Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how customers in Pare Kediri make purchasing choices for garlic MSMEs in relation to pricing, promotion, and product quality. The data was collected quantitatively using questionnaires and 120 participants. The significance of an integrated marketing strategy is shown by the study findings, which demonstrate that the three factors have a positive and substantial impact on purchase choices. The findings provide insights for MSMEs to synergistically manage price, promotion, and product quality to improve competitiveness and consumer satisfaction. This study also recommends further research to explore other factors influencing purchase decisions and to conduct comparative studies in different regions.

Abstract

Pasar Modal merupakan salah satu indikator utama dalam keberhasilan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Pasar modal akan memberikan efek domino yang besar bagi capital inflow bagi suatu negara melalui investor baik domestic maupun dalam global. Untuk melihat bagus tidak nya pasar suatu negara itu di lihat dari indeks pasar modal negara tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengintegrasikan pasar modal Indonesia dengan pasar modal dunia tahun 2016 – 2021. Hasil korelasi menunjukkan bahwasanya pasar modal utama dunia dan Indonesia kuat. Dengan nilai terendah 0.078 dan tertinggi 0.924. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa korelasi bursama utama dunia dengan Indonesia sangat terintegrasi.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of e-commerce platforms, influencer marketing, and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on consumer purchasing decisions. The approach used is quantitative with a causal associative research type. Data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents who had purchased batik products online. The instrument was tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the three independent variables, namely the use of e-commerce platforms, influencer marketing, and e-WOM, positively and significantly affected purchasing decisions. These findings confirm that digital marketing strategies are important in driving consumer purchasing decisions. This research provides practical contributions for batik MSME players in developing effective digital promotion strategies and theoretical contributions in studying consumer behavior in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of Digital Communication, Employee Engagement, and Trust in Management on Employee Advocacy among Generation Z employees at coffee shops in Blitar. The phenomenon of the increasing role of employees as brand advocates, especially among Gen Z, who are active on social media, encourages the need for internal organisational strategies that are able to facilitate employee engagement and loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires from 120 respondents. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the three independent variables had a positive and significant effect on employee advocacy. Effective digital communication, high employee engagement, and a strong level of trust in management proved to be determining factors in shaping employee advocacy attitudes and behaviours. The findings provide practical implications for coffee shop managers in designing internal and managerial communication strategies to build sustainable employee engagement and loyalty.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh internet banking terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank BRI KCP Wlingi, (2) Pengaruh mobile banking terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank BRI KCP Wlingi, (3) Pengaruh ATM (Anjungan Tunai Mandiri) terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank BRI KCP Wlingi, (4) Pengaruh internet banking, mobile banking, anjungan tunai mandiri terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank BRI KCP Wlingi. Pendekatan yang dipakai peneliti merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan melalui mengumpulkan data berupa kuesioner yang diperoleh dari jawaban responden. Penelitian ini bertempat di Bank BRI KCP Wlingi dengan jumlah sampel 308. Dari analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS ver.16, penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Internet Banking berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan nasabah. Dimana signifikasi 0,004 < 0,05 dan thitung (2,902) > ttabel (1,970). (2) Mobile Banking berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Dimana signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 dan thitung (6,488) > ttabel (1,970). Artinya H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima, (3) ATM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Dimana signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 dan thitung (7,157) > ttabel (1,970). Artinya H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima, (4) Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Dimana signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 dan diperoleh Fhitung (187,222) > Ftabel (2,63). Sehingga H0 ditolak dan H4 diterima.

Abstract

Digital Marketing Training for Sumber Rejeki Bawang MSMEs in Kediri Regency, aims to increase the understanding and skills of MSME players in utilizing digital technology for product marketing. This activity involved the owner and employees of Sumber Rejeki Bawang MSME. The training included an introduction to social media and marketplaces, content marketing techniques, and search engine optimization (SEO). Through a workshop and hands-on approach, participants were trained to utilize digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Shoppe, and Tokopedia to expand their market and improve the competitiveness of their products. The training results showed that participants experienced a significant increase in their understanding of the use of digital marketing, with most starting to utilize social media and marketplaces as marketing channels. Overall, this training can improve the marketing capacity of Sumber Rejeki Bawang MSMEs and open up opportunities to expand the market, both locally and nationally.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between the principles of Stoic philosophy and their application in a management context, specifically in terms of resilience and stress management in the workplace. Stoic philosophy, which flourished in Ancient Greece and Rome, offers a view of life that can help individuals face life's challenges with poise and wisdom. Using the literature review research method, this article analyzes various studies and theories that link Stoic teachings to modern management, as well as how Stoic principles can be applied to increase mental resilience, reduce stress, and promote well-being in the workplace. This research aims to provide insight into the relevance of Stoic philosophy in improving managerial effectiveness and workers' psychological well-being
