can be found in further research outside the social capital variable.

Abstract

This paper uses a literature study approach, by dissecting the story of the Wayang Rama Tambak which is analyzed using the theory of character education according to Lickona and Character Education. Lickona's theory is; 1) Love of kindness; 2) Affection; 3) Dare; 4) The value of hard work; 5) Honest; 6) Justice; 7) Value of Responsibility; 8) Cooperation Value. As for the theory of character education values according to Ki Hajar Dewantara, there are also seven that can be imitated from the Rama Tambak puppet story, along with the analysis; 1) Exercise of the Heart (Ethics); 2) Thought (Literacy; 3) Leadership; 4) Gotong Royong; 5) Trust; 6) Nationalists; 7) Character. Wayang is an original Indonesian heritage which contains various character education values that can be used as role models for students, especially elementary school children. This character habituation can be accustomed by imitating the characters or puppet figures.

Abstract

There are many SMEs in the area of Tambak Lorok Semarang City that produce processed seafood products. Most of them have been using simple processing and packaging methods. This study aims to analyze the use of lamicro in the community of Tambak Lorok Fisherman's Village, Semarang City.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the integration of the Adiwiyata Program in the formation of an environmentally caring character as a disaster mitigation effort based on educational units. The research was conducted with a participatory approach at SMP Negeri 4 and SMP Negeri 29 Semarang through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results indicate an increase in student awareness and involvement in sustainable environmental management, active participation in green school programs, and a real role in building a culture of disaster preparedness. Character strengthening is carried out through habituation, exemplification, and integration of environmental materials into the curriculum. This strategy has proven effective in enhancing students' adaptability to disaster threats related to environmental damage, such as floods and landslides. These findings emphasize the importance of collaboration between character education and the implementation of the Adiwiyata Program to shape a school ecosystem

Abstract

Generation Z faces challenges in conducting ethical digital businesses amidst rapid technological advancements. Many of them are tempted to gain instant profits without considering moral and security aspects. The online seminar "Classy Success with Profitable, Ethical, and Safe Business Principles" was conducted as part of a community service program to enhance digital literacy and business ethics among young entrepreneurs. The primary goal of this activity was to equip participants with a deeper understanding of business transparency, marketing ethics, and customer data protection within the digital ecosystem. This seminar utilized interactive presentations, group discussions, and case studies to engage participants effectively. An evaluation conducted through surveys indicated a significant increase in participants' understanding of key aspects of ethical digital business. These results suggest that the seminar effectively provided applicable insights for Generation Z in developing sustainable and responsible technology-based businesses. Similar activities are expected to continue to strengthen a healthy and ethical digital business ecosystem.
