Abstract

One of the consequences of teachers as functional positions is that teachers are required to carry out continuous professional development (CPD) so that teachers can carry out their duties and functions professionally. For this reason, teachers are required to have competency in researching and writing scientific papers in the form of books, modules and scientific articles. Writing scientific papers for teachers can serve as a reference / reference to increase insight or disseminate knowledge. This community service aims to equip teachers with scientific writing material, especially on scientific articles as well as provide assistance and consultation in writing scientific papers so that teachers are able to make scientific papers properly and correctly. The target of this service is partner schools from fellow institutes in West Lombok district, where the teachers who serve the school are expected to be able to produce a publication in a scientific paper.

Abstract

Cases of drug abuse Narcotics, Psychotropics and Addictive are increasing rapidly in Indonesia, even though the government and society have made various efforts. Drug abuse is difficult to eradicate. What can be done is to prevent and control that problem does not spread, thereby harming the future of nation, due to the decline ini the quality of human resorces, especially younger generation. This counseling aims to provide information so that the younger generation clearly understands whats meant of drugs and understands the impacts of drug use. This activity use the extension method which was carried out at MA Ikhlasiyah Perampuan West Lombok, which was attended by 25 students. The result of this activity is that students can find out the types of drugs, what are the dangerous of using drugs that are abused, what are the disadvantages of abusing drugs. This can be seen from the participation who were able to answer during discussions and asking questions so that they are understood what the dangerous of drugs that could undermine and threaten their future if misused.

Abstract

Kegiatan administrasi desa menjadi tonggak dalam pendataan penduduk. Kantor desa harus memiliki sistem administrasi yang bagus agar pendataan penduduk menjadi lebih mudah. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan Microsoft Excel kepada perangkat desa di Desa Lantan. Diharapkan, melalui pelatihan ini, perangkat desa dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam penggunaan Microsoft Excel, sehingga administrasi kependudukan di Desa Lantan dapat dioptimalkan. Tahapan kegiatan terbagi menjadi tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penutup. Dengan nilai p value (0,005) sehingga memberikan keputusan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan peserta perangkat desa Lantan dalam pelatihan Microsoft Excel. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan hasil berupa peningkatan kemampuan peserta sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan Microsoft Excel untuk pembenahan data di Desa Lantan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of self-directed e-learning-based mental health interventions in improving the resilience and well-being of health workers after the COVID-19 pandemic at the Madapangga Health Center in Bima Regency. The sampling technique used is nonprobability convenience sampling, where samples are selected based on the availability and willingness of health workers who take part in training and complete pre- and post-training evaluations. The course is divided into five modules covering the following topics: introduction to mental health and resilience, stress management, psychological resilience, self-care and implementation. A total of 128 people completed the program, with 91 people taking part in pre and post-training assessments. Data were collected using questionnaires with Likert scales to test knowledge and measure positive behaviors and well-being. To detect significant changes before and after the intervention, the data were analyzed using STATA 16 software and paired t-tests. Post-intervention results showed significant improvements in self-care behavior, stress management, and overall well-being. An increase in resilience scores was positively correlated with better job performance and psychological health (p < 0.000). This study shows that self-directed e-learning is effective in improving resilience and well-being of healthcare workers, especially in stress management and self-care. The program is flexible and easily accessible, especially for healthcare workers in areas with limited access to mental health services. Further research is recommended to include a larger sample sizes, long-term follow-up, and exploration of intervention components

Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution and Society 5.0 have created a demand for technology-based skills, including Data Science. This community service program aimed to introduce Data Science concepts to students at SMAN 1 Gunung Sari, preparing them for the digital era. Through interactive training sessions covering Data Science basics, data analysis simulations, and career discussions, both students and teachers gained essential foundational knowledge. The results showed an increase in students' knowledge and motivation towards STEM fields, as well as new skills for teachers in integrating data-driven learning. This program also strengthened the school's profile as an institution proactive in preparing students for future technological challenges.

