Abstract

Sayyid Ja'far Sodiq or known as Sunan Kudus is a figure who has an important role in the entry of Islam in Kudus. The multicultural Holy Society has a unique typology in morals, science and economics, known as "Gusjigang", Bagus-having good behavior), Ji (Ngaji-good at reciting the Qur'an) and Gang (Dagang —good at trading). The identity crisis brings human consciousness to explore the wealth, wisdom and excellence contained in local culture, build and strengthen the identity and pride of the nation. Modernization or more accurately said as Westernization on the one hand is able to achieve rapid progress, but on the other hand it fails to achieve prosperity for nature and humans. This study reveals the influence and relevance of Gusjigang from Kanjeng Sunan Kudus in moderating Islam in Kudus in life with a unique format and typology that is able to become a new concept for the development of morals, science and economics (trade) so as to create a prosperous and prosperous society.

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to present the importance of learing in schools (SD/MI) during the pandemic, the perspective of IPS and applied Islam in viewing Covid-19, and to find out the existence of Islamic moderation values during the pandemic in the perspective of IPS. The method used is the literature method (Library Reaserch), while date collection is done by examining jounals and exploring several journals, books and other documentary documents, as well as other sources of date and information that are considered relevant to the study. In this discussion, there are several ways to ground the value of religious moderation in the perspective of IPS, which is a lot of problems relating to the social life of Indonesian society with the outbreak that is spreading throughout Indonesia. With the plague, people neglect the values of Islamic moderation does not mean that Islamic moderation is universal values. While the inculcation of the values contained through education. So that the importance of instilling values in the process of Islamic education is shown so that students have a way of life in facing their lives as they are today. Tujuan tulisan untuk menyajikan tentang pentingnya pembelajaran yang ada di sekolahan (SD/MI) di masa pandemic, pandangan IPS dan Islam terapan dalam memandang Covid-19, serta untuk mengetahui eksistensi nilai-nilai moderasi Islam dimasa pandemic dalam perspektif IPS. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kepustakaan Library Research, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menelaah jurnal dan mengekploitasi beberapa buku dan dokumen-dokumen lainnya, serta sumber-sumber data dan informasi lainnya yang dianggap relevan dengan kajian. Dalam pembahasan kali ini mengupas ada beberapa cara dalam membumikan nilai-nilai moderasi agama dalam perspektif IPS, yang mana banyak sekali permasalahan yang menyangkut kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia dengan adanya wabah yang sedang menyebar keseluruh Indonesia. Dengan adanya wabah covid-19 menjadikan masyarakat melalaikan nilai-nilai dalam moderasi agama. bahwasannya moderasi agama yang dimaksud adalah nilai-nilai yang universal. Sedangkan penanaman nilai-nilai yang terkandung melalui jalur pendidikan. Sehingga, dengan pentingnya menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi agama dalam proses pendidikan itu ditunjukkan agar peserta didik memilki way of life (pandangan hidup) dalam menghadapi kehidupan seperti sekarang ini.

Sedangkan penanaman nilai-nilai yang terkandung melalui jalur pendidikan. Sehingga, dengan pentingnya menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi agama dalam proses pendidikan itu ditunjukkan agar peserta didik memilki way of life (pandangan hidup) dalam menghadapi kehidupan seperti sekarang ini.

Abstract

This paper uses a literature study approach, by dissecting the story of the Wayang Rama Tambak which is analyzed using the theory of character education according to Lickona and Character Education. Lickona's theory is; 1) Love of kindness; 2) Affection; 3) Dare; 4) The value of hard work; 5) Honest; 6) Justice; 7) Value of Responsibility; 8) Cooperation Value. As for the theory of character education values according to Ki Hajar Dewantara, there are also seven that can be imitated from the Rama Tambak puppet story, along with the analysis; 1) Exercise of the Heart (Ethics); 2) Thought (Literacy; 3) Leadership; 4) Gotong Royong; 5) Trust; 6) Nationalists; 7) Character. Wayang is an original Indonesian heritage which contains various character education values that can be used as role models for students, especially elementary school children. This character habituation can be accustomed by imitating the characters or puppet figures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan diskusi peserta didik kelas IX A MTs Raudlatusy Syubban Margoyoso pada mata pelajaran IPS dengan topik globalisasi melalui penerapan metode Snowball Throwing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari empat tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Snowball Throwing efektif meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan diskusi peserta didik. Pada siklus I, rata-rata nilai keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik adalah 65 dan keterampilan diskusi adalah 68, keduanya masih berada di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sebesar 75. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 80 untuk keterampilan berpikir kritis dan 82 untuk keterampilan diskusi. Keberhasilan ini ditunjukkan dari beberapa indikator, seperti meningkatnya partisipasi aktif peserta didik, kemampuan mengidentifikasi masalah, berpikir analitis, serta kekompakan dan kolaborasi kelompok.Faktor pendukung keberhasilan meliputi antusiasme peserta didik, suasana belajar yang interaktif, dan sarana pembelajaran yang mendukung. Dengan demikian, metode Snowball Throwing dapat diterapkan sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan diskusi pada mata pelajaran IPS.

