Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of services needed in lending at the BNI Bank Parigi Branch. The theory used in this study is a theory of service quality proposed by Zeithhaml in Hardiansyah (2011:46), which consists of Tangible, Reliabelity, Responsiviness, Assurance, danEmphaty. This research uses descriptive qualitative type, with the number of informants involved as many as 6 people with Purpossive techniques. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews and documentation. With the data analysis method used in this study is an interactive data analysis model with steps: condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verification. From the results of research that is known about the quality of loans provided by the approved BNI Bank Parigi Branch, this can be seen after going through the data analysis process related to the discussion made as a reference, there are still two that are not well implemented, second this aspect is responsiveness and assurance. While the other three aspects have been well implemented, namely: 1) Tangibles, where in the service the BNI Branch Office itself is supported by a variety of good facilities, such as waiting room facilities that are easy to open and cool and well organized, in service as well provided with service aids such as computers, internet networks, printers that are used for administrative purposes, even vehicles for motorbikes for marketing employees to directly by prospective buyers; 2) Reliability, where in carrying out its service duties, employees have been able to work well by minimizing problems in their services, all employees in this government can also use the tools in the service process quite well; 3) Guarantees are carried out properly, where in their services they prioritize the interests of service users. The Parigi Branch BNI Branch Office, this delay is related to completeness issues, incomplete loan application projects, and so on.The requested liquid funds; and 4) Empaty is well implemented because in its service, BNI Office employees in the Parigi Branch serve politely, build good relationships through services related to doing and polite speech in their services. Employees also serve by not being discriminatory or discriminating who they serve.

Abstract

Schistosomiasis is an endemic disease in Indonesia which is only found in the province of Central Sulawesi, namely in Poso and Sigi Regencies. The area where the distribution of sichistosomes was found was in Kab. Poso in three places namely Bada, Lore and Napu. Although the policy for handling schistosomiasis snails and the impact of the disease has been handled since the colonial era, the Indonesian government has only taken serious action since 1982, which has not been completed until now. The absence of a common view on the problem of schistosomiasis has resulted in an asynchronous implementation of programs and activities related to the alleviation of schistosomiasis. This primary data collection technique also uses secondary data that comes from the Poso health office, the Bada schistosomiasis laboratory and the implementation of triangulation of actors, methods and data through focus group discussions which are expected to be able to map out the issues of involvement and the similarity of viewing problems in the management of schistosomiasis control in the context of the study This takes the area of Bada which is relatively successful although not yet complete. The collaboration model by collaborating with various internal institutional elements of the local government in each related regional apparatus organization, involving the community as an important part by becoming stool collectors, the presence of teachers and priests who provide strengthening information regarding the urgency of participation and collaboration to solve schistosomiasis has a broad impact on program achievements this.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan bukti empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi perencanaan sumber daya perusahaan (ERP) pada kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini adalah studi empiris pada perusahaan manufaktur yang menerapkan sistem ERP di Banten, Jakarta dan Jawa Barat. Secara khusus, penelitian ini menguji efek mediasi dari sistem kontrol manajemen formal dan sistem kontrol manajemen informal serta manajemen rantai pasokan (SCM) pada hubungan antara ERP dan kinerja perusahaan. Analisis empiris dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada data primer yang diperoleh dari survei terhadap 100 perusahaan manufaktur dengan 78 responden, atau tingkat respons 39,00%. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan alat pengujian menggunakan partial least square (PLS). Secara keseluruhan, hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem kontrol baik manajemen formal atau informal tidak memediasi pengaruh implementasi ERP pada kinerja perusahaan. Manajemen rantai pasokan memediasi sebagian pengaruh ERP pada kinerja perusahaan. Studi ini juga menemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara kinerja keuangan dan perusahaan non-keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi perencanaan sumber daya perusahaan menghasilkan peningkatan kinerja perusahaan dalam jangka panjang, dan manajemen rantai pasokan membantu perusahaan mencapai peningkatan kinerja perusahaan di masa depan. Kata kunci: ERP, SPM formal, SPM informal, SCM, Kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to decrypt the financial performance of companies in Star Listed Companies in Indonesia consisting of 8 companies by 2024. Companies that apply ESG principles can improve company performance, because they have innovative and creative resources in carrying out company activities. This research is expected to increase the urgency of companies in Indonesia in paying attention to ESG aspects in their business operations, because it sees that many Indonesian companies are still implementing ESG in order to be attractive to stakeholders and potential investors. Companies must also pay attention to intellectual capital in order to improve company performance to be efficient and effective.

