Abstract

Semua fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan wajib menyelenggarakan rekam medis, termasuk puskesmas. Dengan pelayanan rekam medis yang berkualitas pasien akan merasa puas, khususnya karena pasien dilayani dengan cepat, tepat dan aman oleh pihak puskesmas. Permasalahan yang sering ditemui pada bagian penyimpanan rekam medis adalah terjadinya misfile maupun duplikasi nomor rekam medis. Akibatnya, berkas rekam medis pasien lama sulit ditemukan sehingga prosespencarian berkas rekam medis pasien di rak penyimpanan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Tujuan pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) agar sistem penyimpanan rekam medis menjadi optimal dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas pelayanan rekam medis pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Madapangga. Metode yang digunakan berupa sosialisasi tentang optimalisasi sistem penyimpanan rekam medis di Puskesmas Madapangga dan Bolo. Sebelum sosialisasi, dilakukan pre-test dan setelah sosialisasi dilakukan kegiatan post-test dengan tujuan mengetahui tingkat pemahaman mitra tentang materi sosialisasi. PKM ini dilakukan pada bulan agustus di Puskesmas Madapangga. Peserta dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah semua petugas rekam medis di Puskesmas Madapangga. Madapangga sebanyak 6 (enam) orang dan Bolo sebanyak   orang. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mitra tentang penyimpanan rekam medis dari nilai rata-rata 45 menjadi 85 point.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of self-directed e-learning-based mental health interventions in improving the resilience and well-being of health workers after the COVID-19 pandemic at the Madapangga Health Center in Bima Regency. The sampling technique used is nonprobability convenience sampling, where samples are selected based on the availability and willingness of health workers who take part in training and complete pre- and post-training evaluations. The course is divided into five modules covering the following topics: introduction to mental health and resilience, stress management, psychological resilience, self-care and implementation. A total of 128 people completed the program, with 91 people taking part in pre and post-training assessments. Data were collected using questionnaires with Likert scales to test knowledge and measure positive behaviors and well-being. To detect significant changes before and after the intervention, the data were analyzed using STATA 16 software and paired t-tests. Post-intervention results showed significant improvements in self-care behavior, stress management, and overall well-being. An increase in resilience scores was positively correlated with better job performance and psychological health (p < 0.000). This study shows that self-directed e-learning is effective in improving resilience and well-being of healthcare workers, especially in stress management and self-care. The program is flexible and easily accessible, especially for healthcare workers in areas with limited access to mental health services. Further research is recommended to include a larger sample sizes, long-term follow-up, and exploration of intervention components

Abstract

This study examined the relationship between health information quality management and patient safety performance, identifying significant factors influencing safety outcomes. A quantitative approach was used, with the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSPSC) translated, culturally tailored, and validated for the local setting. The intervention consisted of comprehensive training in information quality, workflow alignment, and the implementation of standardized documentation procedures over 6 weeks. The study was conducted at Awet Muda Narmada Regional General Hospital in West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, with a sample size of 92 healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and health information managers. The results demonstrated a 46-point improvement (from 52 to 98 on a 100-point Likert-type scale) in the dimension of "Management Support for Patient Safety," with an average gain of 46 points after the intervention.  A paired t-test found a significant difference between pre- and post-intervention scores (p = 0.001), and linear regression confirmed a strong positive relationship between information quality and patient safety (y = 0.86x + 24.15), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.496. The study demonstrates that improving health information quality is associated with better patient safety outcomes. Practical implications include the need to incorporate information technology training, create non-punitive incident reporting systems, and optimize Electronic Health Records (EHR) to foster a stronger patient safety culture in hospital settings.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi implementasi kebijakan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) dan Unit Layanan Pelanggan (ULP) PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Nusa Tenggara Timur. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan praktis, kegiatan ini melibatkan 40 pegawai dalam rangkaian sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, diskusi kelompok, serta pendampingan lapangan yang berfokus pada penerapan langsung prinsip-prinsip K3. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman terhadap kebijakan, kepatuhan terhadap prosedur operasional, serta keterampilan teknis terkait keselamatan kerja. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada ketiga aspek tersebut. Pendekatan ini terbukti efektif dalam membentuk perilaku kerja yang lebih aman serta menumbuhkan budaya K3 yang kuat di lingkungan kerja. Keterlibatan aktif manajemen, komitmen pimpinan, serta metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan aplikatif menjadi faktor penting dalam keberhasilan program ini. Kegiatan serupa sangat direkomendasikan untuk dilaksanakan secara berkala di unit PLN lainnya guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, sehat, produktif, dan berkelanjutan sesuai standar K3 nasional maupun internasional.