Abstract

Educational technology has become an important factor in improving the quality of higher education, including in the Arabic Language Education Program. With the increasing complexity of accreditation requirements, the use of digital systems, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tracer studies, has become an effective solution for enhancing learning efficiency and evaluating graduates. This study aims to analyze the role of educational technology in supporting academic accreditation and improving graduates' competitiveness in the job market. A quantitative and qualitative research approach was used through surveys and literature reviews. The results showed that the integration of technology in academic processes significantly contributes to learning effectiveness and the accuracy of tracer study data. Additionally, implementing digital systems enables more efficient and transparent management of academic data. Therefore, institutional support in providing infrastructure and technology training is essential to maximize the benefits of digital education and ensure the improvement of educational quality and graduates' competitiveness.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out: (1) a portrait profile of the existence and role of alumni of the Master of Sharia Economics study program at IAIN Kudus and the use of alumni. At the same time knowing the waiting period for sharia economics master's alumni, the relevance of the study program to the needs of the job market and the responses of alumni users. The research is descriptive qualitative using survey methods. The analysis was carried out using percentages and used 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research, namely a search using the tracer study instrument, provide an illustration that, firstly, a portrait of the existence and role of alumni of the 2016-2021 postgraduate sharia economics master's study program at IAIN Kudus has been well received by the user community in a professional manner with several reasonable adjustments made by parties related to developing the professionalism of alumni performance. Second, the perception of alumni users of the 2016-2021 IAIN Kudus Postgraduate sharia economics master's study program is that they are satisfied with the good and very good records and are proud and helped by the presence of alumni of the sharia economics study program in their workplace with adjustments to certain fields according to the social conditions of society faced by the graduate users. Users suggest increasing alumni competency in the field of foreign languages, especially English, self-development skills or abilities, as well as mastery of technology that needs to be further developed.

Abstract

Flooding is a disaster that comes from nature directly, whether it is caused by the frequency of high rainfall or the capacity of rivers that are unable to stem the swift flow of water. Thus, appropriate measures (Mitigation) are needed to be able to cope with flood natural disasters. This research intends to conduct an in-depth field study related to flood disasters in Kudus Regency and its mitigation guidelines. Then the researcher evaluates whether the mitigation measures can have a significant impact on the decline of flood natural disasters in Kudus Regency. The research method in this study applies qualitative with a field study approach style. Based on the previous research, it was found that several measures have been taken to mitigate the occurrence of flood disasters. However, these steps have in fact not been able to overcome flooding in Kudus Regency. Based on the results of an in-depth analytical study by applying the theory of policy effectiveness by Joseph John Campbell, it was found that several flood disaster mitigation efforts carried out by the Kudus Regency Government were still ineffective because they had not been able to significantly reduce the incidence of flooding. Policy improvements and more assertive program implementation are needed so that the results are more optimal.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memberikan banyak sekali pengaruh dalam kehidupan manusia, dengan memberikan berbagai kemudahan dalam mengakses segala informasi dan komunikasi secara digital, terlebih di masa pandemi Covid-19. Teknologi digitalisasi di era masa kini memberikan pengaruh dalam berbagai aspek, salah satunya dalam aspek pendidikan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis digital ditengah pandemi saat ini. Tentunya hal ini berdampak positif bagi anak sebagai peserta didik. Akan tetapi, teknologi juga memberikan dampak negatif bagi anak, yaitu menurunnya nilai dan karakter. Untuk itu, perlu adanya literasi digital agar anak tidak terbawa oleh arus teknologi dan bisa memanfaatkannya dengan sebaik-baiknya. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi melalui literasi digital sebagai upaya untuk mengkonservasi nilai dan karakter kepada anak agar tidak terjadi disintegrasi nilai dan karakter di tengah pandemi Covid-19.Kata Kunci: Literasi Digital, Nilai dan Karakter, Teknologi Digitalisasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas penggunaan video dokumenter sebagai salah satu alternatif media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) terhadap topik perubahan sosial dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka (library research) sebagai metode utama dalam pengumpulan data. Sumber data berasal dari berbagai literatur seperti buku, jurnal akademik, serta artikel yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa penyajian materi melalui video dokumenter dapat memberikan gambaran visual yang jelas dan kontekstual terhadap dinamika sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat. Hal ini memudahkan siswa dalam mengaitkan konsep perubahan sosial dengan realitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, sejumlah studi terdahulu mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan video dokumenter turut berperan dalam meningkatkan minat belajar, keterlibatan aktif siswa, serta kemampuan berpikir kritis dan analitis mereka. Oleh karena itu, integrasi video dokumenter dalam proses pembelajaran IPS di jenjang SMP dipandang sebagai strategi yang inovatif dan relevan dalam mendukung tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna dan kontekstual.dalam proses pembelajaran IPS di jenjang SMP dipandang sebagai strategi yang inovatif dan relevan dalam mendukung tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna dan kontekstual.