Abstract

Writing is the process of generating ideas and expressing them through statements and paragraphs to communicate indirectly with others. It involves articulating thoughts using written language. Writing skills are a critical component of English language proficiency. These skills enable individuals to convey their thoughts meaningfully and interact effectively through written messages. During the pandemic, online learning created opportunities to integrate digital media into teaching, including writing classes. One such tool is the Padlet Wall, a virtual bulletin board that allows lecturers and students to post notes, links, videos, images, and document files. This research aims to explore students’ perspectives on the use of Padlet Wall in writing classes during online learning. The participants of this study were fifth-semester students, and data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The research employed a survey method to gather insights into whether students appreciated or disliked using Padlet Wall for writing classes. The findings reveal students’ attitudes toward the use of this digital tool in their learning process.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of promotion, price, and service quality simultaneously and partially on Shegoo purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative method with stages of data collection through distributing questionnaires, analyzing data and testing hypotheses. The population in this study were students of UB, UM, UIN Malang who live in Malang City who have visited and made purchase transactions at SHEGOO. The sample used was students who had made Shegoo purchases. The number of samples used in this study was 72 respondents and was determined using the Malhota formula. The results of the study showed that promotion, price and service quality simultaneously had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Promotion has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Price has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Service quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords : Promotion, Price, Service Quality And Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Background: Food safety is a major public health concern, especially for adolescents who are experiencing significant physical and physiological changes. Ensuring proper food handling, storage, and preparation is crucial to prevent foodborne disease, which can have serious impacts on the health and development of young individuals. This review aimed to identify key Socio-demographic determinants that impact how Indonesian adolescent’s food safety practice.Methods: The literature review involved a comprehensive search of academic databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and JSTOR using keywords factors relating to food safety practice among Indonesian adolescents. Selected studies (13 articles) were evaluated using Data extraction was conducted using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) form to identify key factors related, and the results were synthesized to uncover common themes and patterns affecting food safety practice.Results: The findings emphasize the interplay of socioeconomic status, education, and environment on food safety practice among adolescents.Conclusion: This study shows that it is very important to implement targeted interventions that encourage safer food handling behaviors, thus the need for targeted interventions to promote safer food handling behaviors. Strengthening food that requires integrating education system, enforcing stricter regulations, increasing safe food access, and using AI technology for awareness.

Abstract

This study analyzed the impact of health service quality on the satisfaction of National Health Insurance (JKN) participants at the Internal Medicine Polyclinic, Undata Hospital, Central Sulawesi. Using explanatory research with purposive sampling, 96 respondents were selected, and data were collected through observation, literature review, and field studies. Analysis included validity, reliability, normality, and regression tests. Results show that dimensions of service quality—responsiveness (2.129), reliability (2.366), assurance (2.151), empathy (2.067), and tangibles (3.795)—significantly influence JKN participant satisfaction. Overall, service quality accounts for 83.2% of patient satisfaction, with 16.8% influenced by other factors.al-Qur’an method, which became a key linguistic approach in Quranic interpretation.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas karya monumental Muhammad Nashir al-Din al-Albani, Kitab Silsilah al-Ahadith al-Ḍa'īfah wa al-Mawdū'ah, yang fokus pada pengenalan dan pemahaman hadis-hadis yang lemah (da'īf) dan hadis-hadis yang direkayasa (mawdū') dalam sastra Islam. Dalam karya ini, al-Albani secara sistematis menganalisis berbagai hadis yang dianggap tidak autentik atau bahkan direkayasa, berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip ilmu hadis, termasuk kriteria seperti kualitas perawi dan koherensi rantai periwayatan (sanad). Kitab Silsilah al-Aḥādith al-Ḍa'īfah wa al-Mawdū'ah tidak hanya memberikan analisis ilmiah tentang status hadis, tetapi juga menawarkan panduan bagi umat Islam dalam membedakan antara hadis yang dapat digunakan sebagai bukti dan yang tidak dapat diterima. Buku ini memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada kajian hadis kontemporer dan sering dirujuk oleh para sarjana dan peneliti yang tertarik untuk memahami integritas dan kredibilitas hadis yang beredar di kalangan umat Islam. Melalui pendekatannya yang ketat dan berbasis ilmiah, al-Albānī berusaha menyaring hadis-hadis yang tidak sejalan dengan ajaran Nabi Muhammad (SAW), sehingga menghindari penyebaran informasi yang tidak benar pada masyarakat Muslim. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk memahami metode yang digunakan oleh al-Albānī dalam menentukan hadis yang lemah dan dibuat-buat dalam buku ini. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penentuan kualitas hadis dalam karya ini bersifat sangat kritis-analitis.