Abstract

The digital transformation era and technological advancements demand rapid adaptability from human resources, including the increasingly important utilization of data science across various industries. Statistics, as a core component of data science, plays a crucial role in transforming data into valuable information for decision-making. Considering the significance of statistical analysis, this skill has become one of the most sought-after in today's industrial world, especially for the younger generation, such as high school students, who will become agents of change in the future. Community service activities at SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsari, Lombok Barat, aim to enhance students understanding of the role of statistics in the digital transformation era. These activities include raising awareness about the importance of statistics in career choices and the application of statistical tools in digital contexts. Furthermore, the material delivered also covers how statistics can be used as a tool to address future industrial challenges. The evaluation of this activity shows an increase in students understanding, as evidenced by the post-test results, which show significant improvement compared to the pre-test. This demonstrates that raising awareness about statistics is effective in equipping students with relevant skills in the digital era. Therefore, similar activities are expected to be implemented in other schools to strengthen students readiness to utilize statistics as agents of change in the digital transformation era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kedisiplinan dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah konsep dasar Biostatistika. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian asosiatif dengan desain expost-facto. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 60 mahasiswa Prodi DIII RMIK di Politeknik Medica Farma Husada Mataram. Data dikumpulkan melalui melalui angket dan tes. Berdasarkan tabulasi silang, mahasiswa yang memiliki kedisiplinan yang baik sebanyak 35 orang (58%), dengan rincian mahasiswa dengan hasil belajar yang baik berjumlah 19 orang (54%), sementara mahasiswa yang memiliki hasil belajar buruk berjumlah 16 orang (46%). Selanjutnya, dari Tabel 2 mahasiswa dengan kedisiplinan yang tidak baik berjumlah 25 orang (42%), dengan rincian mahasiswa dengan belajar yang tidak baik berjumlah 19 orang (76%), sementara mahasiswa dengan hasil belajar baik berjumlah 6 orang (24%). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik uji chi square. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai X2 hitung lebih besar daripada X2 tabel, yaitu 5,503 > 3,841, yang berarti Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kedisiplinan dan hasil belajar dalam mata kuliah Konsep Dasar Biostatistika.

Abstract

Graf koprima prima dari grup bilangan bulat adalah graf yang himpunan simpulnya adalah semua anggota grup. Dua buah simpul berbeda dikatakan dikatakan bertetangga jika faktor persekutuan terbesar dari order kedua simpul tersebut sama dengan 1 atau prima. Abstract

Social changes in Indonesia, in the last ten years, have attracted the attention of researchers, especially related to the problems of divorce, early marriage, education levels, and poverty. For example, early marriage is still a major problem in some places. BPS, in 2022, reported that the rate of early marriage in Indonesia was very high, from 16.23% in 2022 to 17.32% in 2023. Several studies have shown a correlation between poverty levels, education levels, and early marriage rates. One effective statistical approach to monitoring changes in trends in time data is the Cumulative Sum Control Chart (CUSUM). The CUSUM control chart method, social data trends can be analyzed longitudinally, detecting significant changes, and mapping the time and magnitude of the shifts that occur. A total of 36 data from 4 variables in the 2022-2024 range were processed using the R application to obtain the CUSUM control chart. The results obtained showed that the variables of education level and early marriage showed more data that was within the limits of the CUSUM constraint map, while the variables of divorce rate and poverty rate had a lot of data that was out of control, which occurred a lot in the months of 2023.

Abstract

Keterampilan memahami dan menganalisis data sangat penting di era digital, terutama bagi siswa SMA yang akan melanjutkan pendidikan atau memasuki dunia kerja. Namun, pemahaman statistik di kalangan siswa masih rendah, terutama di daerah dengan akses terbatas terhadap sumber daya pendidikan statistik. Statistik bukan hanya mata pelajaran, tetapi keterampilan dasar yang membentuk pola pikir kritis dan analitis dalam memahami berbagai fenomena. Program pengabdian masyarakat bertajuk "Data Jenius (Jendela Informasi Dunia)" ini merupakan kolaborasi dosen Statistika Universitas Mataram dan Politeknik Medica Farma Husada untuk membekali siswa dan guru SMAN 1 Gunung Sari dengan dasar-dasar statistik. Melalui pelatihan interpretasi data, siswa diharapkan mampu melihat keterkaitan antar data, menemukan pola tersembunyi, dan menarik kesimpulan yang akurat. Program ini melibatkan 46 siswa kelas 12 dalam kegiatan berupa pre-test, sesi pemberian materi, dan post-test, yang berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang statistik (nilai p=0,002). Diharapkan, kegiatan ini membuka wawasan siswa dan guru akan pentingnya data sebagai sumber informasi yang kredibel dalam pengambilan keputusan, serta menjadi model berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan literasi data di sekolah.
